The villa rooms are excellent. Very spacious and thai style close to pool . Cafe breakfast was very good . Hotel a good 15 min walk to bars and restaurants and 30 mins to center . Hadnt realised the hotel was run by muslims hence no bacon for breakfast and no bar serving alcohol!!! Top pool was better as a few bds available but a very steep hill with steps so not for people with mobility problems. Bottom pool nice but people putting towels on the 12 sunbeds at 7am then not showing untill 10am or even going off on daytrips and coming back at 2pm !! Mostly german and russian were doing this .

Es un hotel que está cerca de la calle principal de Ao Nang, a unos 20 minutos a pie de la playa, pero el hotel cuenta con un servicio de transporte gratis varias veces al día para ir y volver de la playa. De todas formas, lo que uno hace finalmente es ir caminando por la calle, vas dando un paseo, vas viendo las tiendas, spas de masajes, cafeterías, restaurantes, seven-eleven, bares, etc. Lo que más me gustó del hotel es que la vista desde el hotel, se ve la montaña, y solo eso ya merece la pena. Al no estar justo en la calle principal no se oyen ruidos, eso también es un punto positivo. Tiene tres piscinas, todas cómodas y bonitas. Yo estuve en una habitación del 4 nivel. Habitación amplia, con terraza, con una bañera que da al dormitorio. Un minibar en el que puedes poner tus cosas. Dos botellas de agua diarias de cortesía. El hotel tiene una vegetación muy bonita, árboles, flores, todo muy bien cuidado. Tiene un gym con tres equipos de cardio y varios equipos de pesas que son suficientes para una estancia vacacional El desayuno es correcto. Hay de todo un poco, sí, pero es algo repetitivo. Tiene huevos al gusto, yogurt, dos o tres tipos de fruta, panes y un buffet caliente con arroz, salchichas (no de cerdo) y una pequeña barra de ensalada. Cabe destacar la actitud positiva de todo el personal, todos son muy amables. En especial el chico que hace los “omelettes” y el conductor Asan En conclusión, un lugar muy recomendable para sentirse relajado

Loved this property. It is up the hill away from the chaos so very quiet and in a lovely garden setting. Loved the upper pool and gym. Brekkie was great. Staff were so lovely. Room was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic resort on a hill with breathtaking views of the mountains. We had the pool access room and enjoyed the amenity. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The resort is kind of tucked away from the noisy tourist areas so it adds a measure of peace and quiet as well, which we appreciated. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. Only issue we came across was our door and keycard reader; when we first arrived, the door would not lock and needed to be repaired, then the following day we came back to our room in the afternoon and the door wouldn't open for us, essentially locking us out. Hotel staff gave us a temporary manual key to use and it took some time to arrange another repair.

Amazing hotel! Such a pleasant peaceful resort in a lovely garden setting. Our room was super comfortable and the pools were lovely (never felt overcrowded). The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast selection was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The draw to this place is the location and view. We had a pool access room which was convenient although it could get a bit noisy depending on how loud the guests were. The rooms were fine but could use some deep cleaning (dirty floors and mildew on shower tile). Be prepared to go up and down stairs if you aren't staying in one of the villa/cabin rooms. Not the moat fun in 95+ degree weather. The restaurant food was decent. Nothing to rave about but the breakfast buffet was nice. Note that there is no bar or alcohol sold on property. This was fine as we walked to nearby bars for drinks. The service could have been a bit better. Everyone was nice but communication is not their strong suite (not the lamguage barrior but just updating us on the status of things) We got massages at the spa while we waited for our room to be ready and afterwards just sat there unattended until I asked why we had been sitting there so long after our service was completed. We used laundry service and that was a big issue. We received 3 extra bags of laundry that were not our and were charged for it. They didnt believe me when I said it wasnt ours. They kept asking me if I was sure and eventually said they couldnt do anything until they watched security tapes. It l got resolved and I hope the rightful owners to that laundry got it back. Overall, not a bad stay but I wouldn't do it again.

