Not as nice as the pictures are showing. Tiny cold pool... and we don't know why, but there's only one pool... the other thing on the picture does not exists anymore. Very ordinary breakfast... especcially for 15 Euros. We had much better at places where it was included. Also don't expect service and facility as a regular hotel. Our first disappointment of our 3 weeks trip.

Super simple and basic accommodation, staff at check in provided useful information, other staff didn’t provide caring customer service. WLAN super slow, staircase to room super tight. No restaurant like the description said, plus sauna is an extra charge of 20€/h, jacuzzi didn’t exist anymore. It was ok for staying one night, but please change the description.

The grounds were beautiful, with lots of spaces set up throughout to sit outside, either lounging by the pool, or by tables to enjoy snacks and drinks. Our room was small but clean and very quiet. We were minutes away from the National Park and there was a nice little restaurant across the street. Would stay here again!

Verbrachte zwei Nächte dort und bin rundum zufrieden! Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein, aber vollkommen genügend und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten ums Haus, eine Liegewiese mit genügend Liegestühlen zum relaxen sowie ein kleiner Pool, um sich etwas ab zu kühlen. Gleich gegenüber der Strasse ein gutes Restaurant und in max. 5 min. Fahrzeit ist man im Plitvicer Park. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Zimmer, eher klein aber ausreichend. Umgebung ist großzügig mit einigen Sitzgelegenheiten. Viele Liegen am Pool (eher klein und kühl aber eine willkommene Abkühlung und die meisten Gäste scheinen eh nur sehr kurz für einen Besuch im Nationalpark da zu sein). Frühstück ist schon gut aber mit 15€ pro Person (auch Kinder ab 6 Jahren oder so) einfach zu teuer. Sauna kostet 20€ für 2 Personen für eine Stunde. Klein aber in Ordnung nur nicht so richtig schön in dem kleinen Raum mit Dusche und kleinem Fenster, in dem gerade so noch 2 Liegen reinpassen. Beim Service ist vielleicht Glücksache, wir wurden zurückhaltend aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit behandelt.

Location: Very good location for visiting the national Park. It is a 5 min drive to Gate 2 parking lot. There is a Bistro directly across the street where you can have a good dinner. Hotel: A series of building with a variety of room types. Great for kids as there is a pool on site. A convenient and nice breakfast can be purchased on site. Room: We had the room in a stand alone building that was over 2 levels. Bedrooms in the loft. It was good for us but someone with large bags of physical challenges should avoid as the stairs up are steep. The internet connection in this building was lacking. Staff: Nice, direct and clear on directions. We enjoyed our stay in the area.

We had a Nice stay at this hotel, the reseptionist was kind and helpfull. 5 min. Drive to the entrence of plitvice lakes. Our room was cute and everything was very new and clean. the hotel is located in a valley surrounded by mountains, which gives the hotel a very nice view from the shared terrace. especially if you enjoy looking at the moon and stars in the evening. The pool looks clean and there is a sauna - but We did not try it. (Make sure to book the sauna if u want to do it) Breakfast was okay - but a Little bit expensive. The shower and toilet was all new and very Nice. We loved the stay.

Unfreundliches Personal, welches den Eindruck einer „Null-Bock-Einstellung“ machte. Während wir abends gemütlich auf der Terrasse saßen, kamen ein paar Mitarbeiter an uns vorbei und keiner hat es geschafft ein „Hallo“ oder ein Lächeln über die Lippen zu bekommen. Am letzten Abend hatten wir die Sauna genutzt, die wir vorher buchen mussten. 20€/h stolzer Preis für eine kleine Sauna, die eine sehr seltsame Bauweise der Sitzmöglichkeiten hat und anfangs viel zu kalt eingestellt war. Entspannungmöglichkeit war vorhanden, dennoch im kühlen Flaire. Schade! Tja, das Frühstück war eins der ganz einfachen Art. 1-2 Käsesorten, eine Wurstsorte und viel zu wenig Gemüse - wie für die hohle Hand. Wir waren enttäuscht! Gut war, dass die Anlage an sich nett ausschaute und ein Pool mit Liegen zum Entspannen einluden (auch, wenn die Straße sehr laut war, was im Übrigen auch nachts extrem störte, da die Fenster nicht dicht sind). Zu erwähnen sind noch die quietschenden Betten!!! Alles in Allem sind wir, wie man lesen kann, nicht zufrieden gewesen und werden hier nicht nochmal herkommen.

