The property is beautiful, so relaxing and well presented. The only thing I would say is it is a bit of a maze trying to find your room!! But they do give directions at the desk, be sure to listen better than I did! Excellent eating options, beautiful swimming pool, relaxing vibe - 5 stars from me.

I loved the apartments, the proximity to the local beach and shops, as well as the setting and design of the premises, the pool and spa area was amazing and the features in the apartment were well presented, clean and comfortable. The service was friendly, helpful and prompt from the staff and the food at the restaurant on site and with room service was delicious. The environment was very relaxing and really felt like we were on holidays. We will definitely be back to stay again. Well done!

Beautiful room, very quiet with ocean view. Only major problem was that the lift was out of commission for the duration of our stay, and it was the only lift on our side. There are three lifts on the other side. Good value for money. There are some dining options in Casuarina, but overall it is a bit quiet. I would try to stay in Kingscliff next time, although it may be much more expensive. We didn't try the restaurant in the resort, as it was closed on our free night, but it appeared to be very good and was certainly very popular.

Firstly Expedia sold me on US dollars- deceitful- price basically doubled . Elevator out meaning 3 flights of stairs with no assistance.Spa broken . Heated pool broken , tiles dangerous along walkway ,no microwave ,key didn’t work second day Staff were all good but the stay was not what I expected from that chain of hotels

We stayed for one night as we were travelling back home from further south. It was a lovely hotel would of loved to of stayed longer and use the facilities more. Only down side to the experience was the lift for our building was out of order and we had to use the stairs which was no big deal just a minor hindrance. Lovely place to stay!

Loved our stay at Oaks Casuarina Santai, check in was a breeze. Staff very attentive when we called with problem with washing machine. Room was spacious and clean. Loved pool and seating area downstairs, definitely need to stay longer next time.

Very quiet and pool was great. We had a room which required us to use 2 lifts 2 walkways and lots stairs to gain room access from car park. Found that a bit much with luggage….we are old folk! Guess hotel didn’t know that though so next time will put in request for more accessible room…room was clean and spacious ..

Big clean room with comfy bed, large bathtub with jacuzzi feature and a nice balcony. All arranged well around a pool. Perfect one night get away to relax by the pool. Cocktails were good and service via an app meant we didn’t have to leave our sun lounger! Spice Den restaurant was good too. All meant we checked in and didn’t have to leave the resort once, which is exactly what we wanted/ needed.

Property was good value and overall the stay was good. However not the greatest pool if you’re looking for a poolside break. Pool is outside but not heated, so no matter how hot the sun maybe it was too cold to swim. Similarly, the pool lacked sun (you’d be lucky to get one of the sunny seats!) and was not ‘relaxing’ to lay by when you have the cleaning staff vacuuming rooms constantly throughout the day with balcony doors wide open for everyone to hear them. Beds were terribly soft with us waking up with aching backs every morning. Lastly, the property does a lot on the cheap in terms of kitchen ammenities with not so much as a sponge given to you to wipe down your kitchen.

Everything was new & modern, our room was spacious & bed was very comfortable. There were a few odd design choices though. The bath & bathroom vanities were open to the room (although there was a roller blind that could be lowered between the bath and bed). The shower & toilet are in the same space. There was a sliding glass door that you could close between the shower/toilet and the bath/vanity, but it either covered the window opening between the shower/toilet and bath or the doorway. It was not possible to block both. Let’s just say there were some musical moments that I didn’t need to hear! Also, there is a glass panel above the toilet that lets in light from the exterior walkway. There was a light outside my window which illuminated the whole bedroom unless the bathtub roller blind was deployed. And finally, when the shower was used the water travelled to the toilet area and did not drain away easy, so anyone wanting to use the WC got wet feet.

Bathroom set up meant the shower flooded the toilet floor whenever used - wet surfaces whenever you use it after a shower and potential slip hazards. The rest of the room was excellent, large, stylish, comfy bed and all the amenities you need. Not much around except the beach 2 blocks away

had a lady at reception tell me I need a physical bank card to put down a deposit and was unable to use my phone. thankfully I was only 20mins away from home and was able to call my sister to bring me hers as I’m waiting on a new card. when I got back with the card I had a different lady who told me I could use my phone, which worked. what a waste of my time and sisters time / petrol. other than that the place was amazing

Spacoius room with balcony. Very large and comfortable bed. Nespresso coffee machine AND milk frother - great! In-house restaurant was very good but closed Mon/Tues. Not far to go to Salt village for dinner though. Easy walk to the beach and there were flags when we went there so safe to swim. Handy to be near a Coles for supplies! We would stay again.

Lovely, large room (studio with pool entrance) with everything we needed inside. Delicious and quick room service from on site Thai restaurant. Kids loved that we could swim until 9pm in the heated pool and lovely large spa. Wished we could have stayed longer.
