We were placed at the very back of the building and had to walk around the back of the building in a dark area with no lights to find our room. There were tables and equipment on the path so we had to walk and roll our bags through the dirt and mud. The map was not accurate and they did not tell us that the corner rooms were storage rooms and we had to pass 3 more rooms to find ours even though the map said it was on the very corner. Had to go back to the office, have them tell is this, then back to the room. All after a long drive, at 11pm, with my 9 year old daughter who was terrified of how the building appeared back there. The room itself was clean and appreciate the mattress cover. But please fix the back of the building our dont make people stay in those rooms that are hard to access.

Recently renovated room. Our King room was clean, updated bathroom and furnishings. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff too. Overall a very good experience. Tried to get a bottled water in the lobby when we arrived in the evening; we couldn’t get one unless we were a club member. None in the vending machine. Had to wait until ‘breakfast’.

Needed more staff. Those present were friendly and helpful. Room smelt like cigarette smoke. A machine outside ran loudly all night. Room poorly laid out. Needed a toilet lid over the seat.

It looked a little old/unkept when we drove up. People hanging in the parking lot of the store next door. However, office area was clean and fresh smelling. A restaurant attached to the building that looked popular and a Wendy’s across the street. Room was surprisingly clean and looks recently remodeled. Beds were not the most comfortable but we slept good -quiet area. Only complaint is the soap dispensers- very little comes out and if you have long thick hair it might take awhile to get enough shampoo. The free breakfast is decent- the usual cereal/bagels but they have a fridge well stocked with microwave biscuits, yogurt and drinks which was nice since we could grab and go.

The original room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived at 4:44 pm, and the other room was not clean, my friend called me to get the live bugs that were in the shower/tub, and there were lots of dark brown hairs in the bathroom, plus dirt around the toilet and tub and floor in the bathroom, and the floor didn’t feel clean when I briefly walked on it. I hope and pray that the sheets were fresh. I often leave a tip, but I couldn’t do it that stay.

The check in was easy, the lady at the desk was pleasant. The room looked clean, the bedding as well. The room looked very nice and spacious. But sitting on the bed I noticed the dust on the lamp bases. When my partner was in the bath he noticed a dried up lump of dog poop behind the toilet. This would mean they didn’t sweep, mop or wipe behind the toilet when cleaning. Yuck!

The staff was good, the bed was too hard, no shampoo in the shower, and the floors were dirty. The reason I know the floors were dirty, as I got out of the shower to get my shampoo and when I got back in I left tracks in the tub.

This was the only place in the area available for faithfest. Had issues with the first room we were assigned not being clean and parts of the ceiling were crubling on the floor due to prior water damage. The staff was very understanding and she said it was probably an out of service roim that they had opened for the event not knowing it wasnt finished. We were moved to the only other room available that was clean but had a really bad musty smell. We just dealt with it because again there wasnt anything else in the areaWasnt really a breakfest either other than frozen microwave sandwiches and cereal but again we made due. Overall if you really need a place its decent but for the cost I think they should have planned a bit better or offered a best price to make up for it.

It was a mostly clean room. My only complaint was the floors were not swept or cleaned, but I did not complain and ask them to come sweep, which I am sure they would have. I killed at least 10 flies, but the cleaners usually leave the door open while cleaning them.

Our room was not clean. The floor was so so dirty and the shower and bathroom were absolutely disgusting. I do t think the room was cleaned since the last guest was there. I was desperate for a room and everything and everywhere was booked full so we had to make due.

Not clean… the bathtub was dirty and had hair all in the bottom as well as used soap on the ledge with hair in it. The floor was dirty, the bottom of my white socks were black. The AC didn’t work well as we had it set at 61 and it barely got below 70 in the room. The front desk staff were friendly and the bed mattress was super comfortable.

Room was newly renovated, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only issues we had, which were minor, was the tub drained slowly while showering, and the Spectrum stream had to buffer several times throughout the evening. I would highly recommend this Red Roof Inn.

