Easy and friendly check in. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was nice with a comfy bed. Its great to have a kitchenette in the room with microwave, kettle and separate sink from the bathroom. Very central location for the historic centre of Malaga. Parking available too but one of the worst underground garages I have ever entered. Its only single file and we met lots of card coming out as we were arriving

Staff was unwilling to assist whether the parking next door has an EV station or not. Although, we discovered that it was listed on Novotel property detail, the staff was still unwilling to assist. The bathroom and shower are in separate area of the room. Upon entry to the room, you observe the word WC on the door of the bathroom. Washing your hands in the bathroom is a struggle because of the tiny sink.

Very clean rooms but rather small. The front desk often has one employee who is always busy and had to wait for a couple of minutes to get my turn. The Room card keys have magnetic strip which got erased when I kept next to smart phone and had to go to front desk again to get it reprogrammed. Had to pay the full 18 euros for the private parking garage next door because the 5 euro discount from the hotel did not work on the automatic payment machine. There 2 elevators are slow and take 2 minutes to arrive when called.

If you are looking for a hotel which is out of the bustling area then this is the hotel for you, although it’s just a few minute walk to the busy side its located on a quiet road no noise at night and the staff are very helpful they speak English which is a bonus. They also called us a taxi when the app I was using didn’t work and the AC keeps you cool the second you walk in. Although if you are looking for a gym included this one isn’t the best it’s small and weights don’t go past 5kg.

The property is an average property. Breakfast very good. Staff kind and professional. Cleanliness very good. Safe place and walkable. Shopping centers and restaurant nearby. The hotel ( no the sorrounding business) was under a power outage for about 30 hours between wednesday and thursday 14. It indicates a managment serious problem to preview possible contingences. The hotel staff has 9 for me. The managment a 5 of 10.

This is a friendly place with very nice staff. Big room with some character. And good location in the city center next to the historical center. Ok breakfast. Rooms start to need a bit updating! Still ok, but they have seen a lot of life! No bar or restaurant.

I recently stayed at Novotel Suites Malaga Centro and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. Parking was also available at a reasonable price, which was very helpful. The reception staff were very friendly and professional, always welcoming and helpful. Their service really stood out and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, the overall premises of the hotel did not fully feel like a 4-star property. The biggest disadvantage during our stay was the air conditioning. It was turned off because the hotel considered it winter, even though the weather outside was warm. The room became quite hot at night, which made it difficult to sleep. We had to open the windows, but since the hotel is located in the historic center, there was quite a lot of noise outside even late at night.

The service and overall is ok. Alicia at the buffet was very nice, and courtious. Same for the cleaning personnel. The receptionists could improve in friendlyness. The parking was tight... like all underground parking

Great central location within walking distance of everything, with clean and easy parking. The room is well equipped and the bed is fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel has an unpleasant odor covered by strong air fresheners, and the shower tiles were not clean. The price mainly reflects the location but feels too high for the level of maintenance and comfort.

The main reasons for choosing this hotel were the location and room size. Unfortunately, the layout of the room meant it didn't feel particularly spacious. The bathroom and kitchen bar were clean but other parts of the room, e.g. around the sofabed, were a bit grubby and showed signs of wear and tear. Overall, it was a bit disappointing for the price paid.

This is a clean and functional hotel. Beds, bedding, pillows and curtains are quality material. They do a daily clean as well. It takes about 10 minutes by Uber to get to the hotel from the Malaga Maria Zambrano train station. We did not purchase the breakfast option expecting plenty of cafes around the area and it did turn out like that. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking distance to old town core and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Also close to supermarkets. Underground parking is functional and hotel guests get a discount.

Good hotel. Good location. Layout of the room was a bit strange. No need for three sinks! Toilet cubicle was too small, yet other room was large enough for a bathtub that nobody uses on holidays when they can just have a shower instead. But would recommend this hotel overall.

Location was excellent. The room itself was very small and barely could fit 2 adults comfortably. Do not book this room for a family, we definitely regretted doing it for a family of 4. Book 2 rooms for a comfortable family stay . Otherwise the staff was very courteous and very helpful. Definitely expensive for the size of the room and facilities offered.

The property is very central located it is good for walking to main attractions and breakfast was also very good however it says check in is at 12 noon but this is not correct you can only check in at 12 noon if your room is ready. We had to wait until 1:45 pm Also the air conditioning did not work well. The room was very hot we could not sleep from the heat.

Good to have closed parking garage, but a bit far away from the center (10-15 min. walk) many drug addicts and homeless people near the hotel area and on the walking route to the center. So we felt uncomfortable, had to hide away the jewelry and watches we wear. Malaga seems not a safe city.

Great location, 5 minute walk to old town . Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Very close to Corte des Ingles shopping center and metro station. Hotel was clean, big room . It was quiet and bed very comfortable. I cannot fault the hotel.

Great 3 night stay! Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious for our family of three. Breakfast was very good ! 5 minute walk To train station with connection to airport for a 10 minute trip. About 5- 10 minute walk to old town / harbor. 20 to beach, but we liked the location.

Paid for breakfast but no eggs for the three days that we stayed. It was meant to be hot breakfast but staff didn’t care and no eggs at all. Overall hotel is good with convenient to shops and amenities. Rooms are too hot and too loud in the morning with people talking.

For the price point you would think you would be staying at a decent hotel but this was anything but. The property was extremely dated with worn out furniture. The baby cot they supplied was so old and not fit for purpose that we never used it. Breakfast options were very limited for a hotel claiming to be 4-star. Eggs and vegetables were overcooked. Overall it was a terrible stay and wouldn’t book it again
