Parking garage very difficult to get in to. Front desk should inform drivers to go around the block and enter from the right. Entering from the left can present possible accident both due to oncoming traffic and a 120 degree turn into the garage entrance. Doing that with a rented SUV was both scary and frustrating. Staff was great the room and hotel clean but this is very small, like very small and you have to pay for parking extra and breakfast be aware. The restaurant and bar were not availiable at the time we went and there is no mini fridge in the room.

Ok hotel with a very good breakfirst. They state that they have parking, but no indication that there is a fee. Searched through all the details incl fees on Hotel.com before booking. They should inform that they add 20% to the price if you arrive by car (would have chosen an other location)

The hotel breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever had. The hot food options were second to none, and there were so many options to choose from. The room is okay, but slightly hot, with no A/C. Parking is an additional €19 charge.

1. Das Hotel liegt an einer Autobahn und S-Bahn-Verbindung. Trotz Reservierung eines ruhigen Zimmers habe ich die Frontseite zur Autobahn S-Bahn erhalten. Nachdem ich ein neues Zimmer erhielt, war es okay. Ein leichtes Autorauschen hörte ich dennoch, weil die Autobahn dann nicht mehr frontal, sondern von der Seite zu sehen ist. 2. Kein Zimmerservice! An der Rezeption ist ein Schild hierfür ersichtlich, genauso wie ein Hinweis auf dem Bett im Zimmer. Das finde ich SEHR komisch! Schließlich habe ich den vollen Preis gezahlt und keinen eco-Service gebucht. Ich bin kein Fan von täglichen Handtuchwechseln, aber das sollte vor Buchung ersichtlich sein. 3. Das Personal ist bemüht. 4. Auswahl an Essen (Rewe, Bowl, Subway) ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Schöne Unterkunft, die nahe bei der Messe Stuttgart liegt. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, in einem gab es Kekse und Nüsse, im anderen leider nicht. Ein Zimmer hatte große Flecken im Teppich. Sonst war alles gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Ich würde es wieder buchen und auch empfehlen.

Klimaanlage hat nur Lüftungsfunktion. Auf Nachfrage wurde mit mitgeteilt dass dies ja nur ein Dorint Essential ist, da geht die Kühlfunktion nicht. Fön komplett verklebt, recht ekelig. Lüftung im Bad nicht wirklich vorhanden. 20 Minuten beim auschecken, beim Einchecken bekommt man nur eine vorläufige Rechnung. Frühstück Mittelmaß, wenig kreativ. Werde dort nicht wieder buchen.

Very close to Stuttgart airport, extremely nice staff, clean and secure parking. Breakfast had a good variety and good seating. Fun airplane theme throughout the hotel. The bed however was as hard as a rock and the pillow was the thinest pillow I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Shame was otherwise great value for money.

The check-in process was unpleasant. I was sent to a room that was already occupied at midnight and the person in the room was woken up by me and we surprised each other. Room was clean by right by the highway so there was a lot of noise from cars roaring by even if the window was fully closed.

Das Hotel gibt bei den Buchungsportalem an, eine Klimaanlage zu haben. Letzten Dienstag, knappe 40 Grad in Stuttgart, im Zimmer 32 Grad, nicht zu denken an Schlaf. In der Früh zu Rezeption und gefragt, ob die Klimaanlage kaputt sei, die Antwort, wir haben keine. Absolute Frechheit, hätte ich es gewusst, wäre ich nicht on dem Hotel untergekommen. Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

Wir sind zu zweit angereist und es gab nur ein Kissen und Decke auf dem Zimmer. Das gleiche mit den Handtücher. Zwei versuche bis es geklappt hat. Der letzte war um 3:00 Uhr morgens als wir schlafen wollten. Morgens gebeten einTaxi zu rufen. Wurde vergessen. Als wir dann schon 15 Minuten draußen gewartet haben.

Wir sind zu zweit angereist und es gab nur ein Kissen und Decke auf dem Zimmer. Das gleiche mit den Handtücher. Zwei versuche bis es geklappt hat. let's pretty this way I made reservations at that place I am handicapped I had to get one of the cooks to help me to my room I guess I was supposed to take three suitcases with my leg had three surgeries being injured as in Nevada state place let's go to the second part I'm ready to leave and go to Stuttgart so I went picked up my car around the corner where I parked it I come back parked in the front to get my bags I got locked out of the room 11 o'clock I had made to open up my room so I could get my suitcases out I went and talk to the guy downstairs I said would you like me out for he would not answer me i'll help you help me you locked me out of my room I would've brought one bag at a time down so you know what I would say everything nasty about your hotel because when you lock somebody out at 11 o'clock when you're checking out and the normal time for check out is 12 o'clock so you know what you're getting bad reviews and I will make sure some of my friends that I was visiting here in Germany to pass on the nastiness of this hotel locking an individual out of their room at 11 o'clock in the morning did he say sorry no he did not

This hotel is conveniently located close to the facilities around the airport with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and satisfactory for our needs. We were travelling with a large dog and did not have any problems during our stay.

The hotel was very easy to get to from Stuttgart airport with a easy walk and tram ride. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, warm and comfortable, everything I needed was there. Breakfast was good, nice selection and all fresh and well cooked. Good value for money, would happily visit again and recommend to anyone.
