There was a Spanish receptionist who was rude and unhelpful, like he was forcing me to spell my name in Spanish even though I was speaking German, like why would I know Spanish… He also didn’t explain the things about the hotel too… But shout out to the woman from Austria… Nice and helpful… Apart from this, I extremely enjoyed my stay, amazing room!

Nice stay with my teenage son in room with spacious bunk beds. More nice hotels should have these kind of bunk beds! Breakfast was good, not fantastic. The staff there need to be slightly more synchronized, some times there were 3 different coming and asked what coffee I wanted… the scrambled eggs was so so, the juice and coffee was nice. Missed some more refined yoghurts and things to it. Overall a good stay!

Excellent location with underground parking attached to the property. Incredibly helpful staff - particularly when we had an issue with our room which was solved very swiftly. The sauna on the roof was amazing, and can highly recommend the breakfast which is one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel.
