Would of liked to know that the pool area was closed for the weekend! I never saw any notice when i booked this hotel. My daughter l[ves to swim and was very disappointed!

The staff were great and friendly. The hotel/ room was clean and stocked. The pool was cold with LOTS of chlorine. Everyones eyes were burning soon as you walk into the pool area. It was SO STRONG. The hot tub was broken.

I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren't working and in fact, hadn't been for quite some time. Construction. Nothing was mentioned about these NOT being available when I looked on-line. This is why I choose this particular place. The property is very clean. Also, I was surprised that the front doors don't have handicap access buttons to open them. I'm not well versed in the laws that govern these things but doesn't the American Disabities Act cover something like this? - -Made a call and found out that neither the city nor the state require these doors openers. How sad that this place won't take care of people with disabilities. I think that should also be noted on the hotel info sheet.

Many times we have gotten to a stay only to find out that some or many of the reasons we chose the location were not working. We wanted the pool and hot tub and I am happy to say that both were wonderful,

The room was very spacious and clean. The hot tub was also very large and clean. One of the jets was not working but still felt wonderful after a long day. The fridge and microwave also clean and worked well.

Check in was a mess. We were first put in a dirty room. We were moved to a new room. The hot tub was as cold as the pool. The waters were murky. We were very dissapointed. Room was severly overpriced. Could us a good deep cleaning the entire building. Bfast was good and had lots of options.

We would definitely stay here again. Very clean, bed and pillows were comfy and the bed linens were great. Towels were very fluffy! Nice selection for breakfast and they were restocking it as needed! The staff was friendly and there to help with anything needed! Great place, don’t miss it!

The staff was super friendly-great customer service. The room we stayed in was pretty beat up. The sheets had stains, and the walls need paint. The rooms just need attention. Not that they were dirty-just need some TLC.

We stayed last minute during bad winter weather close to the holidays and the hotel was very quiet. The employees were extremely kind and helpful. We had the entire pool area to ourselves which was ideal with three small kids. Our room was clean, beds we’re comfortable & perfect for a last minute stay. Breakfast was great. We’d stay again.

My reservation was not on file even after I presented my itinerary number. This made the check in process long and dragged out. Then I was told that my card was declined....Obviously, this was not accurate and if my card supposedly was declined at the time of booking, the reservation would not have gone through.. I also got a text the day of my check in while I was traveling to be completed to speed up check in...again...no reservation was on file at the actual hotel so that was a waste of my time.. again...if my card was supposedly declined at the time of booking, I would not have gotten a text. In addition, if my card was declined at the time of booking, it wouldnt have booked and I couldve not shown up and nothing would've been charged to my account.?? I doubt that. Not impressed by this whole lost reservation issue.. Would like some type of compensation please. Lucky I was in a smaller town and was still able to stay because they were not full.

I hate to leave negative reviews, but this one was painful. The woman who checked me in said my room number with a male guest behind me. I have traveled all over the country for work, and that was the first time I’ve ever had that happen, I had two bulbs that needed to be changed — admittedly, I did not call because I just wanted to go to bed, but they flickered. The sink leaked, in the morning? The apple and orange juice machines weren’t on. Breakfast included an “egg patty” which I hope I never see again, and the two times I needed the desk clerk in the morning, he was outside vaping.