L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et propres, la piscine est grande et très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. Le personnel est souriant et dévoué. Le point négatif est que l’hôtel est bruyant, les chambres sont mal insonorisées : on entend le bruit dans le couloir et le bruit des chambres autour et au-dessus. De plus, l’alarme incendie nous a réveillés trois fois à 6h du matin, pour un séjour de 5 nuits et sans que nous n’arrivions à savoir pourquoi (à chaque fois, on nous a dit qu’il ne fallait pas s’inquiéter, pas de feu). L’hôtel n’est donc pas forcément reposant. Dernier point à améliorer : la salle de fitness est hors d’âge, le peu d’appareils disponibles manque d’entretien, pour un hôtel qui s’affiche « wellness » et 4 étoiles, cela ne répond pas aux standards habituels. Cependant, l’hôtel est bruyant

Really nice property just far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk. Pools are nice. My Vila was nice but a little dated. Had to request a proper clean and amenities replacement on the 6th day. Staff friendly and helpful. Good hotel.

Fantastic resort on a hill with breathtaking views of the mountains. We had the pool access room and enjoyed the amenity. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The resort is kind of tucked away from the noisy tourist areas so it adds a measure of peace and quiet as well, which we appreciated. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. Only issue we came across was our door and keycard reader; when we first arrived, the door would not lock and needed to be repaired, then the following day we came back to our room in the afternoon and the door wouldn't open for us, essentially locking us out. Hotel staff gave us a temporary manual key to use and it took some time to arrange another repair.

Firstly, this is a dry hotel so doesn't serve alcohol. This isn't made clear in the description, or on the hotel website directly. However you do appear to be able to bring alcohol into the hotel. Still slightly disappointing, as it would be nice to have a beer or cocktail by the pool. Restaurant was ok - breakfast food was relatively basic but did the job. Nothing fancy. However the staff were all lovely, and very friendly/approachable. In the spa, I opted for foot reflexology and back massage. The therapist was average - it felt like she couldn't really be bothered, and wasn't interested. It wasn't a very relaxing massage as once she finished massaging each area, she would vigorously slap my body of the more targeted tapping/cupping tapotement. There was a much better spa, less than 10 minute walk from the hotel (Radarom Spa, https://radaromspa.com/). I had a one bedroom villas which was huge. It was clean enough, but definitely needed a proper scrub (the kitchen area just felt sticky) and also was getting due for a renovation. Overall, I had a good stay but the hotel didn't really meet my expectations. I wouldn't stay here again.

The draw to this place is the location and view. We had a pool access room which was convenient although it could get a bit noisy depending on how loud the guests were. The rooms were fine but could use some deep cleaning (dirty floors and mildew on shower tile). Be prepared to go up and down stairs if you aren't staying in one of the villa/cabin rooms. Not the moat fun in 95+ degree weather. The restaurant food was decent. Nothing to rave about but the breakfast buffet was nice. Note that there is no bar or alcohol sold on property. This was fine as we walked to nearby bars for drinks. The service could have been a bit better. Everyone was nice but communication is not their strong suite (not the lamguage barrior but just updating us on the status of things) We got massages at the spa while we waited for our room to be ready and afterwards just sat there unattended until I asked why we had been sitting there so long after our service was completed. We used laundry service and that was a big issue. We received 3 extra bags of laundry that were not our and were charged for it. They didnt believe me when I said it wasnt ours. They kept asking me if I was sure and eventually said they couldnt do anything until they watched security tapes. It l got resolved and I hope the rightful owners to that laundry got it back. Overall, not a bad stay but I wouldn't do it again.

Hôtel situé à 20/25 minutes à pied de la plage d'Ao Nang (très positif car au calme). Vous inquiétez pas l'hôtel a une navette qui vous dépose à la plage. Superbe villa devant la piscine je vous conseille la V05. L'hôtel est magnifiquement arboré, il faudrait faire quelques rénovations.

There is great street food in front of the mosque nearby. But the someone from the mosque starts to sing/shout at 5 am every day. Other than that it’s nice and quiet, away from the party near the beach. Rooms are spacious and furnished fine. Could be newer. The elevator makes a loud ding every time it arrives somewhere, that very annoying because you can hear it in your room.

