Quality Inn Near Interstate I94

We had booked this room specifically to have a hot tub. We would be traveling the day of our stay. And getting in late. We drove farther than needed just for the hot tub. While checking in we asked is everything okay with the hot tub because we were going to be camping out there the balance of our night until they close it. The staff member pulled up the video feeding and everything looked just fine she said. From there we went unpacked changed our clothes to go down to the hot tub only to discover it was out of order. We were not happy at all went straight to the desk. The clerk then advised that it was not going to be available nor would it be until A later date. We asked if we can be comed something since the hot tub was not functioning. We were told unless we wanted to vacate the property that no refund would be provided. We asked to speak with the management to be notified they had left for the evening. We then asked what their shift was for Saturday. We were told they would be available from 8A until noon. When we went to go have breakfast and asked for the manager As when we were told the manager was not available she decided to take the day off. Things aren't looking so good for the home team because When we were in our suite we discovered marks all across our bathroom floor that were never cleaned up from previous occupants. We could see that the bedcloses to the door had a lot of wear does by looking at it. Come to find out both mattresses need to be changed out

Good place to stay for sure. Food, gas and casino off the same exits well other forms of entertainment and trails.

The room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Really wanted to use the hot tub and it was out of order. Outside hotel smelled like weed. Elevator door closes very quick and it was very noisy.

I felt very comfortable here...staff is friendly...free breakfast is plentiful...rooms were very clean

The room was fair, could be cleaner. Bed springs could be heard everytime you moved in bed or got up or down. Toilet was low to the ground. The floor in the room was uneven /unleveled in the middle of the room. Fair overall for the price and proximity to the hwy to get a few hours of sleep and get back on the road.
