The room was very spacious and clean entire property was clean. The rooms and hallways smelled good. Free breakfast was good. And I felt like my vehicle was safe in the parking lot and I felt like I was very safe in the building and it was extremely quiet It was great for sleeping. First time for me to stay at a sleeps in and I would stay again and actually I will seek them out. Happy travels!

Clean and in a nice location. Their elevator was broken, and I received a call the day before check-in to let me know and see if I wanted a room on the 1st or 2nd floor instead of the 3rd where we were supposed to be. 1st was best for me because of arthritis in my hip, so I was happy a downstairs room was waiting for us when we arrived. They also had a table with bottled water, fruit, cookies and candy. I needed to use the laundry and it was located just a few doors down from our room. This hotel is also very convenient to Cumberland Gap. Highly recommend!

The elevaror was broken, but were notified the day before our arrival. Due to elevator down my guess is the property was quieter than normal. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very quiet. The bed was a littke on the firm side, but comfortable. The room was clean and the air conditioning quiet. Breakfast was a nice assortment. Internet was down while we were there. That was frustrating. The manager did apologize for that Monday morning before we left. Overall i would recommend this hotel.

Staff were terrific. We rode motorcycles and it was pouring rain. They gave us each garbage bags to cover our bags. The elevator was down and I know they were getting some complaints but they were still very helpful and pleasant.

Nice quick stay . I felt like we were given a pet room because there was hair on floor , and room smelled a little of pet , tv could’ve been bigger by overall the rest of room was nice . Bathroom was clean , clean beds , comfortable . Spacious . Overall a good stay .

I like absolutely nothing about this experience. My sister and I both have cancer, the room has not been cleaned in a long time. The sheets had not been changed and there was blood stains on the cover. I’m very very disappointed in this hotel and will not be staying at any choice hotel ever again. Also, I had to pay for this horrible experience!’

Room was large and bed was 7/10 for comfort. Needed much brighter lights in the room to use during times of reading or computer. TV was hilarious!! Probably a 20" flat screen. Great for a computer but ridiculous for trying to watch TV. From the bed about 12 feet away one could not possibly read the guide. Area for TV could easily support a 65" or larger. For the price charged, I expect much better accoutrements

The desk staff was excellent--friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with the breakfast staff. The worker not only kept the counters and table wiped and tidy, but she carried an elderly man's coffee to his table so that he could properly use his walker. My only complaint is that we had some noisy neighbors late at night, but the front desk quickly handled that.

We made our reservations over a month out for OUR WEDDING NIGHT, well in advance, and were notified after our wedding that we were not welcome, and not allowed to stay because “we don’t rent rooms to locals.” They have a policy that if you live within a 50 mile radius of the hotel, they have the option to deny the room to us. Checked in the night before, NO PROBLEMS. We paid well on advance. Despite multiple attempts to find a different solution, Belinda, ultimately became rude, defensive, and made several discriminatory comments towards both my bridesmaid, and myself, the bride. Upon calling the next day, the phone call “disconnected” when I asked for confirmation that we turned in our keys. They refused to provide documentation the next day, and our now refusing refunds despite the fact we were turned away. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Matthew and his fellow workers went way above expectations to make my stay as perfect as possible. He is an asset to Sleep Inn and I hope they are able to keep him in their employ for as long as he wants.

We were in town for Laurel Cove Music Festival. I have traveled for many festivals, but have never had a hotel cater and care for it's guests like this one! They had smalls snacks and waters for us, always asking if we needed anything and even got the festival shuttle to come up the hill to us. This is no doubt where we are staying next year and anytime we are in Middlesboro.

I was turned down to stay there and the man said he’d refund me but it’s been a week, and so far they’ve just hung up on me. If you want your money taken, book with them! Otherwise, go somewhere else.

The property is very clean, all staff were so polite and courteous. Breakfast was very nice. Quite location, nestled in the trees. The park is a few minutes away, several restaurants close by. Don’t miss out on the downtown food options. Sunset view from the front of the building was awesome.

Even thought our GPS had us wandering around the neighborhood behind the hotel we finally found the place located behind the Holiday Inn express in a very secluded area. The staff was very friendly and very helpful in a good place to eat and what part of town to avoid because of construction. Best breakfast on our whole trip.

Everyone was very nice. The place was also very clean. My only complaint was the coffee was not very good and you need a warmer for your biscuits. You also need to put out some butter to soften instead of the refrigerator.

Pleasantly surprised to find the location of this hotel tucked up into the hills semi-secluded off the main road. If as VERY cO for table and had the best breakfast buffet on our 10-day trip from Houston to Boston and back. It even had a very nice patio outdoors on which to enjoy our breakfast. An excellent stay!
