Room was cozy, modern and spacious, more than enough space for two adults and two children. Back wall of the room was all glass opening the view of a little nice patio. There is a mini fridge, a microwave snd a kettle in the room and complimentary water and snacks on arrival. Plenty of parking outside and a lot of shopping options. We did experience some shortage of staff the second day of our stay and also wi-fi signal was very weak.

While I enjoyed the booking in process, I had a fall in the bathroom as the floor was left wet, I did report it to Reception. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The receptionist was lovely.

Disappointed no one for check in but worked out fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Sadly some local children threw a mower in the pool 😡. So unable to use pool. Feel for the owners with big job to get that mess clean

The room was very comfy and spacious. The outside could have used a good cleaning and the pool area had no chairs, lounges, or umbrellas. The rooms were much better than anticipated looking at the exterior.

This place is lovely. Clean, well maintained rooms, loads of parking, really nice pool and fabulous staff. We did cop a bit of noise from the pub/hotel next door at night, but that happens when your room is right on the fence line of the hotel car park. It's all good though. A terrific place to stay for the weekend.

We were put in a room that was down a dark hallway and the room Smelt. We did get moved however the outside area was overgrown and they need to upkeep this property. We also booked this to have a swim and after check in we saw the pool was locked. Not impressed.

The room was not overly clean, dirt and dust present on all surfaces, mould in grout in showers, the bed seems like it is on some strange angle and that it is quite old with no support left in it. The outdoor area was very dirty and full of cob webs, checking the outdoor chairs we removed multiple red back spider nests. Staff were very lovely, made our check in that occurred late easy without complication and stress, so a huge thank you for that. The establishment has the potential to be a lovely motel with some further attention to detail in cleaning and updating of beds would be a high recommendation. Absolutely do not recommend this place—save your money! For what you pay, you can find somewhere much better. It's vastly overpriced for what it offers. The kitchen had cockroaches, the bedsheets were stained, and there was rubbish left on the bedside table. I really wish I had read the reviews before booking. People were smoking in the pool area, and the entire courtyard smelled of cigarette smoke (and I’m a smoker, so that’s saying something). To top it off, a man was passed out by the pool with an ironing board next to him, using it as a table for snacks—he seemed like he might have been homeless. I’m beyond disappointed and will never stay here again.

Great hotel in a convenient location to the wedding we were attending. The walls are a little thin so if the people in the room next door are chatty (we had a room with an interconnecting door) you hear everything, even if they’re only talking at a regular volume. Unfortunately on one night of our stay our neighbours were talking (and more) much louder than regular volume so it was difficult to sleep until they stopped at about 2am. However the second night of our stay was perfect with no noisey neighbours. Just luck I guess. The staff were lovely allowing late check in and the room was perfectly adequate for a home base for a weekend wedding.

My only criticism with the motel was the airconditioning. The machines are old and very noisy and need to be replaced. I could not open any windows as there are no fly screens are security screens on the sliding doors. This was the third time I have stayed there and the third time i experienced this. The staff did offer a change of room, but the room option still had the same issue. The air-conditioning needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable, clean and with comfy beds. I like the location and ability to eat is close by. Staff are friendly and the bathrooms are big, clean and have good products.

The mattress was horrible, it sagged heaps. The shower head needed fixing as the water wasnt coming out right. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and had no smell.. the air-conditioning worked and the towels were clean

I travelled from QLD in November and forgot to factor in the time difference when planning our drive. I thought we'd be arriving about an hour before the office closed, but due to my error and some roadworks our ETA was 10 minutes after closing. I called the office and they were extremely kind about my mistake, and offered me multiple options for late check-in - including the person at the desk staying behind for a few minutes to meet me on arrival. It was very much appreciated!

Ladies at the front desk were not happy to deal with, you loose your key they charge you $80 to have the security come out, this I find to be not a good service.. I was there for 3 days 2 nights never had any beds made or no fresh towels just wouldn’t stay there again..

Clean property, pub next door for food. Property not manned after early evening so if you get locked out there's a call out fee, not that we had to use it. Found it surprising no one on reception early evening as it's a large operation.

they should have night manager in the property for any emergencies , which was not there during my stay and i face hard time to deal with customer care executive as she was not having any option if u forget key inside room by mistake and no one at night (9:30pm) to help u out unless u pay callout fees $80 to open the room.

The staff was unavailable when we checked in, had to ring emergency number to check in. They gave us the wrong room number, but was corrected on 2nd call. The door was hard to open as the door handle was broken. Mattress is past used by date

I was in town, in Pokolbin, at 3:30pm, and the receptionist called and sent me extremely rude messages, threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn't arrive by 4 pm, as she had an appointment and couldn't wait for me. The description states that check-in is from 2 pm to 6 pm. I rushed and managed to arrive exactly at 4 pm, and she greeted me very rudely, saying she had declined my card. I showed her that the app indicated payment was to be made at the hotel. She claimed that was never the case, being very abrupt and rude. It was me, my girlfriend, and my elderly parents, who are 75 and 79 years old, and she was being rude and threatening to cancel the reservation, leaving us without a place to stay. Our room had a small and old TV, and the air conditioning didn’t work.

Bed was very comfortable. Had trouble with very slow WIFI. Spa bath jets were very weak so didn’t really do anything. To supply a fridge and microwave in the room but no knifes & forks or plates was a bit disappointing. Outside pool looked nice but due to the wind the umbrellas could not be put up so there was no shade. Very convenient and local to home.
