Stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Viman Nagar recently. The location is excellent and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. However, the property does seem to be showing its age. The room carpet was worn out, patchy, and could definitely use replacement. The sink water had an unpleasant odor, and I ended up using bottled mineral water even for brushing my teeth. The breakfast spread was decent but fairly average compared to other hotels in the same category. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and a great location, but some refurbishment and better maintenance would significantly improve the guest experience.

The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, and the food was good. The housekeeping team was also amazing and did a great job. However, there was a slight issue at reception, where some staff came across as a bit snobby and did not greet guests with a smile. Overall? It’s a great hotel.
