Wie immer toller Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, bot die üblichen Annehmlichkeiten und wir hatten wie im Voraus angefragt ein Zimmer mit Aussicht auf das Stadtzentrum München bekommen. Auch immer wieder praktisch ist die eigene Parkgarage des Hotels sowie die gute Erreichbarkeit zu Fuss und mit dem ÖV. Freundliches Personal.

I had 7 day stay at Motel One and was very very satisfied. From the front desk, to housekeeping and the bar and patio, it was wonderful. Friendly, accomodating and always cheerful. I was visiting my son and the hotel area was perfect for walking everywhere and I always felt safe. The room was all I needed for restful nights and a great bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. I loved the outdoor space with all the comfortable chairs. I give this hotel a 10 plus!!!

The reception desk was terrible. One of the workers was doing all she could to keep things moving. Trash was left in our room one day, the front desk refused to make a call to a local food delivery for us ( our us phones weren’t working) The mattress was shot I would not stay here or recommend anyone else stay here

Super small entre, not enough for 2 persons to get jackets and shoes on at the same time. Bathroom was also tiny. No mini fridge, no kettle, no coffee maker. Safe was not working. Breakfast was ok, no warm meals. Relatively near to S-bahn that goes to the airport and city senter. Mediocre hotel.

Zimmer super modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen, für eine Einzelperson ausreichend groß, ÖPNV (Teil der Stammstrecke) fußläufig unter 10 Minuten erreichbar, Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Habe eine Nacht hier Verbracht und war voll zufrieden, jederzeit wieder! Evtl. Nachteil: kein Wasserkocher oder Minibar auf dem Zimmer (habe ich aber auch nicht gebraucht)

The IT system broke down, and it was impossible to be checked in for a period - the kept giving us vouchers for the bar. At the end we where checked in by filling out papers maunally, I think they could have started giving us all papers and asked us to fill out instead of all guests waist a lot of time

I liked the hotel, it was nice and modern and a good price. The bathroom was great, especially the shower. The staff were friendly and let us check in early and they had leaflets on transport from the hotel to the Adele concert which was really helpful.

Gutes Hotel mit "Motel-One" - Standard allerdings wurde die Ortsbeschreibung "Deutsches Museum" etwas weiter gefasst, das ist schon ein Stückchen entfernt. Fußläufig sind Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt & Co. mit einem kleinen Spaziergang erreichbar. In der Umgebung des Hotels findet sich wenig Infrastruktur wie Frühstückslokale, Restaurants, Bars etc. Die Bar des Hotels schließt 01:00 Uhr und da sind die Mitarbeiter unnachgiebig.

Die Lage ist ideal – die Innenstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: in Bio-Qualität, und abwechslungsreich. Allerdings kann es zu den beliebten Frühstückszeiten im Frühstücksraum voll und laut werden. Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet und recht warm, sodass wir nachts bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen mussten. Insgesamt jedoch ein sehr gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt in München.