This place is a hidden gem. Pictures are exactly as it is when you get there. Front desk was outstanding (a lot of accommodations do not have reception) Very clean throughout, awesome location. Wished there was more time for the incredible breakfast.

Beautiful boutique in a gorgeous location. Grounds are wonderful. Room was comfortable and immaculately clean. The only reason for the rating is that as a guest I felt like a nuisance to the hosts during our stay.

Eigentlich war alles gut, nur das Zimmer lag unter dem Dach mit Dachschrägen und ich bin ziemlich groß. Beim Duschen Stand das Bad unter Wasser. Abendessen und Frühstück sowie Kommunikation waren hervorragend.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, Frühstück gute Auswahl. Das Personal sehr kurz angebunden. Die Bettwäsche war klamm. Der Lärm draussen ging bis halb 12, dann kam erst jemand. In den Blockhütten ist alles aus den anderen Zimmern zu hören.

The hotel is in a nice location (close to Plitivce park) and the room was clean however the main lady working at check is SOOOOOO incredibly and unnecessarily rude. I will definitely not stay here ever again especially considering that apparently the hotel right across the street is great. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool but it’s not heated and was so freezing cold my kids couldn’t stay in it for long. There are definitely better options.

Gleich gegenüber der Strasse ein gutes Restaurant und in max. 5 min. Fahrzeit ist man im Plitvicer Park. Alles in allem sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und sehr zu empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder.

We booked on expedia. We stayed here as it had a higher hotel rating. When we checked in we were shown to a small outdoor building in centre of the parking lot. Cars were parked on all sides. When we went into the building it was a small room with a small table and very narrow spiral staircase going up to twin beds. You couldnt take luggage up. The bathroom was off the front door. The toliet was not attached properly to floor and shower was the same. When we used them water leaked on the floor. There was hardly any toilet paper or towels. We could hear people all day and night as they were coming and going in parking lot (where our room was). we just made the best of it.

Location: Very good location for visiting the national Park. It is a 5 min drive to Gate 2 parking lot. There is a Bistro directly across the street where you can have a good dinner. Hotel: A series of building with a variety of room types. Great for kids as there is a pool on site. A convenient and nice breakfast can be purchased on site. Room: We had the room in a stand alone building that was over 2 levels. Bedrooms in the loft. It was good for us but someone with large bags of physical challenges should avoid as the stairs up are steep. The internet connection in this building was lacking. Staff: Nice, direct and clear on directions. We enjoyed our stay in the area.

El hotel parece un cuento, muy bonito. Lo que no nos gustó fue que la dueña es un poco agresiva. Vimos que trató mal a dos señoras que hablaban español y no se entendían bien. Ellas se habían equivocado de fecha y la dueña no les tenía paciencia. Esto fue a la hora de reservar. A la hora del desayuno, tambien trató mal a una pareja que había pagado por el desayuno y ella no lo reconocía. Se molestó tambien. Creo que todo bien, menos la dueña!

Check in was so easy and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was lovely and they even made additional food for us as we were a little late. We stayed here to go to the second entrance for Plitvice NP and we would absolutely stay again if we find ourselves in the area! It was so convenient and accommodating.

This place is a hidden gem. Pictures are exactly as it is when you get there. Front desk was outstanding (a lot of accommodations do not have reception) Very clean throughout, awesome location. Wished there was more time for the incredible breakfast.

Nice location, good rooms, but: Not possible to pay with card, staff did not understand this problem, had to go to ATM with car. No customer service, we order one beer, and was planning to eat, staff were chatting with each other instead of serving us, we went and had a very nice dinner at neighbour hotel instead for 700 HRK. With staff that worked for the customers, this place could make tonnes of money and also get better feedback.

The hotel is in a nice location (close to Plitivce park) and the room was clean however the main lady working at check is SOOOOOO incredibly and unnecessarily rude. I will definitely not stay here ever again especially considering that apparently the hotel right across the street is great. The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the pool but it’s not heated and was so freezing cold my kids couldn’t stay in it for long. There are definitely better options.

