The beach and boardwalk was right there the view was great. They had a pool open even for babies. We met such a great group of people.

This property is your typical 1950s built motel with a pool. Although not completely remodeled it had nice vinyl flooring and the room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was in good shape and someone was on the premises most of the time. Space for parking was tight but the management really helped a patron who was going to get ticket for where she parked and found her a place for her car. It was close to boardwalk and exactly 1 mile from the Barefoot Music Festival entrance.

We love coming to sandy shores.this time we went in pool other times we were to busy.nice relaxing warm.love that’s right next boardwalk so convenient and there store across street.toons typical beach room.like every other motel. Love fact we been coming since my kids babies and there also disabled easy for then to find hotel.people commments say noisy I never experienced that.also everyone in hotel staying has respect with pool.

No one at desk or property to oversee problems. Underage loud teenagers screaming n waking up people.people from other motels using the pool n it crowded n pool was cloudy because of it.. blood spots on ceiling room, toilet wasn’t bolted properly, n floors are filthy.

When I arrived I was on the 3rd floor was alittle disappointed thought I would be on bottom floor and parking was horrible need to have a sign parking spots

Bathroom door was stuck and need to be adjusted Lights in the kitchen are not working

The room was too small for 2 people single rooms should specify one person max. There were roaches. The staff were super friendly which helped.

I was a little disappointed when I checked in, no one was in the office, CLOSED, I had to call to get someone to check me in and get my room key. Waited about 10-15 mins. To come. Walked in my room, a bug on the floor, near my bed. Air not on, fridge not on. Room was very warm, stuffy. TV not working, had to call again as the office was closed. Mailbox filled, so had to text for someone to help with this issue. Got back to me telling me the satellite was turned off, they would have to get someone to turn it on. It took about 1 1/2hrs. for this TV issue to addressed. This room was not ready for check-in after my reservation was made weeks in advance. Once everything was finally taken care of, my stay was OK. Really felt like I should have had some compensation for the inconveniences of this short stay. No one was in the office at check out either. Closed, had to put the key in a lock box so I had no chance to discuss the everything that was occuring during this stay.

Place is a bio hazard. Dirty , roaches blood spatter in the bathroom. Had to fix the running toilet, no telephone, sheets a thin bed spread no blanket, towels in a bag, tooth paste on holder soap scum in yup along with paint chips. AC didn’t work. The electrical inspector must be blind or well paid off. My stay was a crime. Was told by another hotel on 19th that they didn’t except guests that came from this motel because of bedbugs. Run away

The TV in the room didn't work, several floor tiles were broken and loose. Door frame was broken.

Pictures didn’t match what room I booked. There was blood on the bedsheet when we checked into our room. The air conditioner really didn’t work. Do not recommend staying here.

Noisy neighbors all night long. Yelling from the balcony at people on the street, talking on speaker at 3 am in front of my window. Kids screaming all the time.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom needs to be updated but overall it did the job. Hotel is in walking distance less than 2 blocks from the boardwalk and across the street is a place to eat breakfast. Overall I would give the hotel a decent review.