Made to feel very welcome. Beautiful room (Delux Mountain View) with tons of space. Loved the top swimming pool. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. So Nang is a bit rough as a resort but are far enough away from the hectic parts and only a few mins walk down to the main strip. I’d recommend a long tail bot trip to Railay. Stunning beaches. Maybe get a room away from the lift as a bell goes each time it arrives at a floor and can be heard in the room. I asked to move and they did. My room was under the restaurant so you could hear scraping chairs from about 7am but it was very quiet otherwise

Es un hotel que está cerca de la calle principal de Ao Nang, a unos 20 minutos a pie de la playa, pero el hotel cuenta con un servicio de transporte gratis varias veces al día para ir y volver de la playa. De todas formas, lo que uno hace finalmente es ir caminando por la calle, vas dando un paseo, vas viendo las tiendas, spas de masajes, cafeterías, restaurantes, seven-eleven, bares, etc. Lo que más me gustó del hotel es que la vista desde el hotel, se ve la montaña, y solo eso ya merece la pena. Al no estar justo en la calle principal no se oyen ruidos, eso también es un punto positivo. Tiene tres piscinas, todas cómodas y bonitas. Habitación amplia, con terraza, con una bañera que da al dormitorio y me encantó la vista. Te dejan dos botellas de agua diarias de cortesía en la habitación. El hotel tiene una vegetación muy bonita, árboles, flores, todo muy bien cuidado. Tiene un gym con tres equipos de cardio y varios equipos de pesas que son suficientes para una estancia vacacional El desayuno es correcto. Hay de todo un poco, sí, pero es algo repetitivo. Tiene huevos al gusto, yogurt, dos o tres tipos de fruta, panes y un buffet caliente con arroz, salchichas (no de cerdo) y una pequeña barra de ensalada. Cabe destacar la actitud positiva de todo el personal, todos son muy amables. En especial el chico que hace los “omelettes” y el conductor Asan En conclusión, un lugar muy recomendable para sentirse relajado

Hotel has villas too which was great as we needed a 2 bedroom villa. Great rooms and very big and spacious with a bathroom accessible to both bedrooms. Only issues were that the shower didn’t work very well and the water didn’t drain properly.

Ontzettend fijne en nette accommodatie. Mooie kamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel die voor je klaarstaat als je ze nodig hebt. Het is wel een klein stukje lopen naar de main street, dus houd hier rekening mee.

My family had a wonderful stay at the resort. No issues with anything. The shuttle to town area and beach was icing on the cake. Staff was very helpful with booking excursion to Phi Phi Islands- private tour so worth the extra $. We only ate breakfast there and it was good. It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised her at breakfast with pancakes with candle on top. Great experience. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was nice overlooking pool

Amazing hotel! Such a pleasant peaceful resort in a lovely garden setting. Our room was super comfortable and the pools were lovely (never felt overcrowded). The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast selection was great. I would definitely stay here again!

They also have a shuttle service several times a day to take you to the beach. Breakfast was the perfect mix between Europa and Thailand. Fresh cooked eggs every day! We really recommend this hotel highly!

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war warm und freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Bei Regen kann das Restaurant nicht trockenen Fusses erreicht werden. Auf dem Rückweg wurde uns immerhin ein trockener Weg via Küche angeboten. Dies ist natürlich nicht optimal. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Kein Alkohol erhältlich.

Amazing stay, very high class. Beautiful resort rooms and service. Only thing to mention is this resort is about 15 min walk from Ao Nang beach (partially uphill). They do have a shuttle service that runs every 2 hours

Hôtel situé à 20/25 minutes à pied de la plage d'Ao Nang (très positif car au calme). Vous inquiétez pas l'hôtel a une navette qui vous dépose à la plage. Superbe villa devant la piscine je vous conseille la V05. L'hôtel est magnifiquement arboré, il faudrait faire quelques rénovations.

There is great street food in front of the mosque nearby. But the someone from the mosque starts to sing/shout at 5 am every day. Other than that it’s nice and quiet, away from the party near the beach. Rooms are spacious and furnished fine. Could be newer. The elevator makes a loud ding every time it arrives somewhere, that very annoying because you can hear it in your room.

Ontzettend fijne en nette accommodatie. Mooie kamer met een prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel die voor je klaarstaat als je ze nodig hebt. Het is wel een klein stukje lopen naar de main street, dus houd hier rekening mee.