It was close to the park of Plitvice which is what we wanted. Staff was friendly. If you choose the "pay later" option at booking time, be aware they only take cash. Same for charges at their restaurant.

Unfreundliches Personal, welches den Eindruck einer „Null-Bock-Einstellung“ machte. Während wir abends gemütlich auf der Terrasse saßen, kamen ein paar Mitarbeiter an uns vorbei und keiner hat es geschafft ein „Hallo“ oder ein Lächeln über die Lippen zu bekommen. Am letzten Abend hatten wir die Sauna genutzt, die wir vorher buchen mussten. 20€/h stolzer Preis für eine kleine Sauna, die eine sehr seltsame Bauweise der Sitzmöglichkeiten hat und anfangs viel zu kalt eingestellt war. Entspannungmöglichkeit war vorhanden, dennoch im kühlen Flaire. Schade! Tja, das Frühstück war eins der ganz einfachen Art. 1-2 Käsesorten, eine Wurstsorte und viel zu wenig Gemüse - wie für die hohle Hand. Wir waren enttäuscht! Gut war, dass die Anlage an sich nett ausschaute und ein Pool mit Liegen zum Entspannen einluden (auch, wenn die Straße sehr laut war, was im Übrigen auch nachts extrem störte, da die Fenster nicht dicht sind). Zu erwähnen sind noch die quietschenden Betten!!! Alles in Allem sind wir, wie man lesen kann, nicht zufrieden gewesen und werden hier nicht nochmal herkommen.

The grounds were beautiful, with lots of spaces set up throughout to sit outside, either lounging by the pool, or by tables to enjoy snacks and drinks. Our room was small but clean and very quiet. We were minutes away from the National Park and there was a nice little restaurant across the street. Would stay here again!

In the middle of nowhere which we expected but the Hotel itself was good. Room was smaller than we thought it would be but fine for 2 nights stay. Shower was super nice & powerful!!! There is a restaurant called Veronica’s (something like this) about 15 minute walk away which sells pizza and burgers, was ok but the waitresses (twins?) a barrel of laughs ( I’m being sarcastic). A further walk into the woods (maybe another 10 minutes was another restaurant called Pollyanna (again not the actual name but what we called it). Beautiful scenery and good food - Staff were lovely! The park itself as beautiful and well worth the price… The big waterfall is something else… A choice of several walks at different distances to walk, we did H which took about 3.5 hours. Definitely go to the park AM as in the afternoon it gets extremely busy! Also bring waterproofs/ umbrella and good walking shoes/trainers.

Not as nice as the pictures are showing. Tiny cold pool... and we don't know why, but there's only one pool... the other thing on the picture does not exists anymore. Very ordinary breakfast... especcially for 15 Euros. We had much better at places where it was included. Also don't expect service and facility as a regular hotel. Our first disappointment of our 3 weeks trip.

Zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung war bei Expedia angegeben, dass Frühstück ausdrücklich inbegriffen war. Vor Ort wurde dies dann verneint und wir musste jeden Tag 14€ für ein Frühstück zahlen, bei dem abgelaufene Joghurts dabei waren und ein Frischkäse, der definitiv schlecht war und Magenkrämpfe verursacht hat. Man sollte hier definitiv nicht mehr als 2 volle Tage bleiben, da es in der Umgebung nichts zu tun gibt, außer den Nationalpark, für den man täglich 40€ Eintritt zahlen muss. Abgesehen davon gibt es hier absolut nichts, keine Wanderwege, keine Supermärkte, nur ein paar wenige Restaurants und Hotels - und Massentourismus.

We had a Nice stay at this hotel, the reseptionist was kind and helpfull. 5 min. Drive to the entrence of plitvice lakes. Our room was cute and everything was very new and clean. the hotel is located in a valley surrounded by mountains, which gives the hotel a very nice view from the shared terrace. especially if you enjoy looking at the moon and stars in the evening. The pool looks clean and there is a sauna - but We did not try it. (Make sure to book the sauna if u want to do it) Breakfast was okay - but a Little bit expensive. The shower and toilet was all new and very Nice. We loved the stay.

Very close to the park. Slow internet so wasn’t able to use it. The owner was rude and had a slight attitude if you asked her any questions.

Had the cute attic room. Bed and room were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was deluxe and they can run you back and forth to the park for a fee. Would definitely stay again and recomend.
