Un excellent séjour. Lieu reposant et ressourçant. Animation super, repas excellent. Première expérience all inclusive fabuleuse. Dommage que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas et qu'il n'y avait pas de location de vélos et paddle sur place.

We arrived to a friendly and helpful reception team who were there throughout our stay, answering questions each time we needed them. The food and restaurant...well this was definitely a surprise! It exceeded our expectations. Choices changed daily and admittedly a couple of choices needed some seasoning but there were so many choices it didn't matter! The pool area had a decent amount of sun loungers although depending on the time of day depended on which ones were in the sun but there are two lower decks close to the sea where you can't hear anything but the waves!!! It's about a 20/25 minute cab from Hi/Ushuaia and around €25. All in all I will 100% be staying here again!

The rooms ac was not working properly I ask for a different room and they didn't have any available. Limited parking if you don't have a parking spot in the hotel area then they make you park in the outside of of the property in town.

The hotel's strength is that it is in a lovely location in a quaint resort, and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is charging very high prices for what is an old fashioned 3* hotel. The jacuzzi didn't work all holiday; food was 3* quality with mish-mash combinations, watery not real thing cocktails; toilet not working on arrival; shower blocked; bellboy delivering wrong cases (mistakes happen) but blamed guests for causing confusion which is completly unacceptable. Complaints to reception about Jacuzzi were met with confusion/almost disbelief. Overall an underwhelming experience which I've never experienced before in Spain.

I had a wonderful stay, filled with memorable moments and exceptional service. The food was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables that made every meal enjoyable. The daily towel service was a thoughtful touch, and the cleaning staff did a remarkable job keeping the room spotless. The hotel’s location, with direct access to the beach, is truly unbeatable. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, the live DJ by the pool and the musical performances after dinner were a highlight, providing an unforgettable experience each evening. And to top it off, the drinks were exceptional, contributing to a fantastic overall experience. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The internet connection was often unstable, which made it challenging to stay connected. The bathroom showed signs of red rust in certain areas, with some fixtures needing repair. The bed had a tendency to slide whenever we sat on it, and the acoustic isolation could be better, as we could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Additionally, a hotel transfer from the airport would have been appreciated, especially considering the 20-minute drive. The view from our room was absolutely beautiful! The bummer was that the hot tub didn’t get hot for the first two nights and by the time it was fixed we didn’t use it. The shower needs some attention too as it’s a little older. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We went there for my 40th and booked two suites for us 4. But while checking in I was told they have upgraded one of our suites for free so instead will give a room with sea view and a jacuzzi on the terrace . The room was so tiny, hardly any space to move around for the two of us and the toilet could not be used until the door shuts, which was a let down as we originally booked a suite. Anyways we overlooked all that thinking we still have the jacuzzi and a good view. That night the room started stinking of drainage from the toilet and when we went out to use the jacuzzi it wasn’t working. Complained the hotel many times and they didn’t do anything and told us that the technician can’t fix it. We were only there for two nights and 3 days and didn’t get any help at all. After such a bad experience and being downgraded to a smaller room, which stank and didn’t have a working jacuzzi we asked for the compensation while checking out and the hotel manager was so rude to talk to, didn’t give us any discount at all. Not even a complementary lunch at the hotel. Would never recommend anyone to stay there. Worst hotel ever! We paid for a suite and got a really bad room. Big happy to pay for it.

Mi estancia empezó con una habitación sucia, sin los utensilios de higiene y las fotos no correspondían. Me dieron la habitación correcta tras qiejarme y la limpieza era igual de mesiocre, quise poner el jacuzzi el chorto era mínimo que se lleno en 40 minutos y tuve que vaciar porque salia tierra y se llenó de bichos que estaban en el conducto. Decidí ducharme, lo cual fue mala idea porque se salía el agua de la ducha por el bajo de la puerta y estaba embozado el desagüe, gasté todas las toallas para limpiar el agua que me llegó hasta la habitación. Un desastre, no se deberían abrir los hoteles anticipadamente sin un buen nantenimiento

Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel (vor die Schranke fahren, klingeln, Schranke öffnet sich), tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen, ich hatte Halbpension. Schneller und freundlicher Service bei Upgrade-Anfrage, wunderschöne Lage. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels hielt sich in Grenzen. Schmierige Lampen, Haare auf dem Boden, benutzte Bettwäsche, bei Erstnutzung der Toilette hatte der Vorgänger nicht gespült, scheinbar wurde nicht gereinigt. Eventuell lag dies jedoch auch am Saisonende. Oftmals wurde das Zimmer betreten, obwohl das "Bitte nicht stören"-Schild draußen hing. Dies führte zu mehreren unangenehmen Situationen. Insgesamt super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, allerdings besteht dringender Verbesserungsbedarf was die Sauberkeit angeht.

