Hotels.com are sending out completely wrong information about the hotel upfront for the stay. Please delete all in it as it’s completely wrongfully and need to be removed Eg all facilities are open now in 2023, such as SPA, gym, executive lounge and swimming pool. In your information mail it’s stated temporarily closed.

Apart from a slow checkin, the pool was dirty and smelly. No service /management in the pool area. Even though the room was good (we stayed in 316) a lot of stuff seemed haywire i.e. AC panels light was not working. You could hardly see the numbers on it leave alone adjust the temperature. I believe Hilton really needs to improve to stay up to the mark now. The concierge staff otherwise was super sweet and helpful.

Excellent hotel. Three night stay during the holiday season. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved their breakfasts and happy hours. Very pleasant environment with meeting rooms. Would have liked more choices of restaurants in the hotel. The south Asian restaurant did not appeal to me but they seemed to have a wide variety of Asian food. Will definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel on the basis of it having a pool. Unfortunately during our stay there was a wedding which meant the pool was not available. We should have been told of this in advance so we could have changed our booking to another hotel.

Customer service is great , they will keep calling and checking if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Room was spacious with pool view and separate tub bath and separate powerful shower. They have spa facilities with an extensive gym. Unfortunately didn’t use. Great clean swimming pool. Will stay again but book through Hilton directly as Expedia has poor communication skills.

Property is nice,rooms is also nice and clean except bathtub wasn’t clean has lots of hair,we ordered a food for room service,service person wasn’t that clean was smelling like a sweaty or maybe need to wash clothes,other than that everything is perfect,hope fully Managment keep it eyes on this two problems and definitely I will stay here again

We were supposed to stay two nights. We checked in aroun 02:00 AM. The room smelled horrible, like a public toilet. Next morning I asked for another room, but there were none. Our room was sprayed with airfreshner, but it only spelled OK for 15 minutes. I then ordered a room at Novotel (through Hotels.com). This was proven to be a way better option. At check out from Hilton, they suddely had another room available, but too late. And I didnt even get my last nigh refunded. The Novotel is highly recommended.

Really noisey service at the restaurant was very poor could get served waited 20mins for a drink the wine came out warm food wasnt brillliant , has weddings so really noisey at night when trying to sleep

Very small room, considering price paid, the return is very minimal. Also please pay attention on your bills when you check out. I’ve been charged something I didn’t have in their restaurant, which I’ve faced very first time at this level of hotel. Very disappointing and overall very poor experience.

My room was double booked. I arrived at 7am expecting to have a room that was prepaid for, only to find out nothing was available, they had sold my room out due to late arrival. did not get a room until 845am. I will never stay here again due to double booking practices.

Initially charged double for dinner, after complaining about this at the reception, we were offered complimentary lunch. We had requested for cancellation with refund due to some reason, no feedback confirmation received about cancellation, while checking in they informed our booking was cancelled, when we informed no confirmation or refund received, they said our booking is still on. don't know what was going on here, something fishy i guess. reduced one star due to this.

Amazing service! Super clean and great breakfast. We stayed here for a weeding and it was truly great. Most amazing thing we bought a paiting in the town and it was to large for our bags. The hotel staff helped us. This included deconstruting the frame to put in the bag they even had to saw a piece but still fixed it.

The property is gorgeous, my room was lovely and the staff was very welcoming to a tired and jet lagged traveler. Upon arrival I had no rupees and while the hotel does not have an ATM they kindly helped me to go to the property across the street to use the ATM. The staff also helped secure prepaid taxis to get around the city. The location is very close to the airport, just a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is in the airport neighborhood, not very walkable or near tourist sites, but the taxis are convenient.

Over all the property is very nice. Location is good due to the nearness to the Mumbai international airport. The approach road to the property always seems to be under construction. Also the stairs at the property do not have any contrast making it a trip/fall hazard. Especially for people with low vision.

The staff and facility are amazing and what you would expect from a Hilton property. We found the food quality to be lacking. We got there late and wanted something to eat so we chose The IC restaurant. The food we ordered was almost inedible. We had better luck utilizing the executive level lounge for some of our meals.

ONLT THE BRASSERIE AND DELI SHOP WERE OPERATIONAL. IC, GRILL, BAR WERE NOT SERVING FOOD TO HOTEL GUESTS AS IT WAS CLOSED FORA PRIVATE EVENT. THE STAFF AT THE BRASSERIE WERE INCOMPETENT AND COMPETE CHEATS. WE LANDED AT THE RESTAURANTAND LIVE CARPENTERW WORK GOING ON ON THE BUFFE SHELF WHERE THE YOGHURT /FRUITS FROZEN STUFF IDS DISPLAYED.. IMPAGINE WOODEN SHAVING TOPPING TABLES WERE NOT CLEANED IN TIME WITH DIRTY CUTLERY STILL LYING AROUND FROM PREVIOUS DINERS. WE WANTED A TABLE FOR 6 AND DESPITE BEING HOYTEL GUEST THEY SAID NOTHIG AVAILABLE. AFTER I THREATNED TO SPEAK TO THE HOTEL MANAGER THEY JOINED TWO TABLE ON UNEQUAL SQUARES TRYING TO MAKE A TABLE OF 6 WHEN THEY COULD HAVE EASILY GIVEN US A DIFFERENT TABLE WHICH I FINALLY GOT. THE F&B STAFF WERE BAD. WE ORDERED AT 7.30 AND MOST OF THE FOOD CAME BY 8.45. THE STARTERS (EDMAMAME) CAME AT 9.00 AFTER WE REMINDED THE STAFF. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BILL THE STAFF GAVE ME A HANDWRITTEN PAPER BILL SAYING THE ORDER CAME FROM 3 DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS AND THEY ARE NOT INTEGRATED. AFTER I SAID I WILL NBOT PATY IF THEY DONT GIVE ME A BILL, HE SAID, CAN I JUST CHARGE YOU AN APPROXIMATE AMOUNT, THE NAMES OF THE FOOD ITEMS WILL BE DIFFERENT (E.G TIRAMISU WILL BE SHOWN AS CHOCOLATE CAKE , OR CHICKEN TANDOORI SHOWN AS CHICKEN XYZ) I WAS FURIOUS AS THE STAFF CLEARLY WERE DISHONEST OR PERHAPS THIS IS HOW HILTON WORKS IN MUMBAI ALLOWING STAFF TO HAVE SIDE HUSTLE. FINALLY I GOT 3 SEPARATE BILLS AGAIN 2 WERE WRONG WITH OVERCHARGED AMOUNTS.
