Même si vous n'arriver pas à l'heure prévue, vous pouvez joindre un numéro de téléphone qui vous permettra de résoudre vos problèmes, par contre faire payer l'appel en dehors de ce numéro d'urgence, je trouve cela peu commercial de devoir payer lorsque vous voulez les appeler sur leur numéro de téléphone indiqué sur leur site !
