We had a nice stay in this Cabin in Ingenia Holiday Park. It was in a convenient location with closer to shops and restaurants. We felt safe with the security coded car entry to the park. It had a nice communal kitchen where we could cook more if we needed. Just a walk to the beach through the foot path of the Park. Will recommend this place to anyone.

The cabin is spacious with a big kitchen. (Oven is in the common kitchen which takes 1 min walk) The inverted air con is definitely a must in every hotel, motel and cabin. The washroom and bathroom are clean and tidy. Water pressure is stable and hot enough. The environment around the cabin is great. Many little animals walk around yet very quiet. The security is perfect with two door locks. Enough parking space for one car. It takes 10-20 minutes to drive to Penguin Parade.

We recently stayed and I must admit, I was taken aback by the price we paid, given that it was alot less than what we paid at another holiday park on Phillip Island. However, upon arrival, it became clear why it was so affordable. Despite reading and seeing photos of a pool, jumping pillow, and buggies for the kids to ride, there was no pool, the jumping pillow was nothing like the photo, and the buggies were available for hire at $10 every 30 minutes. The cabins were small and had a musky stale smell, with mold present. The couch was incredibly uncomfortable, but luckily, the kids had their Xbox to keep them occupied while in the cabin. The kids were disappointed, and so are we. The area was nearly empty, with only one other person present. It was a shame, as our expectations were not met. But, it was quiet, nice to see the ducks and you can get up close to them and the staff are lovely and welcoming.

It was our 2nd trip to this holiday park. The location is great, close to shops and the beach. The holiday park itself could do with a few more on-site facilities like a pool and more play areas. The accommodation is comfortable with all that is needed for a get away. all in all, my 2 teenage kids enjoyed themselves with their friend who stayed next door.

Not adequate space to park large cars with cabins. Usually there is room beside a cabin but here we had to park out front, and we/the surrounding cabins had to move our cars occasionally so others could get in and out. Floors weren’t very clean, after walking around for half an hour my socks were black. There was a lot of sand under/around the couch. Bathroom had a yucky sewerage kind of smell after showering, I guess from the drains? Otherwise the park itself was nice, kids lived the jumping pillow and playgrounds and the beach access was very handy. We felt safe enough that the kids could ride their bikes/scooters around the park. After-hours check in was a smooth process.

Great location near the beach, lots of families and excellent staff. The kids had a ball playing on the jumping pillow and playgrounds. We had an issue with ants in one of the bedrooms when we checked in, and the staff were super responsive in resolving the issue. Only negative is that the cabin floor could do with a good mop, but aside from that, had a great holiday and would recommend.

Summary: great location and customer service, but cleanliness left something to be desired We had to check-in late, we called ahead to their number and the staff were very helpful in arranging self check-in procedures (although we had to call 3 times before we were put through on the phone). The staff said we had been upgraded to a two bedroom cabin instead of the single bedroom cabin we had booked. Upon entering our cabin, the bed was left unmade and the towels were used. It was also a single bedroom cabin, and not a two bedroom cabin. There was visible dirt on the floor and sheets. However, it was late and given our previous difficulty in getting through to the hotline we decided to make do. We told the staff in the morning upon checkout, and they were very apologetic and offered free soda and chips to make up for it.

Our second time here in a cabin. Great experience, meets our needs perfectly. Cabins are great, bathroom a bit on the small side but still ok. Comfortable bed, top location and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Ongoing communication from mgt during the stay is a great idea.

There was no privacy, curtains would be better than blinds in rooms and balconies screens would be good, need recycling bin in room so you didn't have to keep rubish in the lounge Bunks are too short and cramped and were not what was expected. Would be great to be able to fold up the top bunk so you didn't bump your head everytime you got in and out. No safety rails in bathroom, too slippery. Dirty laundry left on our Balcony during the whole staystsustay.bslcoby ms.

The property is classy, easy access, perfect location to most attractions on the island, and customer midend & friendly. All the admin we found there were professional and very kind. Satcey the manager, was always hands-on and creative in spicing up our stay with daily activities that jept the kids super engaged and excited. The two beautiful ladies Wednesday and Jess, gave us a heartwarming reception. We are definitely coming back soon. I must commend the quality of the facility. It is Home away from home.

Everyone on reception was very helpful and friendly. My cabin was very clean and looked newly decorated. It was very quiet especially at night. The showers and loos were very clean. It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutles across the water (great views from the bridge) to San Remo which has a supermarket. The bus stop is right next to the holiday park. This is a great place to stay and so relaxing. Thanks Ingenia Phillip Island!

Everyone on reception was very helpful and friendly. My cabin was very clean and looked newly decorated. It was very quiet especially at night. The showers and loos were very clean.
