Nobody informed about no hair drier was available in rooms, so once required, simply the few they got ran out. Nobody knew how many they hot, where they were and when they'd have back. Terrible service

Could use washcloths, hair dryer, conditioner and lotion in room. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Staff was nice and helpful. Thank you!
