Disappointed in the room in that the shower only had a hand held shower and no overhead or wall mounted shower. No usb charging options so remember your charger. Sarah and the other receptionist were amazing. They are accommodating and professional. The internet is very slow at night. If you plan to work remote at night not ideal. I had two zooms meetings and bother were a disaster and embarrassing. The 306 and 206 have some molds in the shower. It could be better with cloroz maybe. Nice pool and sauna. Great location close to public transportation

Hotel is located in good location, there are several tasty and cheap places to eat. By metro and tramway. There is a quite big shop nearby. Not worth if you are looking a hotel with a pool, because it is very small and only two seats by pool. If there are more then 2 pers, then it is already crowded. Worth to choose for location.

Chambre familiale spacieuse, balcon un peu biscornu! Salle de petit déjeuner trop petite, lorsque vous arrivez, il s’agit d’un étalage de vaisselle salle et de table non disponibles. Mais comment peut on proposer 6-8 tables de petit déjeuner pour un hôtel de 5 étages ?! Choix en rapport avec le notre de table .. Cafard ou blatte courant le long de la piscine (cf photo), ce qui ne rassure pas sur l’état de l’hôtel .. Alarme incendie déclenchée de façon intempestive le 31 décembre obligeant chaque occupant de l’hôtel à descendre à l’accueil. Fenêtre et rideaux non obstructif pour le bruit et la lumière, ce qui entraîne des réveils nocturnes et/ou matinaux.

the room was full of bugs and we were bitten all night. there we re 2 pillows, 1 a large cushion, which was too large to lie on, and another, very very small one that was hard and memory foam. We had an absolutely awful night. the A/C was broken in the lobby as was the revolving door. the whole experience was awful. I'd absolutely not recommend. For the price, it was awful...

This hotel is AWFUL! It is in a questionable at best neighborhood. Upon check in we were told that in order to use the pool (we weren’t planning to) we would need to call ahead and ask permission and if granted they’d give us towels. The hotel has bedbugs. Our daughter killed one. I reported it to the manager who replied, “ no it’s not a bed bug, housekeeping took a picture”… we had disposed of the one our daughter killed, so it obviously wasn’t alone. Our room smelled of urine after sightseeing all day. The safe was broken. The manager refused to let us check out early, forcing us to stay. We did, but ended up leaving anyway. The whole experience ruined our time in Marseille.

Die Lage des Hotels ist soweit gut. In der Nähe des Hotel gibt es aber eher mehr Fastfood Angebote als Restaurants. Das Personal ist leider sehr ignorant. Es wird zum Teil nicht mal gegrüßt. Die Zimmer werden leider nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Wir hatten immer einen dreckigen Boden. Unsere Koffer wurden beim "sauber machen" so zusammen geworfen, dass wir jedes Mal neu packen mussten. Der Käse und die Wurst beim Frühstück müssten gekühlt werden da diese sehr nachfetten und Ränder bilden. Auch dort war das Personal nicht hilfsbereit. Der Raum befindet sich im Keller. Die nicht funktionierende Kaffeemaschine wurde einfach ignoriert. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr winzig und besteht aus drei Geräten. Auch der Poolbereich schaut nicht einladend aus. Das Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Leider konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, weil der Geruch von Frittieröl in das Zimmer kam. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit. Die Beschwerden bezüglich Zimmerreinigung wurden zwar entgegengenommen aber leider ignoriert und am nächsten Tag war es leider genauso. Für die Tiefgarage gibt es einen Rabatt. Hierauf hat das Personal auch hingewiesen.

We drove in from Nice, late at night. GPS wasn't giving exact location, so I called the hotel The night manager was very helpful in guiding us to the right place. Our room was very comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Port and La Panier areas. Parking garage ($$$) is located a street over, but we were able to load and unload the car in front of the hotel. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it smelled wonderful.

The inside of the hotel and staff were amazing but the area felt unsafe and extremely dirty. There was trash everywhere! Would not visit again for this reason and actually left a day early because we did not feel safe.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, près des bus , tramways et des métros. Très proche aussi du quartier du panier, de la Major, du Silo. L'hôtel est calme, le personnel est souriant et professionnel. La chambre est un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle, avec une une grande salle de bain. L'espace piscine est très appréciable avec les longues balades, même si l'eau est un peu fraîche. Dommage que le hammam ne soit pas en fonction... Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Très bon séjour, pour la 2e fois dans cet hôtel.
