The breakfast was fresh but it would be nice to change it up a little bit. The staff were polite and they were accommodating for the most part but occasionally there was a language barrier. Parking was safe.

Esse hotel em Bilbao é muito bom e lindo. A localização é excelente, com estacionamento (apesar de ser chatinho chegar até o parking). Café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade e produtos de ótima qualidade. Equipe da recepção excelente, pedi uma troca de quarto, por uma preferência minha e fui logo atendida. Quartos bons e confortáveis. Sem dúvida ficaria neste hotel novamente nessa linda cidade que é Bilbao!

The hotel is a great location to most attractions and had a fabulous breakfast buffet! Service was wonderful from check in personnel who were helpful especially with parking to the breakfast attendants. We found the most amazing plaza 4 blocks away with huge crowds of people enjoying tapas and drinks. This hotel has a beautiful patio for drinks or relaxing.
