This hotel is advertised with air conditioning but it only has air cooling which doesn't work very well. As we were there during a heatwave, it was not good. The exterior of the building is in a poor state of repair in places and the outdoor pool is basic. Didn't use the spa facilities so can't comment on that.

The hotel has a spa area and an area with water jets. There is also an outdoor unheated pool. There are only a few restaurants nearby but a good choice down in the nearby town

The Thalasso area and amenities are very good. The check-in staff was not helpful and willing to help with one request. We arrived at 3pm, earliest check in and asked for a bedroom at lower levels due to the tremendously high temperature and lack of AC. Zero flexibility. They put us on the highest floor where the heat and humidity made it difficult to breathe and no sleeping was possible. On top of that an oil bad smell came out of the air circulating fan exhaust which made me dizzy.

This was a two night stay during a 10 day holiday in France. The hotel quality in all respects was excellent. The spa was enjoyable with an excellent range of facilities. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The locality is wonderful close to the old city and lovely coastal walks. Recommended!

Amazing stay, very comfy and spa is fab. WiFi not brilliant even though it shows good connection on my phone, it doesn't load well at all and I ended giving up. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice including scrambled eggs bacon and sausages. Will definitely be back