Our room felt outdated, and throughout our stay we noticed a persistent sewage odor from the bidet. Housekeeping was minimal—when we arrived, we found hairs and dust in the bedding. The air conditioning and bathroom lights were both malfunctioning and required a technician’s visit on our first day, and the in-room safe never worked despite multiple attempts to fix it. The all-inclusive package covered only the three main meals and a pool bar serving overly sweet, basic mixed drinks, which didn’t feel like good value for the price. To top it off, we were asked to pay an extra €30 for our one-hour late checkout request! The one bright spot was the beautiful beach view and friendly staff, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially the all-inclusive option—there simply wasn’t enough value for the cost.

Die Unterkunft hat eine atemraubende Standpunkt. Der Service und das Personal sind sehr höflich. Die Auswahl der Speisen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist ein sehr ruhiges Hotel obwohl es Riesen groß ist. Zum relaxen und dem Alltag zu entkommen perfekt. Die einzigen Kritikpunkt, die Hygiene in der Duschkabine… es war nicht richtig sauber, dort lag noch ein Rasierschutzkappe vom vorherigen Gast in der Duschkabine und allgemein sah es für einen 4 Sterne Hotel zu schmuddelig. Die Zimmer waren für meinen Geschmack zu dunkel… nur ein Nachttischlampe auf dem Tisch war zu wenig. Die Nachttischlampe an den Betten haben nicht funktioniert.

Sehr schöne Anlage , ruhig und schön in der Bucht gelegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer schön und sauber.

This property is very dated and basic. The furniture, fixtures, fittings and decoration throughout the hotel and in the rooms is tired and old fashioned. Location amazing, views lovely. Restaurant has a rather budget ambience but the food choice was varied and quality good. Overall, the property is overpriced for its state of repair, compared to other properties in the location/nearby, but I wouldn’t rule it out if you’re not worried about aesthetics and modern conveniences.

Nos tocó una habitación con muchos ruidos. El balcón estaba sobre la entrada principal al hotel. Todas las mañanas muy temprano llegaron camiones de proveedores provocando demasiado ruido. También mucho ruido del otro lado de nuestra puerta ya que la habitación estaba frente al ascensor. En el comedor también extremado ruido cuando apilaban los platos y cubiertos usados. En mas de una oportunidad nos querían retirar los platos cuando aún no habíamos terminado de comer. En recepción han sido muy amables. La habitación estaba limpia. Lamento no haber podido disfrutar a pleno, pero esos detalles me parecen importantes

The place was absolutely amazing. Food was good, view was good, and staff were friendly. One thing I must say though, if you’re picking a room with a sea view, be prepared for a very lousy night. The hotel has a DJ and people like to get drunk… Also the A.C was not very cold. It took hours for the room to get to a comfortable temperature to have a good sleep. Other than that, no further comments.

We went there for my 40th and booked two suites for us 4. But while checking in I was told they have upgraded one of our suites for free so instead will give a room with sea view and a jacuzzi on the terrace . The room was so tiny, hardly any space to move around for the two of us and the toilet could not be used until the door shuts, which was a let down as we originally booked a suite. Anyways we overlooked all that thinking we still have the jacuzzi and a good view. That night the room started stinking of drainage from the toilet and when we went out to use the jacuzzi it wasn’t working. Complained the hotel many times and they didn’t do anything and told us that the technician can’t fix it. We were only there for two nights and 3 days and didn’t get any help at all. After such a bad experience and being downgraded to a smaller room, which stank and didn’t have a working jacuzzi we asked for the compensation while checking out and the hotel manager was so rude to talk to, didn’t give us any discount at all. Not even a complementary lunch at the hotel. Would never recommend anyone to stay there. Worst hotel ever! We paid for a suite and got a really bad room. Big happy to pay for it.

We arrived to a friendly and helpful reception team who were there throughout our stay, answering questions each time we needed them. The food and restaurant...well this was definitely a surprise! It exceeded our expectations. Choices changed daily and admittedly a couple of choices needed some seasoning but there were so many choices it didn't matter! The pool area had a decent amount of sun loungers although depending on the time of day depended on which ones were in the sun but there are two lower decks close to the sea where you can't hear anything but the waves!!! It's about a 20/25 minute cab from Hi/Ushuaia and around €25. All in all I will 100% be staying here again!

Decepcionante. O quarto que fui hospedado o banheiro quando tomava banho virava uma piscina e transbordava água para todo quarto. Café da manhã ok. Acomodações ok, mas não modernas. O ar do quarto não é bom o suficiente para o calor que faz. Atendimento no turno da noite horrível! Funcionário que atende a noite não tem capacidade para ficar sozinho e, uma simples troca de quarto que foi feita no turno da manhã e era só para pegar o cartão com o turno da noite gerou um transtorno e espera de quase 1h na recepção. Para quem deseja local mais badalado a localização também não é boa, fica 40min das praias mais famosas.

