Buoy 16 Motel by the Beach

Super clean, nice and cold room, easily walkable from the boardwalk and beaches, plus the staff was very nice. I wish beach tags were included but the free parking was worth it!

We had an amazing time! Check in was super easy and a bonus was that parking was included. Staff was so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and safe area. Location was amazing. Right across the street from the water park, amusement park and beach/boardwalk! Right next door they own a small restaurant with great food, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there. We will definitely return! Thank you for the hospitality ❤️🤩

From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming hospitality of the owners, Yasser and Mostafa, made my stay exceptional. They go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels at home, creating a comfortable and friendly atmosphere that is truly special. The motel itself is clean, well-maintained, and ideally located, offering beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. Yasser and Mostafa’s attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the motel, making it a delightful place to unwind. A standout feature of Buoy16 Motel is the fantastic restaurant located just below it. The food and drinks here are simply superb. The menu boasts a variety of delicious options, all made with fresh ingredients and crafted with care. The drinks are equally impressive, with a great selection of beverages to complement any meal. Just stayed at the Buoy16 only for one night. We have never been to Seaside heights as this was our first time in the area. We were very pleased with our stay at the Buoy. The room and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, decent size for the good price. Very close to the boardwalk and beach access. Literally 1/4 block. It was not too noisy at night either. The owner was very nice and explained everything in detail and showed us where to park. Everything is in walking distance- beach, restaurants and entertainment. Would definitely recommend, and would come back here to stay again. Very clean. You can tell they cared about the property.

Very expensive and no amenities. It’s just a bed and shower type of place.

We had a nice stay here. The owner (I’m assuming) was pleasant and made check in easy. The place is well maintained and kept very clean. If we’re ever back in town we’ll book again.

The property was very clean. It is a block from the Boardwalk. There is a great miniature golf, go kart, and water park right across the street. The only negatives were that there were no hand towels and there was no hot water by the time the third person in our room took their shower.

Located was greater, walking distance to everything. Only negative for me no coffee maker in the room and nothing close by,had to drive to get coffee.

Incredible location right in the center of all the action! Friendly helpful staff, super clean rooms, working utilities (AC/shower etc.). What more could you ask for? Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay in Seaside
