Shin Furano Prince Hotel

We picked this hotel mainly for the parking. Most hotels in the area have limited parking. That was one thing we didn’t want to deal with after a long day of touring. Large parking lot means lots of guest... This is a large resort, with many tour groups staying here. Granted we were there on a weekend. When we left on Monday it was very quiet. There's a coin operated laundry room off the elevator lobby with a microwave oven.

JR富良野駅からも比較的近く、ホテル前に路線バスのバス停もあり、便利。 周辺の自然環境が素晴らしい。 ホテルも新しく、清潔感がある。 ロビーも広々していて気持ちがいい。 ホテルスタッフの対応も好感が持てます。 朝食のビュッフェも満足です。 共同浴場（サウナ）自体はいいのですが、場所的に客室から少し離れていて、アクセスのため利用する階段のアップダウンがあり、エレベーターもありますが、最初は少し戸惑いました。（高齢者にはちょっときつい？） 全体としては、大変良かったと思います。 再度、富良野に来るなら、再度使用したいホテルです。

温泉施設が付いていてますが、実際には別棟でストレートに行く事ができず建物内を歩きます。 そこが、若干不便なか〜結局2回しか行きませんでした。

This is a ski in ski out property. It is of high standard for ski accommodation which you pay for. The food is expensive but very good. The hotel is usually very busy and crowded with waits to get into the dinning room. The onsens are excellent.

這是富良野地區傳統大型酒店，要搭4號車上山，但能一程直達。此地廣闊，樓下大堂空間感十足。住房比較舊少少（畢竟開業多年），但空間大，可放較大行李，也算保養得宜。用餐就在低層樓下大廳，食品多用富良野當地食材，亦偶有特別食物，算是不錯。酒店內有大間少少的手信店，品種較多，亦有我今年想搵嘅富良野蜜瓜味果醬—以前能在不同地方見到，今年都消失了。溫泉就在酒店另一面，要走較耐才到，但不用從房內帶毛巾，溫泉門口就有得索取。溫泉室外較少，室內大些，但尚算舒適。酒店外有不同設施，只要有時間，其實可留久一點玩多些活動。總括而言，這是一間不錯的酒店，如果冬天來會更好。

緑が多く森林浴を楽しんだり、熱気球などのアクティビティも充実して楽しく過ごすことができました。夕食のバイキングはレベルが高いと思いました。

Room is clean, staff is kind, souvenir shop opens until 11PM. Ningle terrace is very beautiful and relaxing place. There are many places within the hotel to relax and enjoy. Overall, very nice place to stay.

The purpose of our stay was to spend several days skiining at the Furano Ski Resort. This hotel served us very well. We arrived in front of the hotel in the early evening via a direct coach bus from Chitose. After a smooth check-in, we still managed to arrange our ski rentals on G/F before the shop closed. After the boots fitting, we just headed outdoor to the rental shop to get the skis as well (Just a minute away). That's also where you could directly access the slopes. The ski lockers for hotel guests are also conveniently located on the same floor (G/F). So everything was arranged before our pre-booked dinner at Karamatsu. How nice! We could start skiing the next morning. We had previously arranged private ski lessons online. The ski school counters are also located on G/F. You wouldn't miss them. Of course, the counter for ski lift passes is there too. Very convenient. We had dinners in the hotel for three nights (Karamatsu and The Dining Room), and lunch on 12/F during ski days. Good meals. Breakfast buffet was sufficient and acceptable for us as we like Japanese-style food. Beverage variety was also good. However, the selection of western dishes might be limited in comparison. Yet the croissants, which were freshly-baked in the Dining Hall, were crispy and tasty. We didn't manage to try the Izakaya restaurant as it was fully booked. We also headed out to town for dinner one night via lavender bus in front of the hotel. Overall a satisfied for us.