Hotêl impeccable ! Très bien situé et très bien entretenu. Pour les départs avant 8h, il faut savoir que le petit-déjeuner n'est servi qu'à partir de 8h, et que nous n'avons pas été informé qu'il était possible de le commander plus tôt.

This is the best hotel of the hole trip we made! Really amazing views, the food was excellent, very well located near a very nice and calm beach, perfect to relax. Cool bar at night/sunset. We really enjoyed! We would go again to this hotel if we come back to Ibiza!

Palladium Cala lionga is located in quiet area which is perfect for relaxation with beautiful views and friendly staff I chose all inclusive the food was awesome but I believe the rooms was basic it did not had much to offer no mini bar

Great location, beautiful bay, the hotel is right on the water, you must have a car to be here, parking on premises. Great service, the food is excellent, we recommend half board.

Hôtel superbement situé ! Sur la mer Il mériterait bon coup de rénovation, de déco pour utiliser son potentiel au max !! Petit dej et repas bien , variés et de bons produits frais. Cala Llonga c’est super bien placé entre ibiza et Santa Eulalia…, calme et mignon ! Plutôt pour du repos après avoir profité de la night de Ibiza

Decepcionante. O quarto que fui hospedado o banheiro quando tomava banho virava uma piscina e transbordava água para todo quarto. Café da manhã ok. Acomodações ok, mas não modernas. O ar do quarto não é bom o suficiente para o calor que faz. Atendimento no turno da noite horrível! Funcionário que atende a noite não tem capacidade para ficar sozinho e, uma simples troca de quarto que foi feita no turno da manhã e era só para pegar o cartão com o turno da noite gerou um transtorno e espera de quase 1h na recepção. Para quem deseja local mais badalado a localização também não é boa, fica 40min das praias mais famosas.

We arrived to a friendly and helpful reception team who were there throughout our stay, answering questions each time we needed them. The food and restaurant...well this was definitely a surprise! It exceeded our expectations. Choices changed daily and admittedly a couple of choices needed some seasoning but there were so many choices it didn't matter! The pool area had a decent amount of sun loungers although depending on the time of day depended on which ones were in the sun but there are two lower decks close to the sea where you can't hear anything but the waves!!! It's about a 20/25 minute cab from Hi/Ushuaia and around €25. All in all I will 100% be staying here again!

The hotel’s location was excellent, and the dinner menu was enjoyable, but breakfast and lunch were very basic. Many of the dinnerware items were stained, and we repeatedly had to request clean plates and glasses. Our room felt outdated, and throughout our stay we noticed a persistent sewage odor from the bidet. Housekeeping was minimal—when we arrived, we found hairs and dust in the bedding. The air conditioning and bathroom lights were both malfunctioning and required a technician’s visit on our first day, and the in-room safe never worked despite multiple attempts to fix it. The all-inclusive package covered only the three main meals and a pool bar serving overly sweet, basic mixed drinks, which didn’t feel like good value for the price. To top it off, we were asked to pay an extra €30 for our one-hour late checkout request! The one bright spot was the beautiful beach view and friendly staff, but overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, especially the all-inclusive option—there simply wasn’t enough value for the cost.

Die Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Abbildungen in Katalogen bzw. Buchungsseiten. Das Mobiliar ist stark abgenutzt, die Ausstattung im Bad verschimmelt und stark verkalkt. Die Abflüsse im Bad stinken enorm. Die Sauberkeit ist auch nach der Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft. Teilweise entsteht durch Livemusik am Abend starke Lärmbelästigung. Das angebotene Ersatzzimmer war nur unbedeutend besser. Das Essen ist annehmbar, der Kaffee allerdings eine Katastrophe aus Pulver. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter kann die Bewertung nur wenig positiv beeinflussen.

Food and location were excellent, the selections at all inclusive meals were some of best we have had. Location is lovely and quiet with not a lot to do in the area but boat taxi available if you want to explore. The only thing that let's this hotel down is the maintenance, read some reviews about the hotel being dated and whilst I didnt agree with this entirely, there were some issues , Patio doors not opening more than 1 body width Toilet had permanent drip which was annoying Area around the pool had parts of the wood coming off Bits of jacuzzi were broken on the inside These were minor things though thay did not at all affect our enjoyment of the stay and the relaxing holiday we were looking for and got.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with a beautiful bay and the sea just a 2-minute walk away. Ibiza Town is only 15–20 minutes away. The food and drinks were excellent, and we especially loved the coffee and the thoughtful option of lactose-free milk. The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming, taking great care of us and making us feel comfortable until it was time for our flight.A perfect place to relax, enjoy the beautiful views, and have a peaceful getaway. We would definitely come back!
