The only positive thing to say is about the staff, they are nice and willing to help. Too much noise, the problem is they turned off the general AC and the room is too hot (even in November! That makes the worse possible convinantion (Noisy surrounding Open windows). Dirty room. The rug was dirty all around, the bathroom full of mold. The bathroom have no privacy at all, dont think the curtain helps. They werent able to get us a taxi. There is no restaurant working in the hotel. Expensive

The good. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, good wifi, and a great location to walk to everything. The bad…this place is on a corner of an alleyway that has lots of clubs and bars that are very noisy and open until 5 am. The street in front of the hotel lobby is very dirty in the morning and walking through it first thing is very offputtjng. There is no lobby to sit in if you need to wait for a cab or want to be in a different space for a bit. The bathroom is really strange. It’s a tight space that is all windows exposed to the room’s interior with cheap blinds covering the windows. Really strange.

The neighbourhood was great, walking distance to the Shibuya station which had connections to multiple subway lines as well as the Narita Express train to the airport. There were tons of restaurants nearby and easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by subway. The hotel lobby was nice, but the room was tiny, even by Japan standards. It was the tiniest of the 3 hotels during our trip to Japan, I believe it was 100 sq feet. The room was also in need of small upgrades and although it was rather clean, it was not perfectly clean and had a bit of a damp smell to it. I read some other reviews about noise coming from the bar across the street. This bar is very noisy but luckily we were not facing the front so we did not hear any noise. This hotel does not have breakfast, nor a restaurant.

We stayed in the best room at the hotel and found it amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our room also had a massage chair, which we used every day after long walks in Tokyo. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there are several options just a few meters away on foot. It's located in the busiest area of Shibuya, with plenty of activities and nightlife. Very close to the Shibuya Crossing and to train and subway lines. We will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Convenient location to Shibuya; only a very short stroll to scramble crossing. Coffee shops, family mart, 7/11 and laundromat are around the corner. Not much interaction between staff and guests. Facilities are clean, rooms are quite big for Japanese standard. Beds are hard but after walking all day, you do sleep well. 2 bottles of water supplied daily, rooms are cleaned daily on request otherwise clean towels, pjs, water supplied. I would stay here again as I found it super close to everything including Shibuya station. Only downfall is that if you have a late flight, they’ll only let you stay until 1pm (for a $45 charge). They will store luggage otherwise but nowhere to freshen up.

The area is great, with a 13-minute walk from the main Shibuya station and just 5 minutes from other train lines. There are plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. However, the rooms need to be updated and thoroughly cleaned. I discovered black mold in my vents, and the carpets were extremely dirty. I informed the staff, and they promptly switched my room. Considering that this place is not at the lower end of the price range, they should invest more time in cleaning the rooms. The staff were helpful and very friendly.

CONDOM WRAPPER IN THE BED!!! I had booked 2 rooms for 10 days. We arrived at 10pm and with in 2 hours checked out!!! It was horrible. First off there was no hot water to the entire hotel. There were multiple guest complaining in the lobby when I first went down. The staff said they were working on it but no idea when it would be working. I said ok if it’s working by morning I could deal with it. But the real kicker was when my wife pulled back the sheets there was a CONDOM WRAPPER in our bed, at that point I was DONE!!! I checked out myself, wife, and Mother immediately at midnight and had to find a new place while lugging out suitcases through Tokyo in the middle of the night. Expedia was great and got me a full refund. It’s also in a very loud club area and the bathrooms smelled like sewer. I highly reccommend staying away from this hotel.

Great things about this hotel is how quiet it is although it’s located on a busy/bar street. It is good for people who want to go out at night in Shibuya and walk back to hotel. Bad things about this hotel are it is very dirty; the carpet floor doesn’t look like it’s been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time. I saw hair on the carpet and in the bathroom. Another reviewer mentioned seeing a layer of dust in their bathroom - that was also true during my stay. The hotel is located in shibuya and we had to cross the scramble every time to take the JR lines, which was very overwhelming with luggage.

The staff was friendly, the room looked clean. However, we got bit by bugs while sleeping. We didn't notice it until after we checked out. Outside on the street, there was a lot of noise in the middle of the night from people partying maybe.

Cute boutique rooms, we were on L8 and had a nice big window with a small balcony. Loved the natural light. All staff spoke English. Please note that the bathroom is in the centre of the room, right next to the bed, with clear glass around it (you could close curtains/blinds but could still see through a bit) and opposite a mirror - fine for solo travellers but not much privacy for room-sharing. Great location, around the corner from Don Quijote Mega/H&M/Starbucks and short walking distance to Shibuya station/Scramble Square, shops etc. It's on the edge of 'Love Hotel Hill' and there are plenty of clubs and bars around - great location for some nightlife but also not too loud - we could hear a bit of club noise until about 1am on Friday night but it wasn't too bad, the windows are mostly soundproof. Enjoyed our 2 free water bottles and pottery tea cups in the room. Nice double wardrobe. Double bed was big enough for 2 middle-sized adults and there was plenty of room on the bench for our 2 bags, plus an extra suitcase stand. Would stay again.

Really good hotel in the middle of everything. It’s in the middle of the shibuya meltdown but somehow the room is perfectly quiet. It was spacious, nice bathroom. It was perfect for my last night in Tokyo.