후라노 지역의 대형 호텔입니다. 호텔 주차장 바로 앞에 닝구르 테라스라는 아기자기한 가게도 있고 대형 호텔답게 사우나, 식당, 오락실 가게 등 여러가지가 잘 되어 있습니다. 다만 방은 좀 오래되었다는 느낌을 지울 수 없고, 대형 호텔이다 보니 일부 학생 단체 인원도 있어서 조금 시끄러웠던 것도 있었습니다만 전체적으로는 만족 합니다.

部屋も清潔で綺麗でした！ 温泉も遠いとはいうとのの、これだけ大きなホテルなら許容範囲！　お料理のバンキングがめちゃくちゃよかったです！　ホテルのスタッフの方　外国の方がお部屋までスーツケースを持ってきてくれたけど　とても親切で、教育されてる感満点満載でした！

清潔な施設で良かったです。

２泊させてもらいました。お部屋は古さはあるものの清潔に保たれていて、景色も素晴らしく快適に過ごせました。

ホテルの立地環境は良いが、ホテル自体の老朽化を感じた。カーペットもシミなどが目立ち清潔感に欠ける。

ホテル全体的に綺麗でした

バブル時代の遺構なので、施設は古いが、部屋の隅々まで掃除されており快適だった。見習いの方なのかわからないが、チェックイン時の対応が遅いというか、遅すぎたのはいかがなものか。もう少しロープレしてから顧客対応して欲しい。素泊まりプランだったので、食事評価は出来ません。

飯店雖然老舊，但整體維持得很乾淨，也有很舒服的溫泉可以用。早餐有西式自助餐與日式早餐，如果不喜歡太多人的環境，建議吃日式早餐，好吃、豐盛，愛不釋口！如果剛好坐在窗邊，又可以欣賞日式亭園，超美的！

清掃が行き届いていて清潔だったが、水道が混合栓ではなく、使う度にお湯の調節をしなくてはならず時代を感じた。ポーター(女性)が部屋まで一言も言葉を発する事がなかった。ネームプレートを見たら日本人ではない事が分かったが終始無言と言うのは違和感があった。ベッドが大分使われた物らしく中央が随分へこんでいたため寝返りをしても身体が中央に流れる感じがした。 宿泊中、フロントで数時間荷物を預かってもらえたのは助かった。 総じて、安心のプリンスホテルなので次回も機会があったら宿泊すると思う。

This is a great slope-side location. The hotel gives a 90's retro vibe. It's comfortable and as a single travel I felt very secure and taken care of. The room was large. The hallway was quiet and the mattresses and pillows soft (which isn't always the case in Japan.) It's a little isolated from the outside town, so when the restaurants on the top floor close later in the season, I felt the lack of dining options. The bakery is fantastic and so is the Ningle Terrace.

The Furano Prince was a nice ski-in ski-out location, albeit a bit pricey. It is a bit isolated and while there is an evening shuttle to town which is great, you have about 1 hour to eat if you wish to take the shuttle home. You can get taxis once in town, but they are limited. The ski lockers are convenient and can store 2 sets of skis or boards. The restaurants are very nice and have great food, but dinners are expensive. The staff was attentive, and there were enough English speakers to assist you, sometimes it takes finding the right person. If you're going during the winter, take a set of shoe spikes, as it was extremely icy when walking outside. The room was nice, a bit small for a longer stay. Be sure to take your own coffee, as while they serve it at breakfast, there is none in the room or the on-site store.

We had a beautiful Mountain View from our room. The large onsen bath were nice. The facility and room were very outdated.

Great location for ningle terrace visitor & ski resort. A little further out from the town, but reachable by public transportation and by car. The room is a little old, but spacious. Nothing to complain.

후라노 지역의 대형 호텔입니다. 호텔 주차장 바로 앞에 닝구르 테라스라는 아기자기한 가게도 있고 대형 호텔답게 사우나, 식당, 오락실 가게 등 여러가지가 잘 되어 있습니다. 다만 방은 좀 오래되었다는 느낌을 지울 수 없고, 대형 호텔이다 보니 일부 학생 단체 인원도 있어서 조금 시끄러웠던 것도 있었습니다만 전체적으로는 만족 합니다.

