Me gusto el trato del personal super amables y lo céntrico q está para ver las luces de navidad. Por poner un pero al hotel las cerraduras de la habitación no habrían bien pero lo demás perfecto, limpieza bien las habitaciones amplias.

No doy un 5 en alojamiento, porque la habitación que me toco, la bañera necesita un cambio. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Habitación amplia, y con aire Vivo en Ferrol, y me desplazo a Vigo para ver al Celta. Será mi alojamiento en futuras ocasiones

Maybe we were just unlucky with the room, but our one night in Vigo was an expensive disappointment. All night long the sounds of water pipes, flushing toilets, doors closing, conversations, all taking place seemingly in a kind of echo chamber, made sleep impossible.

Estuvo fácil el acceso. No me agradó no hay una cremita , ni shampoo, casi siempre hay en los hoteles, noche del viernes mucho ruido hasta tarde, en las mañanas también mucho ruido del restaurante del primer nivel, estuve en nivel primero hospedada, el personal amable, aunque muebles casi nada , solo una silla, ni una mesita donde comer algo. Ubicación muy buena, alrededores muy seguro.

Llegué con prisas por lo que no pude ver que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Tras pasar mucho calor la primera noche aviso que no funciona. A la vuelta a la hora de la sieste sigue sin funcionar, bajo a decirlo y me dicen que lo van a comentar con su compañero, Cuando llega su compañero me dice que está apagado. Digo que lo enciendan y me dicen que eso lo tiene que decir el gerente. Sinceramente en junio, con las temperaturas que había, debía estar encendido. Desayuno muy pobre. Creo que tiene buena localización pero es pequeño y deben mejorar las llaves (poner electrónicas).

Es un hotel acorde a las estrellas, está limpio, el personal muy atento, el desayuno bufet correcto y las instalaciones correctas para un hotel de dos estrellas. Situación perfecta. Si tengo que volver repetiría.

Juan and Douglas are exceptional. They made me feel like home. Juan always smiling and Douglas making me the best cafe con leche everyday, after arriving from my excursions. The Hotel is in a great location. Thank you guys!

Pros: Very convenient location. Close to pier, close to train station, close to restaurants. 24/7 front desk, great for late arrivals. Did not eat the offered buffet but looked busy/attracted customers everyday! Cons: Subpar interior. Elevator is significantly small, 1 person/ride. Room smelled strange, walls in bedroom + bathroom showed water damage? Seagulls are loud in the morning, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Showers don’t have a complete door, so a lot of water spills onto the bathroom tiles.
