Check in was great. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We went early because we had to leave our rental house. We just wanted to see if we could get our beach badges and the woman told us if the room was ready we could check in and get in the room. It was ready so we checked in at about 11 a.m. instead of 3. The pool was really nice and clean. Good location, close to Beach Haven town center. They also had a bunch of gas grills you could use to cook. The grills where really clean too. We will definitely stay here again.

Some might call this a typical LBI no-frills hotel. On some levels, I would agree. However, the rooms are always very clean, always get a nice hot shower, the staff is tremendous, and they have a very nice pool! There’s also activities for the kids to play outside, a great bonus. Gas grills are available to use with plenty of picnic tables to hang out and cook poolside. Our air conditioner was a little wonky this time, but it was adequate. Labor Day weekend prices were a bit steep, but that’s hard to avoid on LBI. This is also a great location literally across the street from the beach. Can’t ask for too much more!

Great location and extremely accommodating .. allowed us to check In early . Location is great and we were able to ride bikes into town. Pool was a nice change and kitchen worked great and the grills were perfect

The rooms were big. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Very nice value for the price for a short stay on the island. Lots of things to do on property - swimming, ping pong, foosball, basketball, grills. Close to Fantasy Island and quick access to the beach

The woman that checked me in, went out of her way to accommodate my request to be on the second floor. The grounds and the rooms are clean,however my feet were black from walking on the floors in the room. Might need to wash the floors. I would bring my slippers next time. It was nice and quiet,though we did stay at a quieter time of year. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away,and easy access to the beach and the beautiful beach at the nature preserve a short drive away. Easy check out. Also a nice pool on the grounds.

I just spent three days in Beach Haven, NJ for a 52 year reunion at a local theatre. The Sea Spray motel was the perfect spot for my stay. My room was spotlessly clean, the shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was “firm” but quite comfortable. There is a pool and it is an easy walk across the street to the beach. Nearby are a dub shop and frozen custard. There is a shuttle that drives up and down the island and stops right out front. This is not a fancy resort—it is a family friendly classic “motel.” Very happy I chose this spot for my stay!

The property still has analog TV. It is small and can't watch it if you are more than 2 feet away. One person from the staff was outstanding repairing the heater and putting the caption on the old TV.

We enjoyed our stay at Sea Spray Motel. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and the beach was only steps away. The staff was very kind and helpful. It was nice to have a small kitchen in the efficiency.

The pool is relatively new and clean. It rained the 4 days we visited LBI so we were in the room a lot. The air conditioner did not cool the room. We told the front desk and someone came and looked at it but it made no difference. I loved the cleaning crew of teen boys. They are personable, kind, and do a great job. They arrived early each day to clean the room, usually while we were out in the morning. I will definitely return!

We love the family atmosphere at Sea Spray! The guests understand the children's "noise" and everyone always seems relaxed. the staff is incredibly attentive to guest needs and requests. the grounds, pool, rooms, and grills are maintained daily. We will be back next year!

Location is amazing. Located very conveniently to both ocean and bay. Close to shops and food. Pool was nicely heated as we went in May so ocean water was still cold. Sea Spray has everything you need, clean and priced fairly. If you dont need the frills of large hotels this place is perfect. We loved our time there.

So glad we found this place, it was our second year staying here. We love it! The staff is friendly, the heated pool is beautiful, and it’s a short walk to the beach. It’s at the end of the island, so it’s nice and quiet but still close to shopping and food places. Very affordable too, highly recommend!