Poor check in experience. Staff was in a rush and forgot to tell me the room number and key card. Poor arrangement for the complimentary dinner. I have booked the dinner one day in advance and the staff seemed not aware of it. It took a while to confirm my dinner booking and I guess it was because of the poor communication between the front desk and the restaurant. After finishing the dinner, they charged me dinner fee but my dinner was included in the package. It created an awkward and embarrassing moment at the restaurant and again it took some time for them to set things right. There are other problems like the fridge was not cold enough, and air-conditioning was also not cool enough. Overall the hotel gave me a bad impression.

洒店房間很有歷史。職員表現冷漠。不太協助。温泉行好遠。很普通。除了去富良野市。其他景點很有距離。不太值得入住

Amazing staff

旅行中父が転倒し、膝が腫れてしまいましたが、車いすも借りれたし、夜中や朝も膝を冷やすために氷を持ってきて頂いたり、チェックアウト時も気にかけてくださったりと、スタッフの方の優しさが嬉しかったです。

数回目の使用です。変わらずよい設備とスタッフさんで家族全員大満足でした。こちらの手違いで予約のトラブルが現地で判明しましたが、スタッフさんの好意で大変助かりました。やはり再度訪れたい、と、思わせてくれる素晴らしい施設だと思います。

YouTubeで外国人が多くて受付が遅いなどマイナスなことを見てて行ったのですが、そんなことは全くなくスムーズで景色も綺麗でご飯も美味しくとても良かったです！

Beautiful ski in and out property but there is not much of a town. Transportation not convenient. A taxi ride into town was about $33.00 round trip.

The hotel is about a 10 minutes drive from Furano town, tucked away in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by nature. It was so relaxing to wake up to the beautiful mountain views right from our room. The onsen was super soothing after a day of exploring! It does get a bit crowded in the evening, so I’d recommend going later at night if you want a quieter time. The whole area is really calm and picturesque, perfect for winding down. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Furano!

富良野、美瑛を中心とした観光で利用させて頂きました。とてもきれいだしお土産もホテルでそろうし、とても便利でした。

Ningle terrace within the perimeter of hotel allowing visits in day and night for different perspective. Makes driving to Furano attractions easier than stay in Sapporo allowing more coverage in daylight.

All the activities around the hotel and bus stop just infront of Hotel, super convenient

조용하고 주변 환경이 잘 어울리고 닝구르테라스가 바로 옆이어서 산책하기 좋았어요.

我買的是含早晚餐的套餐，酒店整體很乾淨和新的，但房間應該很久沒裝修了，家俱都很舊。 晚餐包括的是自助晚餐，選擇其他餐廳要補差額，自助晚餐裡可以選擇的食品不算多，反而早餐的選擇感覺相對豐富。 溫泉要跑很遠才到。 小賣店有很多東西可以買。

Very very average. Nice location but rooms, facilities not what expected. Food in restaurants expensive and few options (they work with 3 menus).

Dinner buffet is excellent especially crab. This place is very beautiful and so relax.

飯店設施維持很好，晚餐Buffet 水準很夠，流程有改進，人多時有控制入場。避免混亂，比去年進步許多。改用較小托盤，強化持續收拾桌面，反而使整個用餐的動線流程進步很多，用餐舒適感提升很多，值得嘉許。對一個已經開幕了38年的飯店（坦白講，要不是去泡湯時看到牆上的照片，我實在不知道這個飯店已經這麼久了，因為所有設施都維護得非常好，像才剛開幕三五年一樣），仍然持續提升服務，起來實在很棒。

The location was away from the town and other facilities so having transport is essential. The room was OK but not spacious. The breakfast did not have a lot of variety for the western palate and did not seem to change. Staff were helpful.
