Probably the best location in town, a superior quality throughout. A view from the room onto the Singapore skyline can only be beaten by the negative edge pool experience on the roof. The service and facilities are immaculate; there is breakfast with Asian and European options; and if the menu at roof-top Lantern (a must experience) is not vast enough, you can order from other restaurants. Unbelievable experience, we will be back!

Great location and the staff were very professional. They acknowledged my husband’s birthday with some balloons and a lovely chocolate cake. F&B was expensive but the location and staff made up for this. The only negative was that we went to the rooftop bar for a drink and a bite to eat and we’re role that due to a private function we could only be there for 50 minutes. When asked where hotel guests could go as an alternative, I just got a shoulder shrug as a response. Disappointing, but otherwise we had a lovely stay. Front of house (reception and concierge) were wonderful.

I treated myself and stayed at Fullerton Bay and am glad I did. The location is perfect. My suite was amazing. I used the pool daily and in the evening sat on the roof deck relaxing. I used the gym twice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff so lovely. A beautiful property.

Hotel is beautiful. However, The Lantern restaurant bar was mostly closed due to construction and a private event. We were never told of the construction. Two large events in the large front room so we couldn't use that space. The tea area was so crowded we couldn't get a seat. Seemed like the hotel was more interested in singular events than supporting current (and future) guests of the hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at the Fullerton Bay Hotel. The staff was amazing, the pool and restaurants are wonderful, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is located in an area close to restaurants, shopping, the metro rail, the Marina Bay Sands, and Gardens by the Bay. My biggest disappointment is that the room we stayed is very old and the closet door was already damaged. The room was luxurious. However some of the wardrobe fixtures are kind of fatigued as they didn't open and close smoothly and the desk drawers cannot be kept closed and kept opening on their own. Amenities were aplenty and luxurious diptique branded. Water pressure on the shower was regrettably weak and just made the showering experience very pathetic.

Where to start? Everything about the hotel was top notch. We arrived in Singapore a little disheveled from debarking our cruise ship and were dressed far too casually for how beautiful the hotel lobby is. No one made us feel out of place. The woman that checked us in treated us like royalty and every staff member we had any contact with was amazing. The room was spectacular. We didn't have a view of the MBS but it didn't matter. Everything was clean and housekeeping was wonderful. Breakfast every day was a treat and I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about any part of our stay. If we end up in Singapore again, it is a no brainer to stay at Fullerton Bay again.

There were 2 occasions whereby the housekeeping staff entered the room while my family and I were in the room. I’ve always thought the usual practice was for them to knock on the door and only enter when guests are not in or when we request for the room to be clean. But my Do Not Disturb sign was on, and the housekeeping staff just entered the room, and upon seeing us closed the door.

I was impressed by the high-end furniture and amenities, the well-stocked minibar and fruit, and the functional curtain and lighting controls. I was also thrilled to be given priority access to the bay view seats at the Lantern Bar. The breakfast menu at La Brasserie was more sophisticated than I expected. All the staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were super professional.

I paid $1203 per nite for a king size bed room and had requested for high floor. Upon arrival i was told only 5th floor is and was allocated room.517. it was 2 single beds joined to be a king bed! Which i find it totally unacceptable! I had to go thru a few staffs and argued about it before a proper room is allocated to me! When requesting for water n other amenities it takes them at least half and hour to arrival in which I have to call twice!

The checkin process was stressful. They did not allow our small protected dog which was to fly with us. That was OK since it was their policy, but the way it was handled gave us a terrible feeling and they asked and offered to find us a new hotel and asked us to get refund from Expedia. For one THE most expensive hotels in town, this was not the service I expected even if they did not allow pets. We moved the pet to a friend's house for the duration. Bad sign in but the rest was nice and easy and the managers approached us to apologise.

The service was not satisfactory for the price. They only applied the credit after I mentioned it. The water pressure was very weak. And most of all, the female staff working at the bar as a cashier was extremely unfriendly, which really ruined the experience.

The location was just fantastic with a direct view of MBS and a short walk to all the offerings - from Art and Science to the Design Museum and of course, the mall. Breakfast buffet was lovely with so many diverse choices.It was a pleasure having coffee and juice served as opposed to other breakfast buffets where you never have enough hands. All the staff was friendly and gracious. We also enjoyed being in a somewhat smaller hotel. We would highly recommend.

It’s very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. The staff is outstanding and they seem to anticipate your needs. While you should expect food prices to be high, I felt in some instances it was a bit overboard. A cheeseburger, can of coke and a single espresso came to Sing $ 71.00, US $ 52.00. Otherwise I only can praise this hotel.