The villa rooms are excellent. Very spacious and thai style close to pool . Cafe breakfast was very good . Hotel a good 15 min walk to bars and restaurants and 30 mins to center . Hadnt realised the hotel was run by muslims hence no bacon for breakfast and no bar serving alcohol!!! Top pool was better as a few bds available but a very steep hill with steps so not for people with mobility problems. Bottom pool nice but people putting towels on the 12 sunbeds at 7am then not showing untill 10am or even going off on daytrips and coming back at 2pm !! Mostly german and russian were doing this .

A nice hotel with two pools and 20min walk from the beach. There was even a shuttle car to/from the beach free of charge for all the hotel guests. A bit surprised that no alcohol was served at the hotel, but you are allowed to drink your own in the rooms. Made the atmosphere much better without drinks roaming around the pool area.

Firstly, this is a dry hotel so doesn't serve alcohol. This isn't made clear in the description, or on the hotel website directly. However you do appear to be able to bring alcohol into the hotel. Still slightly disappointing, as it would be nice to have a beer or cocktail by the pool. Restaurant was ok - breakfast food was relatively basic but did the job. Nothing fancy. However the staff were all lovely, and very friendly/approachable. In the spa, I opted for foot reflexology and back massage. The therapist was average - it felt like she couldn't really be bothered, and wasn't interested. It wasn't a very relaxing massage as once she finished massaging each area, she would vigorously slap my body of the more targeted tapping/cupping tapotement. There was a much better spa, less than 10 minute walk from the hotel (Radarom Spa, https://radaromspa.com/). I had a one bedroom villas which was huge. It was clean enough, but definitely needed a proper scrub (the kitchen area just felt sticky) and also was getting due for a renovation. Overall, I had a good stay but the hotel didn't really meet my expectations. I wouldn't stay here again.

Es un hotel que está cerca de la calle principal de Ao Nang, a unos 20 minutos a pie de la playa, pero el hotel cuenta con un servicio de transporte varias veces al día para ir y volver de la playa. De todas formas, lo que uno hace finalmente es ir caminando por la calle, vas dando un paseo, vas viendo las tiendas, spas de masajes, cafeterías, restaurantes, seven-eleven, bares, etc. Lo que más me gustó del hotel es que la vista desde el hotel, se ve la montaña, y solo eso ya merece la pena. Al no estar justo en la calle principal no se oyen ruidos, eso también es un punto positivo. Tiene tres piscinas, todas cómodas y bonitas. Yo estuve en una habitación del 4 nivel. Habitación amplia, con terraza, con una bañera que da al dormitorio. Un minibar en el que puedes poner tus cosas. Dos botellas de agua diarias de cortesía. El hotel tiene una vegetación muy bonita, árboles, flores, todo muy bien cuidado. Tiene un gym con tres equipos de cardio y varios equipos de pesas que son suficientes para una estancia vacacional El desayuno es correcto. Hay de todo un poco, sí, pero es algo repetitivo. Tiene huevos al gusto, yogurt, dos o tres tipos de fruta, panes y un buffet caliente con arroz, salchichas (no de cerdo) y una pequeña barra de ensalada. Cabe destacar la actitud positiva de todo el personal, todos son muy amables. En especial el chico que hace los “omelettes” y el conductor Asan En conclusión, un lugar muy recomendable para sentirse relajado

What a super luxe hotel! Staff was amazing. They were so friendly and willing to help. It’s a bit away from the beach but it’s a nice route with a lot of shops along. They also have a shuttle service several times a day to take you to the beach. Breakfast was the perfect mix between Europa and Thailand. Fresh cooked eggs every day! We really recommend this hotel highly!

Der Empfang an der Rezeption war warm und freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Bei Regen kann das Restaurant nicht trockenen Fusses erreicht werden. Auf dem Rückweg wurde uns immerhin ein trockener Weg via Küche angeboten. Dies ist natürlich nicht optimal. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Kein Alkohol erhältlich.

Pool areas both lovely, the lower pool is a lot warmer than the one in the top hotel. WiFi goes off whenever you leave but easy to reconnect. The steps from the reception to the main building are quite considerable with no other means of getting from reception to our room. Although the hotel is alcohol free the mocktails are really nice.
