Otel genel olarak çok temizdi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Spa deneyiminden ve masaj hizmetinden oldukça memnun kaldık. Kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi. Özellikle destekleri için Gültekin Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar, temiz ve güzeldi. Personel hem güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi ancak termal havuzu ve Türk hamamını daha büyük bekliyorduk. Hafta sonu gittiğimiz için termal havuzlar ve hamam oldukça kalabalıktı.

We are a family if three from Canada. Everything about our stay was excellent—except for housekeeping. Location – 5* Outstanding location. Bus 3C stops right across the hotel and connects to all major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, Green Mosque, and Teleferik. Bus 96 goes directly to the bus terminal, and Bus 1C reaches Inkaya Tree in just four minutes. Facilities – 5* The hotel is beautiful and modern; if I’m not mistaken, it was built in 2017. Breakfast – 5* Exceptional quality, delicious food, and an impressive variety. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Spa – 5* Excellent spa and highly recommended. I had a massage with therapist Kadek—one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The only downside is that half of the thermal bath area is closed on weekdays, limiting access to the quiet section. Housekeeping – 1* This was the only major issue. The room was clean on arrival, but service declined afterward. After we spilled coffee on the floor, housekeeping made the bed without changing the sheets, rearranged my personal items, removed two pairs of slippers and two robes, and returned only one pair of slippers and one robe. The floor was not mopped, and coffee/tea supplies were not replenished. The same occurred the following day, and I had to request supplies at reception. For the rest of our stay, we used the “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid further inconvenience.

We have been staying at Marigold Hotel for many years in the winter. The Thermal pools and Sauna area are a joy for us after cold days on the slopes of Uludag snow mountain. Their breakfast is fantastic and we have enjoyed all these amenities. Excellent value for money with wonderful service and Thermal poolss. We love it and will be back.

Ailecek 2 gece konaklama yaptık. Termal suyu ve spa merkezi gayet keyifliydi. Odamız konforlu ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı lezzetli ve bol çeşitliydi. Otel personeli kibar ve yardımseverdi. Tek eksi yanı otopark alanı otelin arkasında ve arka taraftan otele giriş yok. Bu nedenle kış şartlarında biraz üşüdük ve ıslandık.

Sehr hygienisch und sauber. Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und hygienisch. Frühstück war sehr gut und viel Auswahl. Personl war sehr hilfsbereit. Kann ich definitiv empfehlen. Ein Punkt muss ich bemängeln, die Bereiche der Therme waren Frau/Mann gemischt. Einen separaten Familienbereich oder aauch Ehepartnerbereich gab es nicht.

Court séjour agréable, Spa sympa, fermé à plusieurs interludes lors de notre court séjour. Les mauvaises langues diront que c’est juste de l’eau chaude… Attention, à l’entré du spa, le personne joue sa partition en vous disant que votre dress code n’est pas adapté au Spa juste pour vous vendre des shorts chers et de qualité très standard, ne vous faites pas avoir. La salle de sport propre et fonctionnelle, il faudrait peut-être ajouter une fontaine d’eau fraiche. Literie des chambres confortables. Petit déjeuner buffet sans plus, répétitif pour un 5 étoiles… un peu galvaudées à mon gout, mais bon, d’autre trouveront peut être que ça les vaut, au moins pour justifier le tarif prohibitif des chambres…

Eşim ve oğlumla 2 gece konakladık. Odanın genişliği ve temizliği gayet güzeldi. Personellerin tamamı güleryüzlü ve çok ilgililerdi.. İhtiyacımız olan herşeyde hızlıca yardımcı oldular. Oğlumun doğum günü için odamıza meyve sepeti ve tebrik kartı göndermeleri güzel bir incelikti. Özellikle masaj hizmeti için tercih ettik ve pişman olmadık. Masöz hanımefendiler çok başarılıydı.. SPA ve termal alanda havuzların büyüklüğü termal anlamda yeterli, ambiyansı da çok güzel ancak ne zaman kullanmak istesek etrafında müsait bir şezlong v.s. bulamadık.. Tabii bunda ortak kullanım alanı ve eşyaları olmasına rağmen özel alan ve eşyalarıymış gibi kullanıp saatlerce havlu atan müşteriler de etkili.. Yine termal alandan bir eleştirim de bu alandaki hamam ve özellikle macera duşu ile şok duş alanındaki ağır koku :( Havalandırmada problem olabilir ama çözülmesi lazım.. Bu alandaki soyunma odalarındaki şifreli dolaplar, mayo kurutma makinesi ve saç kurutumalar v.s. temiz ve konforlu.. Kahvaltısı çeşit ve lezzet olarak yeterli ancak ilk gün yer bulmakta zorlandık çok kalabalıktı; ancak görevli arkadaşlar hemen yine yardımcı oldular.. Otelin konumu da merkezi.. The staff were fabulous the hotel was clean and comfortable the spa was beautifully maintained i was so pleased i found this hotel and am looking forward to returnung.

