Very limited facilities , tv channels advertised didn’t work, only a few paper cups, no other drink making facilities. Only one plug on one side of the bed. Beds had a mattress topper on but this frequently moved and was uncomfortable. Only one pillow which is very uncomfortable and lumpy. The additional one we asked for was the same. Have been in less expensive premier inns which where much more comfortable with better facilities. Not worth the money per night

The rooms were very basic . Water leaking from pipes in hall. Breakfast choices were VERY limited Noise all night outside and in hallways

Alles in allem eine gute Entscheidung in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, Bett war bequem Bad war sehr sauber und parken war in der Tiefgarage für 15€ möglich.

Ceiling on seventh floor is under construction. Electrical wires hanging down and outlets in hall wall unfinished. Was worrisome. Breakfast was great. Room small, but clean. Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to Christkindlesmarkt and National Museum. Easy check in and out at any hour. Hand sanitizer everywhere.

A equipe do hotel foi muito gentil. As camas eram muito confortáveis e o hotel é a uma curta distância a pé para o centro histórico. Muito bom o custo benefício. Estacionamento a 15 euros no local.

Sauber, einfache Möbilierung aber für den Preis vollkommen ausreichend Parkhaus für 10€ sehr gut, Frühstück preiswert und reichhaltig, Innenstadt direkt hinter dem Wall-alles schnell und gut zu erreichen. Zimmer haben Schallschutz

The hotel was good for what we needed however there was no parking available at the hotel or on the street. The listing did not indicate that a fee for parking was required.

Allgemein gute Unterkunft. Nichts besonderes. Im Obersten Stockwerk stehen Eimer auf dem Gang um die Wassertropfen von der Decke aufzufangen. Toiletten im EG (Lobby/Restaurantbereich) geschlossen weil defekt. Mich hat es wirklich geärgert, dass ich vorab nach einer Parkmöglichkeiten gefragt habe, mir gesagt wurde ich kann sie nicht reservieren und dann am Abend zuvor direkt abgelehnt wurde weil alles reserviert ist. Ich würde nächstes Mal wohl eine andere Unterkunft ausprobieren.

Preislich unschlagbar, Lage super, aber hätte definitiv besser geputzt sein können.

Das Zimmer war ok, relativ sauber aber schon einige Mängel im Zimmer, speziell im Bad. Es wirkt abgewohnt. Der Lärm von der Strasse ist auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr gut hörbar.

The room smelled like smoke. The bathroom smelled like antiseptic. There were no tissues and even though we booked the room for 3 people, we only had two towels. The place has ceiling tiles down on the floor in the hall. It was just a cut and fry hotel room with no frills and weird smells.

Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt und nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Zimmer waren zweckmäßig, sauber und ruhig. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet in Relation zum Preis. Sehr freundlicher Service. Kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent location but very very basic room. Bathroom needed a good deep clean as tiles appeared grimy in many places. Lighting in room very dim. Okay for 1 night's stay but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. There is a vending machine in the lobby for snacks and hot drinks. Access is via code for main door and room. Staff were helpful.

Kleines Familienzimmer, aber ausreichend für 3 Personen. Direkte Citylage, Innenstadt fussläufig erreichbar, parken konnte man in der Tiefgarage. Aktuell ist im Hotel etwas Baulärm wegen Umbaumassnahmen.

Very small room. For one night, it is fine. 5 min. away from train station which is very convenient. Staff were very nice.

We had a terrible check in staff. He was rude and unhelpful.

Lady on reception during check-in not very friendly. She printed a check-in form stating that my nationality was Spanish, she did not even ask for my passport. I had to hand-write British instead

Check in was excellent, and the staff (David) were very helpful and gave us lots of good advice about the city and made our stay very enjoyable. Good location, parking is fine and the rooms had the facilities we needed. I had no problems sleeping so I would say it was very quiet.

The hotel is located in a major road and close to the main train station. Even though the road is busy with traffic, the windows have isolation against most noises. Although the room is small, it is well equipped with most everything you would need. Overall it is a good stay except one of the front desk staffs was a bit rude while I was checking in on 9/23/2023.

This hotel is at a walking distance from the train station. IT is also very close to the old town area. I loved my stay here.

It is very close to the train station and many restaurants, the old town and supermarket (aldi). It serves its purpose very well for a couple of nights’ stay for our family. The air con works excellently on those scorching days in high summer.

Leider keinen Parkplatz im Hotel bekommen, musste im Parkhaus für 18 € am Tag parken. Lage ist Top: über die Straße und man ist direkt im Zentrum.

Tudo muito bom em relação ao quarto, tudo perfeito. Tirando o café da manhã que é muito pobre.

Einfache, sehr saubere Zimmer. Wunderbares Frühstücksbüfett. Sehr leckere vegetarische Brotaufstriche. Kaffee satt. Der Kaffee ist lecker und v.a. stark genug. Sehr aufmerksame Servicekraft am Frühstücksbüfett. Die Preis-Leistung hat uns überzeugt.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación central y a pie de los lugares de interés. El desayuno buffet cumple con todos los requisitos de un desayuno tradicional y bueno, aunque tal vez algo caro. La habitación me pareció pequeña. En general es un hotel práctico y efectivo para llegar y dormir.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und der Frühstücksraum ist ausreichend groß. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage war ebenfalls gut.

Auswahl beim Frühstück ist leider sehr begrenzt.