The property was probably a motel previously and then purchased and given a quick makeover. The floors were new, the beds and bedding were new but everything else was obviously poorly painted over. The patch work on the walls and doors was not good, there were stains on the doors, dirty hand prints on the bed, the paint around the doors were smeared and messy. There was a sign on the door of the room that was specific to the safety of your vehicle and locking the room door. The beds are extremely firm. If you like a firm bed, you’ll be fine. Otherwise it’s really uncomfortable. The bedding is super stiff and rough, again nit my preference but if you like that it will be fine. Lastly, the ‘breakfast’ is jimmy dean egg sandwich’s that you have to warm up for yourself, you hurt, cereal and some fruit.

Upon entering the room, there was no amenities at all, no hand soap,shampoo, wash cloths, bathmat, only 2 hand towels. The room was moist, everything felt wet including the floor. I asked the desk person for towels etc, I was given 2 soaps, 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. She said there was no shampoo. She was very pleasant but the only one working at the hotel.When I went back to the room, the key didn't work, I went back again and there was no one at the desk, I had to wait a long time till she returned to redo my key. The 2nd day I was gone all day and when we came back to our room it had not been serviced, no clean towels or anything. I had to go get towels etc but there was again no one at the desk. After about 30 min a guy came and gave me towels, and again the key didn't work, I was told there isn't daily room maid service, Yikes! I won't be going back again. I felt the staff tried their best and were very polite but there should be another person working to cover them when they leave the front desk.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with fresh linens and towels. Room was great with tv fridge and microwave. Facility was still under renovation but am sure it will be great when completely finished and cleaned up. A continental breakfast or even some grab and go breakfast items would be great but was not part of the reservation so not a negative.

Easy and simple Check-in. IT was very fast. The hotel had been recently remodeled and whomever did the remodel did a superb job. All the finishes were great. I had no complaints.
Easy and simple Check-in. IT was very fast. The hotel had been recently remodeled and whomever did the remodel did a superb job. All the finishes were great. I had no complaints.

Tv in first room didn't work. Tv in second room wasn't working. Front desk would not change us again and would not come to room to see the problem. Told us we would have to wait until next morning when maintenance came in. Told her we were checking out the next morning so it wouldn't do us any good. Staff was not friendly or helpful

Newer hotel, very comfortable bed, good tv, nice shower. Coffee in room was good. Only issue was we needed more pillows and couldn't get them because housekeeping left at 3 pm. The staff was very nice. The breakfast is microwave sausage biscuits, yogurt, cereal, bread. Plnty of food choices nearby.

This is a very good, inexpensive option for the area. However, I would’ve expected a little bit more from the “breakfast option “. There were only a few bagels, and a few premade sausage and a biscuit. There was dry cereal, milk, juice, coffee. Just a very basics. Other than the breakfast, I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly, although not very available. The location is close to a major road and a business across the street, but the noise level is surprisingly low for that.

They put me in one building and my sister in another building. When my sister went to her room, she said there was bird poop on the side walk to her room. There were men (guests) sitting outside her room, smoking and talking. She didn't feel comfortable walking in and out of the room with the men sitting there watching her. We took the keys back to the front desk agent and went to find another hotel. We were sad that our rooms were non refundable.

It looked a little old/unkept when we drove up. People hanging in the parking lot of the store next door. However, office area was clean and fresh smelling. A restaurant attached to the building that looked popular and a Wendy’s across the street. Room was surprisingly clean and looks recently remodeled. Beds were not the most comfortable but we slept good -quiet area. Only complaint is the soap dispensers- very little comes out and if you have long thick hair it might take awhile to get enough shampoo. The free breakfast is decent- the usual cereal/bagels but they have a fridge well stocked with microwave biscuits, yogurt and drinks which was nice since we could grab and go.

This was the only place in the area available for faithfest. Had issues with the first room we were assigned not being clean and parts of the ceiling were crubling on the floor due to prior water damage. The staff was very understanding and she said it was probably an out of service roim that they had opened for the event not knowing it wasnt finished. We were moved to the only other room available that was clean but had a really bad musty smell. We just dealt with it because again there wasnt anything else in the areaWasnt really a breakfest either other than frozen microwave sandwiches and cereal but again we made due. Overall if you really need a place its decent but for the cost I think they should have planned a bit better or offered a best price to make up for it.

Nice clean place with comfy bed. Im not sure why the maid knocked on the door at 9:45am and woke us up asking if we needed anything? As far as I know they shouldn't be knocking before checkout time??? Weird