Everything is great, the only 2 things which I did not like are that , the location is far from tourism attractions and shopping malls, and the A/C system of the rooms was smelly. All other things such as staff, cleanness, breakfast, facilities are perfect and satisfy me. Thanks for every thing

For being 5 stars hotel, the breakfast and service at the restaurants was somewhat poor. Not soundproof you could hear guests running around in the room above at 11pm Good thermal bath and nice staff in general.

Service was very good for most of our stay. On the last day, we had less pleasant experience with the receptionist.She was a little rude and didn't listen to us about a previous arragement with the manager of the hotel but instead focussed on getting us out, and making us feel unwelcome. The rest of the staff were very helpful and polite.

I like the cleanness, i like the spa Area close to shopping area. I didn't like that the staff don't speak minimum English and they got frustrated when not understanding. I didn't like the staff of spa overlooking guest all the time and being strict on every rule specially with kids.

We are a family if three from Canada. Everything about our stay was excellent—except for housekeeping. Location – 5* Outstanding location. Bus 3C stops right across the hotel and connects to all major attractions, including the Grand Bazaar, Green Mosque, and Teleferik. Bus 96 goes directly to the bus terminal, and Bus 1C reaches Inkaya Tree in just four minutes. Facilities – 5* The hotel is beautiful and modern; if I’m not mistaken, it was built in 2017. Breakfast – 5* Exceptional quality, delicious food, and an impressive variety. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Spa – 5* Excellent spa and highly recommended. I had a massage with therapist Kadek—one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced. The only downside is that half of the thermal bath area is closed on weekdays, limiting access to the quiet section. Housekeeping – 1* This was the only major issue. The room was clean on arrival, but service declined afterward. After we spilled coffee on the floor, housekeeping made the bed without changing the sheets, rearranged my personal items, removed two pairs of slippers and two robes, and returned only one pair of slippers and one robe. The floor was not mopped, and coffee/tea supplies were not replenished. The same occurred the following day, and I had to request supplies at reception. For the rest of our stay, we used the “Do Not Disturb” sign to avoid further inconvenience.

Spa bölümünün temizliğine yada odalarının temizliğine diyecek birşeyim yok. Ancak kahvaltı 06:30 da başlıyor diyorsanız o saatte hazır olması lazım. Kahvaltıya indiğimizde ne ekmek vardı ne büfeler hazırdı. Madem hazır olmayacaktı neden 0630 diyorsunuz sizin personeliniz uyanmadı diye biz kahvaltı yapamadan otelden çıkmak zorunda değildik bence.sonuçta bizde yol planlamamızı buna göre yapıyoruz.
Spa bölümünün temizliğine yada odalarının temizliğine diyecek birşeyim yok. Ancak kahvaltı 06:30 da başlıyor diyorsanız o saatte hazır olması lazım. Kahvaltıya indiğimizde ne ekmek vardı ne büfeler hazırdı. Madem hazır olmayacaktı neden 0630 diyorsunuz sizin personeliniz uyanmadı diye biz kahvaltı yapamadan otelden çıkmak zorunda değildik bence.sonuçta bizde yol planlamamızı buna göre yapıyoruz.

We have been staying at Marigold Hotel for many years in the winter. The Thermal pools and Sauna area are a joy for us after cold days on the slopes of Uludag snow mountain. Their breakfast is fantastic and we have enjoyed all these amenities. Excellent value for money with wonderful service and Thermal poolss. We love it and will be back.

The Spa was very nice the reception staff were very friendly specially Mr Rohan and very helpful breakfast was average needs improvement not a lot of varieties Parking space limited and the bath Robes were old otherwise everything else was nice

I’d also like to give a special thank you to , Gültekin Çavusoglu who was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. He really made me feel comfortable and made the experience even better. Overall, a great hotel and definitely a place I would recommend.

Hotel had very clean and spacious rooms. The staff was quite helpful in assisting us with setting up local tours and transportation. The pool area was lovely, with access to both a sauna and Turkish bath. I highly recommend the hotel.
