The staff are very courtesous, nice, always available when needed and very professionals. The property is accessible to everything including a 24/7 Seven Eleven convenience store that sells most everything under the sun from toiletries, food, drinks, snack, hot & cold meals are available day & night 24hrs. Also, many nice restaurants, fast foods, bars, dance nightclubs, comedy bars and even street foods outside across the hotel is 24/7 available. Laundry mats and they will even do laundries for you for same day or overnight pick up. This hotel is so handy and highly recommendable!

Staff are very friendly and accomodating. It's conveniently located near a shopping center so grabbing basic necessities is easy if you forgot to bring something. The breakfast was okay, a bit on the high price for the quality. The hotel and room itself is absolutely cute. I loved the decor in the lobby! It gives off Medieval times charm. The room is a bit smaller than what I'm used to but it's okay if you'll just come back after long day and merely sleep. The building facaded of the hotel probably will benefit for a little bit of an update. It looks outdated and takes away from the charm of the interior.

The staff are amazing, wonderful people. The dungeon bar and lobby restaurant are fantastic. The carpets in the hall and room, the bed are disgusting. The shower water did not work and we either burned or froze. Other than having gross carpet, bedding and pillows, and shower water inoperative selections, was wonderful.
