Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. As some have mentioned, the wellness area is underground, so it can feel a little tight. But it was well-maintained, and the pool area is very nice. We enjoyed our dinner and breakfast a lot.

Parking was a significant inconvenience and the hotel had many guests that smoked cigarettes on their balconies which I could smell in my room. Very unpleasant. It was also very noisy in general. All in all not a hotel for me and it was expensive.

This property was so quaint and charming but had superior amenities and the staff were incredible. The little touches of old Austria mixed with a modern flair were nicely done. It is a family run business and they made us feel a part of their family. Surrounded by the impressive views of the Alps, the property is also situated in the center of town next to an old Austrian church. They have other properties within walking distance or take a free gondola ride up the mountain for more incredible views and stop at Tom’s restaurant for good views and cold cocktails during the summer. All in all one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in.

Das Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Dame am Empfang hat uns bei einem Rundgang alles gezeigt. Sie war sehr hilfsbereit und ging auf alle Fragen ein. Das Unternehmen Eder hat mehrere Hotels in Maria Alm. Jedes unterschiedlich, das macht das ganze so besonders.:) Viele Grüße aus Regensburg. Gisela und Rüdiger
