You get what you pay for. It is outdated but considering we only needed one night it was decent. If I was staying long term it would not be my choice. The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful.

Hotel was not worth what they charge. Microwave didn't work, mold on the ceiling in the shower, filth on the walls. Beds where not comfortable at all. Before entering the elevator it smelled like urine, elevator and halls smelled like Marijuana, elevator was nasty. Lady that worked the evening of 6/28/26 , thinner one was very rude, and had a nasty attitude. She has horrible customer service and no sense of hospitality. We will never visit this nasty place again.

Stayed 5 nights

I hate to give bad comments but this place has to be rated between 1-2: First of all for false advertising: I booked two-2 bed suites-*had 2 left-and only received 2-one bed suites. Next, the smell of the room was awful upon opening the door each and every time throughout the 5 day-bookings, despite my wiping down the filthy stove top, and refrigerator (wasn't too bad), the dirty light fixtures, air conditioner, and back of the bathroom door had spider webs and dirt mixed with the dust, the kitchen faucet was cruddy, and the air conditioner had to be serviced because the rain was so bad it overflowed onto the floor of the room. When I asked to be moved, the person on the phone told me that they were full. I can't believe that was the truth. The parking lot was never over-crowded. I took out insurance for the two rooms, which was worthless because when you check-in there is a form that you sign/initial for you to NOT get a refund. Plus you pay UP FRONT before you get your keys to your rooms. The good part for the rating of 2 is because of the clean bedding and towels which only got changed if you asked for it, along with sweeping and lightly mopping the floor. Also probably because the building is old, the doors are hard to open and close. The staff was very courteous and accommodating when asked for anything, like an extra chair or phone charger, and getting work orders done like the air conditioner and the tv which I did not notice that it was unplugged. The tv worked fine!

Stayed 9 nights

We reserved our room for 9 nights and checked in on a Saturday. The lady who checked us in told us there was a discount on our room, we said great and paid our bill IN FULL. I asked her what was the discount from, and she said she did not know, but it was on there. On Tuesday evening, we noticed roaches in our room when we returned. Wednesday morning we reported it to the front desk and we were told that they would send maintenance to take care of it, and that on Friday they had an exterminator scheduled to come out to treat the building. Wednesday night our key did not work for us to get back into the building, we called the support number and no one answered the phone. Thankfully, someone else was entering, and our key worked on our room door. Maintenance also did not treat our room for roaches. Thursday morning we were told that maintenance said they're not going to treat our room and to wait until Friday. They also reset our keys and said it was because we put our keys next to a phone or credit card, which we did not because the key would not have worked at all. We also received a note on our door letting us know that for the next three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) repairs would be happening on each AC unit and entry was required for the workers starting at 830am. Friday came and went, no exterminator came. At 930am on Saturday someone came and deep cleaned the AC unit. At around noon, I received another knock on the door (moreso forced entry) by the same lady who

We paid $131 for a weekend anniversary stay and were met with a hot room, poor cleanliness, broken fixtures, visible damage, and mostly unresponsive staff. Multiple complaints were reported and none were addressed. Very disappointing experience.
