A apto entrega o mínimo possível. Fiação exposta, a cozinha quase não tinha utensílios. Quartos com ventilador. É bem improvisado. Ainda bem que ficamos pouco tempo.

Brilliant apartment and prime location with walking distance to the beach and opposite a taxi rank for easy travel across the island. The only issue I had was with the €200 room deposit for the room. This was not listed anywhere on the website and was not mentioned on the check-in instructions. It was only mentioned when we reached reception. This could cause issues for people who are travelling on a budget and come across unexpected costs on arrival. Other than that we had a great stay and rooms were very well kept and spacious.

Comme déjà formulé, un peu plus de matériel de cuisine serait un net plus. D’autant plus qu’à cette période le restaurant de la résidence est fermé et de plus on ne veut pas aller au restaurant pour tous les repas 😉

L'appartement était très bien agencé avec un ménage spécial chaque jour très apprecié. Seul petit bémol c'est un équipement plutôt succinct : on a laissé quelques ingrédients du sel du poivre , sucre. Il y a une cuisine, donc les ingrédients de première nécessité pourraient être un plus. Il manque une cafetière aussi. Le logement mériterait d'être légèrement plus équipé au moins pour permettre de prendre un petit déjeuner facilement.

Good Property was conveniently located next to the main shopping and entertainment area of Ibiza. The pool was well kept and the room was cleaned daily. Bad Room was supposed to sleep 4 and was only set up for 3. Kitchen had 3 of each utensil and plates/bowls and only 3 beds. Kitchen was poorly provided with no kettle or toaster and coffee maker was dirty. Parking was provided but very tricky with a small SUV