The hotel is on the smaller side, but the rooms are decent size. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Located in the heart of Shibuya so plenty to do in the area. About a 10 min walk from Shibuya Station. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The location of this hotel is perfect, you’re right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and transport all within easy reach. Like many hotels in Japan, the room can feel a bit compact, especially if you have large luggage, as there isn’t much space to open your suitcases comfortably. The staff were genuinely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, they went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted quickly. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was unfortunately the weakest connection I experienced during my entire trip, hardly works. If you plan to stay here, I’d recommend ensuring you have mobile data ready, especially if you rely on a stable internet connection.

Excellent location! Literally around the corner from shopping and Shibuya Crossing. Room was clean, had a closet for storage and staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom/shower area is a big cubed glass window with curtains (just be prepared when traveling with family). For those booking due to the anime themeing, like me, just know that is only on floor 2 if you would like to request in advance. There is a 7-11 feet away which is nice for quick snacks and exchange of $/ATM use.

Great location, 1/4mi from the shibuya scramble and train station, and one street removed from the hustle and bustle of the area. Small room but comfortable beds, instant coffee and tea in room, great shower pressure and the hardest working little bidet at your service 24 hours a day! lol Very little noise from the street could be heard, and there was so much to see and do nearby. Great choice!

Los trabajadores en recepción sob bastante antipaticos y dispuestos a hacer todo lo posible para no ayudar. Desde cobrarte por tener que ayudarte a llamar a un taxi a decirte que no hay taxis para dos personas con maletas. (debiendo llamar a un taxi por persona y cobrar mas). El resto normal. Seguro que hay muchas mas opciones por precios similares y mejor servicio. No recomentable.

This is a super unique property. We were shocked when we got out of the hotel and saw how amazing the hallway was! So cool! The room itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was so nice too. The bed was sooo comfortable. The only thing we noticed was how incredibly loud the housekeeping person was. It was really jarring. Slamming doors and we could hear them cleaning nearly every room on our floor. Other than that our stay was lovely and we will be back!

The broken garbage bags and filth from the bar across the street from the hotel were strewn everywhere, including the entryway to the Shibuya Hotel En. The stench was there as you entered. Other clients entered the hotel yelling and bumping walls from their clubbing and drinking until 4 AM. However, those greeting at the desk were courteous, kind, and helpful.

Good location in Shibuya. Not far from Shibuya crossing and subway station. Walkable from the airport bus stop, although a little challenging with luggage because of the amount of people and small hills.

The location of this hotel is perfect, you’re right in the heart of everything, with shops, restaurants, and transport all within easy reach. Like many hotels in Japan, the room can feel a bit compact, especially if you have large luggage, as there isn’t much space to open your suitcases comfortably. The staff were genuinely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Every time I had a question or needed assistance, they went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted quickly. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was unfortunately the weakest connection I experienced during my entire trip, hardly works. If you plan to stay here, I’d recommend ensuring you have mobile data ready, especially if you rely on a stable internet connection.

For Tokyo the room was a good size. The staff were excellent andcvery helpful. We loved the area that the hotel was in. Station and Shibuya Crossing a few minutes wslk awsy. Lots of choice of restaurants and bars nearby. We loved the little bar across the road from the hotel. We met many lovely people there whilst stitting on stools at the bar.

Great location, 1/4mi from the shibuya scramble and train station, and one street removed from the hustle and bustle of the area. Small room but comfortable beds, instant coffee and tea in room, great shower pressure and the hardest working little bidet at your service 24 hours a day! lol Very little noise from the street could be heard, and there was so much to see and do nearby. Great choice!

The hotel is in a great location. 7 minute walk to the train station and lots of restaurants. The bathroom had glass walls but they did have blinds you could pull down. The hotel staff were happy to look after our bags on check out.

The neighbourhood was great, walking distance to the Shibuya station which had connections to multiple subway lines as well as the Narita Express train to the airport. There were tons of restaurants nearby and easy to get to other parts of Tokyo by subway. The hotel lobby was nice, but the room was tiny, even by Japan standards. It was the tiniest of the 3 hotels during our trip to Japan, I believe it was 100 sq feet. The room was also in need of small upgrades and although it was rather clean, it was not perfectly clean and had a bit of a damp smell to it. I read some other reviews about noise coming from the bar across the street. This bar is very noisy but luckily we were not facing the front so we did not hear any noise. This hotel does not have breakfast, nor a restaurant.

We stayed in the best room at the hotel and found it amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was excellent. Our room also had a massage chair, which we used every day after long walks in Tokyo. The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but there are several options just a few meters away on foot. It's located in the busiest area of Shibuya, with plenty of activities and nightlife. Very close to the Shibuya Crossing and to train and subway lines. We will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Great location, just a 5 minute walk to Shibuya crossing. Lovely walk past some great shops. (Had breakfast at Tullys coffee shop on the way to Shibuya and the staff were excellent and it was great value). We felt safe and the hotel was quiet. The room was reasonable size for Japan, but the air conditioning struggled with the 35 degree heat. The shower was really good. Near to 7-11. Staff were friendly and the hallway to our room had a great design. With luggage choose google maps wheelchair accessible option as we struggled a bit with a few steps and uneven walkways. You can go via the crossing and it’s much easier. Overall a nice stay. ( we had a twin room - bed was comfy and enough room to be able to have your suitcases open on the floor.

Nice hotel situated in the dive bar/nightclub area of Shibuya, can be a little noisy at night but the windows are properly isolated. Good standard and 3 min walk from everything. Tiny shower and bathroom, beware of the water retainer on the floor, it has dead sharp edges - I almost cut my foot entering the shower. Apart from that - good value and comfy hotel.
