The property is not as well maintained as in prior years. Breakfast options were not as good as in the past. I understand ownership has changed. Still, it is a better place to stay than a number of the other Rhinelander hotels which have no concept of what clean looks like. The AmericInn room was clean and tidy and the pool and hot tub are nice amenities.

The staff was very nice and kept everything well stocked in the dining area and the coffee service area. Unfortunately, our room smelled like body odor and even opening the window wasn't enough to get rid of the smell. The insulation is also poor so we could hear other guests talking and showering.

The air conditioning and heating unit made noises like hale hitting the roof and every once in awhile a high pitched noise would appear for many minutes then dissipate. I slept fitfully all night.

It was a good stay, good breakfast, quiet, the only thing is that the air only went down to 66 degree. We like a colder room when we sleep. But all in all, was a good experience.

Hotel was fabulous with cleanliness, easy check in, how quiet it was and breakfast. Only complaint was the pillows, very small for a king bed. I should've brought ours but forgot, so my fault. Otherwise would definitely stay there again!!

Great room loved the Jacuzzi. Room was fairly clean found some little issues here and there but overall very clean. The only issue was a couple of our neighbors were smoking weed and we could smell it. Staff was amazing during check-in and checkout.

The hotel was very nice inside and out felt welcomed the minute we walked in the doors. The bed was a little firm for us but the in room jacuzzi tub definitely made up for it. Would stay again if in the area

I loved the great variety of options on the television. The morning desk receptionist was tremendously helpful. I had a flat tire and she had her husband come out and help me get the spare (donut) put on my car. She, her son and her husband were so very helpful!

The staff went above and beyond getting everybody what they needed. I needed a couple extra pillows and an extra blanket when I first got there and they got it for me right away and let me know that that was no problem. I also loved the breakfast and they kept on top of that making sure everything was fresh and good. It's hard to get good customer service these days and I think they went out of their way to make sure everybody was happy. Thank you for The hospitality

Cleanliness was fine the only disappointing part of our stay was that we did not get clean towels each day which may have been my own fault because I was not aware of having to request that service other wise review was fine.

This is OK place to stay in Rheinlander. The place is clean and quiet, but the service is very modest. Room cleaning after 2 days of stay, very limited breakfast. I would still recommend it for a stay if you don't care about the abovementioned downsides.

The staff at this hotel are professional, friendly and kind. Ashley, the woman who managed the front desk the night we checked in, was particularly kind as she helped us secure a double-booking refund from Expedia. The hotel is clean, the beds comfortable and the shower pressure is great!

We really enjoyed our stay even though it was only a one night stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would probably stay again. Our only complaint was the breakfast. Wasn't kept up very well. Had to ask for several items to be refreshed. Otherwise was nice.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to help us during check in! We went swimming and even though an entire kids hockey team trashed the place .. we still were able to enjoy it. We slept good. Unfortunately we did not get to try the continental breakfast because it was torn down an hour early BUT still would recommend this stay!
