Horrible!! I think j means jail🙄 Our room was a firehassard Totaly locked in Dirty. The staff was horrible. Newer met so grumpy people in thailand as thr staff at j hotel. STAY AWAY!!

Great hotel and I had a view of all the mountains in my balcony, they also precise a roll of toilet paper and 2 water bottles a day for you

The ladies at the desk were amazing . Very kind . Always left me two bottles of water outside my door everyday . Very clean and room was large and lovely . I think the only suggestion I would give is beach towels and blow dryers in the room .its the only hotel I have ever stayed in that doesn’t have a blow dryer . I had to go buy one and I was there for a week . But it was lovely so I am Still giving you five stars . Thank you for your hospitality .

Staff was nice. Good location. Discount on excursions. Only hot water comes out of the shower. Bathroom floor gets all wet when you shower.
