The Pool was nice to cool off in but very green. It needed lots of shock & Chlorine. The A/C in the 2nd Floor was out. The Ice Machine didn’t work on Friday when I checked in on Floor 2.

The elevator needs maintenance on the floor and the elevator itself, at times it jerked once inside, the rooms are nice, they should provide a tv menu so we can see all channels provided. The shower had some rust in it but clean, I like the storage space. The shower itself needs to be worked on because now a lot of pressure when taking a shower felt like a very light rain shower. Glad they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Our refrigerator was wonky and a little loud. Other than that the stay was good. Complimentary breakfast was so good!

Overall everything was good. The breakfast was good and had different options. The beds were comfortable. They have free parking and free WiFi. It was a good options for what we were doing. The only thing I didn’t like was that I got a package with Expedia. I rented the hotel and car, but the rental place charged me insurance which I had already purchased with my rental agreement with Expedia.

Some things were out of service/order (ice machine, laundry, the swiming pool). BUT WORSE, we were not able to REST our first night. We were in the room right on top of the MAIN DOOR which was NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, making a very LOUD NOISE AND VIBRATION when cosed&open. The noise didn’t allow us to sleep! We had to wait until next day to talk to the manager. The main door is still cracking and vibrating loudly when we left the hotel… no repair in sight. Besides the person in charge before 12 midnight WAS RUDE! He sent a MESSAGE FOR EXPEDIA: “GO AND COMPLAIN TO EXPEDIA ONCE YOU CHECK OUT”.

My first room clearly smelled of sm*ke, they said no it can’t be smoke since it’s a non smoking hotel. We were moved to a new room and found dried b00gers, hairs, and dirt in the bed. Also the pool was very green and closed, even though the front desk had no problem telling us how to find the pool at check in (why not tell us it’s closed??? Because we would have taken our stuff and not checked in). Don’t stay here.

Downstairs restroom out of order, laundry dryer out of order, pancake maker out of order, pool closed during open hours our first day, drawer under TV broken and door bolt would not lock in room. Elevator takes forever and you get the feeling its going to get stuck while youre in it. Overall, yes we slept fine and it served its purpose, but we've stayed in many holiday inn express suites and this was the worst one.

The hotel is alright. It does seem old, but still decent. Pool was clean, room was clean, walls are thin so maybe not the best place for light sleepers. It worked out for my family of 4. Staff was nice, would stay again

The hotel was so dirty. The restroom was dirty, the floor by the restroom was dirty and slippery. The water pressure was horrible and took so long trying to rinse shampoo out of my hair. There was no vent/ fan in the restroom and mold is growing in the AC vent and it’s visible. In the breakfast area the chairs were dirty and stained. The apples and bananas were rotten and moldy.

I had never stayed at a holiday inn that was so dirty. Everything from the entrance door to the front door of our room was pretty dirty. I was there for 4 days and saw the same footprints and dirty spots in the front lobby for all of my stay. Hallways have a musky smell. There was never any coffee in the coffe stations. Breakfast was very limited and the front clerk was very rude, stating that it had been a very long day after i proved to him that the room had been paid for. The room itself was very decent and the one time they went to clean it the girl was very very nice.

Very nice hotel! I booked 2 nights in a suite for my family and I and i loved how comfortable and spacious it was! I wish it had 2 tvs though, and the breakfast was at the Hilton due to the remodeling but the food was pretty good. I also loved hlw close if was to where we were going! We loved the staff ,cleanliness,comfy clean beds & pillows & breakfast. There was really only 2 small complaints. 1 AC seamed to not get as cold we would wke up sweating. 2 we didn't like the lock on the door didn't seem it locked properly we slid the chair n front of it as well as reinforced the lock. Not that it seamed a bad area but cant ever be safe enough. Ty for having us we will choose u again when we co.e back

Checking in was not so good when I tried to pay with cash and they wouldn't take it. On check out I received a email stating that check out was at 12 pm and 11:15 am the knocked on my door saying since I was late on the checkout they was going to charge me another night and I said no. Then they said I had 15 minutes to get out of they were going to call the police. I showed them the email about the check out time and they said that they didn't know about that and said check out time was 11 am.

The room key card did not work. We were not given a different room. One of us had to remain in the room to let the other person enter the room. The owner was not even available to help. The check in process was tiring and cumbersome. Had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours to get a room.

Overall the stay was good! Only complaint I have is for it being a busy holiday weekend they were short on staff. The breakfast was not stocked very well. The guy that was working the breakfast area made the comment he came from the next door hotel to help. If it wasn’t for him not sure breakfast would have been served.

The room had a bookshelf barely hanging on the wall, the bathtub grab bar wasn’t attached, hair in the sink and tub. Breakfast wasn’t available. Several other guests complained about no breakfast. The front desk clerk said it wasn’t her job. The guy that came to put out more food at around 9 am kept shutting the doors to the breakfast area even though it doesn’t close until 10 am and then yelled a child to not open the door again. The mom complained to front desk. The girl walked behind the wall and told her coworker that she needed an alcoholic drink. I paid just over 200 for 1 night including fees and taxes. I could’ve stayed on the water for around 20.00 more. Horrible experience. When I complained to the front desk girl and then told her I’d have to leave my honest review, she replied go ahead.
