Hotel Boutique Teatro Romano

Location couldn’t be better! Rooms were clean and comfortable, the reception was well stocked with drinks/snacks and free water refills. Staff were very helpful - we were allowed to check in a bit earlier (which is a massive help of course!) and store our bags on the day of checkout so we could still enjoy Malaga. The only downside was the sound insulation - we couldn’t hear anything from the street but the door to reception and hallway area was very noisy from 6am onwards. With every door opening and steps it sounded like someone’s in the room with us.

I booked this hotel because we had stayed there years before and loved it. This time there was a leak in the hallway (not their fault). The rest of the night we had ice cold water and couldn’t shower (again not their fault) but we were offered nothing in compensation. Good customer service would be to offer something (free breakfast, half off another night, something…….) Do better

Small but pleasant room: WiFi, clean, plenty of hot water, pretty quiet, and a great location - Roman Theatre, cathedral, Picasso museum and all the delights of the Old Town were within a few minutes' walking. Breakfast was OK but probably not worth the money. Limited fresh fruit but decent Nespresso coffee and fresh orange juice.

Great room, friendly staff. Superb location in the old town. Perfect !

We didn’t use the breakfast service. The hotel has a great location, the staff is amazing, the rooms are quiet and clean. Close to garage, in the center of the city.
