We apologize for any inconvenience caused from squeaking floorboards or voices from neighboring rooms. * Our hostel is primarily for individual travelers. For that reason, we may not be able to accommodate a group of 10 people or more. * Dormitory rooms have the following age restrictions: - guests 16 years of age and below cannot be accommodated. * K's House Ito Onsen is a NON-SMOKING property. This policy is strictly enforced. -Kids rates- The rates for 6 years old or over are same as adults. 0 - 5 years old children sharing beds with parents stay free.

Cancellation policy for regular season We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or any changes to your reservation prior to your scheduled arrival otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below. * no cancellation fee if you cancel by 23:59 JST on 3 days before your scheduled arrival. * 30% of your first night will be charged if you cancell after 0:00 JST on 2 days before your scheduled arrival. * 50% of your first night will be charged if you cancel after 0:00 JST on the day before your scheduled arrival. * 100% of your first night will be charged if you cancel after 0:00 on your scheduled arrival day or in the event of a 'no show'. ***************************************** Cancellation policy for peak season will be applied during the following period. 28th December 2023 - 04th January 2024 25th April - 5th May 2024 and 18th July - 22nd August 2024 We require 7 days notice of cancellation prior to your scheduled arrival, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below. * no cancellation fee if you cancel by 23:59 JST on 7 days before your scheduled arrival. * 10% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel after 0:00 JST on 6 days before your scheduled arrival. * 30% of your total amount will be charged if you cancell after 0:00 JST on 2 days before your scheduled arrival. * 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel after 0:00 JST on the day before your scheduled arrival. * 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel after 0:00 on your scheduled arrival day or in the event of a 'no show'.
