Leider war es in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag bis morgens um 4.00 sehr laut, da eine Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel war. Parkplätze vor dem Hotel zum Ein- und Aus hecken waren DAUERHAFT belegt, und da einige Autofahrer 1,5 Parkplätze nutzten war das Angebot noch weniger. Auch run WOHNMOBIL parkte da. Die Tiefgarage war am Freitag bei Anreise auch komplett belegt, da dort Tagungen stattfanden. Das Zimmer und Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Sauna sollte bitte mit einen Thermometer ausgestattet werden. Alle Saunagäste sagten, dass die Sauna EXTREM heiss sei. Sicher mehr als 90* . Ohne zwei Handtücher übereinander konnte niemand auf dem heissen Holz sitzen. Die Panoramaterasse ist mit dem Rasen sehr schön.

Good hotel close to Stuttgart airport via the underground/metro. Hotel is well designed near the train station, modern with a restaurant attached, although it was closed when I arrived. I used the self serve check in facilities which were ideal and got a lovely spacious room. Room was clean and shower was great! Got a good night sleep! Would recommend other than a few odd stains that house keeping could have dealt with but for the time I needed the room it was ideal. Hotel staff were friendly, polite and made the language barrier no issue.

Tolles Hotel mit Abstrichen! Hotel und Personal war gut! Jedoch waren wir und andere Gäste sehr enttäuscht das die Bar über den gesamten Zeitraum geschlossen war! Die Auswahl am Kühlschrank der Rezeption war sehr gut, ersetzt aber niemals eine komplette Bar. Auch die Billigen Cocktails (Tiefgefroren zum Aufwärmen) für 9,80€ sind völlig übertrieben. Für 4 Sterne erwartet man eine offene Bar! Das Restaurant / Brauhaus hatte zwar auch eine Bar, die war aber auch schon geschlossen und nicht vergleichbar mit der im Hotel! Sehr schade!

I'm amazed to find such excellent hotel facilities at this price.The hotel has an underground parking garage, which costs €15 per day and is safe and spacious. The room is also well equipped with everything you need.

Frühstück hervorragend mit Frischobst, Säften, verschiedene Kaffeevariationen möglich. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Alles Super, wie immer!

This hotel has a great location with excellent transportation option right out the front door. Less than 5 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes to downtown. Also walkable to nice restaurants. Very professional front desk staff. Housekeeping was not exactly top notch. They did not replenish product that we were clearly out of and one day they left our dirty towels on the floor and did not give us clean ones. Also quality of towels is poor : thin and stiff.

Serviettes non remplacees, produits de salle de bains inexistants, nettoyage de la chambre fait à moitié, café et lait non existants également. Seulement le premier jour, j ai trouvé la chambre en bon ordre. Je ne reviendrais pas dans cette hotel. Dommage

This property was very conveniently located directly across the street from the DB train. The breakfast was very plentiful and had a great variety. The only issue I had was the curtains are NOT black out curtains. The sun was up at 0450 and this light woke me up. It would have been nice to get some sleep past 0500 especially since I had to get up and drive across the country.

We stayed in this hotel 3 times. We liked it a lot especially the hotel is very clean and got free parking. The only thing we can criticise the hotel was some of their rooms have a glass window which is next to the bed. This is very strange as you can see your partner having a shower just next to the bed. Not much privacy at all. So I would say the room is only suitable for couples not with friends. If you come with your friends only better check before unless you don’t mind your friends looking at you while you are having a shower.

Der Check in am Terminal hat super funktioniert. Das ist eine klasse Einrichtung. Zimmer mit sehr schöner Größe. Für eine Übernachtung oder Tagung super geeignetes Hotel. Wer länger bleibt muss aus dem Koffer leben, da ein Schrank fehlt. Etwas hellhörig, aber absonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Nice and clean. Attentive staff. Overall very nice. But Rooms were warm, air conditioning made them cool but not cool enough for duvet. Would be helpful to just have a sheet as an option for top cover. Pillows too soft.

Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Schöne Zimmer, gratis Parkgarage, gutes Frühstück. Leider hatte es sehr viele Gäste, so dass wir nicht im Frühstücksraum essen konnten. Buffet aber sehr reichhaltig. Habe am Morgen vor Ankunft ein Mail fürs schnelle Einchecken erhalten. Habe dabei auch gleich das Frühstück bezahlt. Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Schöne Zimmer, gratis Parkgarage, gutes Frühstück. Leider hatte es sehr viele Gäste, so dass wir nicht im Frühstücksraum essen konnten. Buffet aber sehr reichhaltig. Habe am Morgen vor Ankunft ein Mail fürs schnelle Einchecken erhalten. Habe dabei auch gleich das Frühstück bezahlt. Your front office staff were not helpful and Infact rude when asked for a request More ice as the bar was closed, laundry facility use Questioned why I must use in two days? Traveling 12 days wanted to wash some clothes didn’t feel I should have to explain anything to her NIHEL Horrible. Staff in dinning area for break Mikaela, Christian and max in the bar went above and beyond to help in anyway. Hotel was nice but felt unless there for a conference Not catered too

Das Hotel buchen wir seit bald 5 Jahren min. 1 mal im Jahr. Der Zustand, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung werden. den 4 Sternen mehr als gerecht, wenn die Türen nicht so laut knallen würden (rücksichtslose Nachbarn) würde es gar 5 Sterne geben (-; Das Bad mit der Wärmelampe an der Decke, herrlich...... Sehr gute isolierte Fenster, die lassen den Sradtlärm draussen, dass muss man definitiv hervorheben. Der Service, speziell an der Rezeption, ist mürrisch und unfreundlich. Wir wundern uns Jahr für Jahr und von Bewertung zur Bewertung, warum da niemand was unternimmt. Man hat das Gefühl die werden zur Arbeit gezwungen,aber wir sind nicht für die Rezeption in dem Hotel(-: einfach nicht wundern, dass man freundlich empfangen wird. Ein kleiner Satz wie war ihre Anreise, damit bricht man sofort das Eis.......

Empfangsdame war professionell und teilte uns alle Informationen, die wir brauchten mit. Im Fruehstuecksraum begruesste uns eine sehr nette Dame mit einem bezaubernden Laecheln und freundlich hat Sie uns einige Tische zur Auswahl gezeigt. Der Junge Johannes erschien wie aus dem Nichts und hat uns verschiedene Getraenke angeboten. War auch sehr aufmerksam beim Bedienen. Grossen Lob Johannes!

Preis & Leistung ist top. Ich habe dort nur während eine Geschäftsreise übernachtet. Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl groß und die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr gut. Ich bin mit dem Zug angereist und direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist eine S-Bahnstation.

Das Hotel ist ideal für Flüge ab Stuttgart. S-Bahn eine Haltestelle zu fahren, Zustieg vor der Tür. Gutes Frühstück. Allerdings ist die Umgebung des Hotels nicht sehr schön und auch nicht sehr sauber.

I’ve stayed here many times and always given a 5 star rating. This time however, only 4 stars. Everything about this hotel was superb, apart from the breakfast. It used to be outstanding, but this time it was noticeably lower in standard, with less choice and lower quality food on offer. Some serious cost-savings clearly visible. A shame.

That was one of my worst experiences! No A/C in warm summer, and the reception said only half the ventilation was working, which I honestly don't get. They offered a fan, but said I had to come down to reception to get it! No one to bring it in a hotel like that? When I was at reception, two hotel staff were just sitting there, not to mention the people they probably had for room service and stuff. Opening the window in a hotel room facing the train station wasn't an option either. Hotels, even hostels, with much cheaper prices offer better service. At least their ACs work in mid-summer, or if you need something, the staff doesn't tell you to come down and get it yourself.

Great stay again at the hotel. Everything is fine. Staff are friendly, breakfast is excellent, and room is great. Only big minus this time was that the air condition was not able to cope with the heat. We had to open the windows, but since it was so hot outside it was very warm during the night. If they fix the air con, 5 stars are deserved.
