I really enjoyed my stay staff was friendly and parking was great wish it had more breakfast options but overall everything was great the rooms were very nice and clean and very comfortable I will be returning in the future

I lived down the road and our AC went out. We knew this was the best place to stay w/kids. After a hot day it was great to come to safe, relaxing environment place, and play in the pool. My children enjoyed their stay and slept so good all nigh, no disturbance at all. Will recommend this place. I would stay here again.

We had reserved this hotel to enjoy the pool and it was out of service.

North Houston? This Holiday Inn is one of my favorites, Nice, Clean, Quiet, and Cozy, shopping, Restaurants Areas all around, convenient parking, visit quite often! ❤️

There was renovation going on woke up at 10 by workers working upstairs.

This place is a 10 out of 10 highly recommend there was absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Everything was perfect including The free breakfast the pool was absolutely spotless and it smelt very good. Staff came in and cleaned the place every day. You cannot go wrong staying at Holiday Inn. Even the staff were absolutely perfect. Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far!!!

The lobby is nicely decorated and the fruit water is a nice touch. Hot breakfast was great. Needing to find a staff member to get into the gym and lobby toilet was a bit frustrating, and the pool was not open to the public while we stayed. Only minor annoyances and nothing bit. The room was nice but could have used a bit more detailed cleaning around the edges. Generally well-kept. Still much better than any other hotel in that area. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Has a great gym with free weights and great equipment. The hotel is very clean.

This property was definitely not what we expected. The room appeared clean but had a horrible stench. It smelt like cigarette smoke, mildew/musty. We stayed one night bc it was super late. We tried to change hotels but unfortunately the hotel would not refund us. We left anyways and Expedia was nice enough to give us a small voucher to book another facility. Will not book again.

The property was very clean and the staff very friendly. Stayed for a few nights with no problems.

Not busy, quiet. There was a red stain on the carpet near the bed. There were urine drop stains around the toilet.

The hotel was great. Clean, nice room, comfy beds, fresh bathroom. It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning, although they ran out of half and half. Our only complaint was that our room was very damp. It was cool enough, and it did not smell, but it was very damp. Clothing that was left out over night felt damp in the morning. We stayed several nights with family in several different rooms. The people in 2nd floor rooms seemed to have damp rooms; other rooms seemed fine. All that being said, I would stay there again. It was a very nice hotel for the price.

Rooms were clean and the beds were so soft. I wanted to steal the mattress.

Very clean and courteous staff. Also the breakfast was delicious and fresh.

The overall stay was very good the only issue was cleanliness. There were stains in the bathroom and on the sheets.

The TV in room 320 could only play the Disney channel, meaning when we would look on the guide menu the TV would freeze and not move until turned off and back on. The tub felt like there was a film left in it. The beds were comfortable, and we could set the thermostat on a desired temperature, which was nice.

Tv would not work and nothing could be done about it. Poor service.

I booked this as it was not too far from the Airport. The hotel was good nice and clean and room was great! BUT…. Wifi was terrible and the noise of the traffic was rough too

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience. If you've ever stayed at one before, you'll know what I mean. The only downside of this location was it being located right next to a six lane highway and traffic noise was always present. Regardless of that, it was a good experience, especially for the price. Hotel staff was kind and pleasant.

Checked in around 8:30 after a flight in from Missouri, the young lady at the front desk was very nice and it was a fast easy check in. The lobby is grand and open, very pretty in there and clean. Stayed in the second floor and our room was very clean and spacious. I Loved the Dove products in the shower (of course I forgot my own) and a nice little lotion for a good massage after the shower. Coffee in the little "kitchenette" area was such a plus for me because I had to leave very early in the morning. The Beds are sooooo comfy!!!! MY ONLY downfall there was the noise from outside unfortunately, the main road there is very busy all night long, usually I can put a "Rain" video on YouTube but these TV's didn't have that option, it's 2023, it's a new hotel, smart TV's are a must... I didn't even have the option to stream it from my phone or anything. I'd suggest as a smaller investment for this hotel is getting noise machines in their rooms since maybe new TV's cost alot. I've stayed in other hotels that have noise machines in their rooms and it was so convenient for comfy sleep. Whether it's street noises or the next door rooms adult activities, these walls are thin as cardboard..... you can hear the coffee machine going on.... something needs to buffer the noise.

Wall design is poor We could hear sound from next door, water flushing, floor tile chipped at the main entrance and TV premier channel not working Front desk we will change room at 8 pm once we are already settled

The crew was able to accommodate me and have the room ready before check in time so I could get ready to attend a family funeral.

front desk worker was nice, but the manager was a absolutely rude and dismissive.

The staff was amazing. The owner was able to change our accommodations to make our trip more convenient for us. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The room was clean and breakfast/coffee hit the spot.

We had one of our worst customer service experiences ever. Ashley was incredibly unhelpful and unprofessional.

Check in was a breeze. All hotel staff were very welcoming. Amazing stay, will definitely be back everytime we are in town visiting.

Immediately arrived and was treated horribly by the staff member jerry. He refused to check me in when I specifically called the day before and requested early check in at 1pm. Even became a rewards member to ensure I could check in when I arrived at 1pm. I was assured you receive priority check in when you are a member for this igh hotel. He was extremely rude. Stayed outside smoking cigarettes and asked me what I wanted when I stated I wanted to check in. He was so rude I never came back to check in and got a room at a different hotel that would let me check in at 1pm. Horrible staff service from Jerry, extremely rude.

If I ever come to this area again,I will stay at this hotel. It was beautiful, clean, neat and ck-in was easy. If this is a recently renovated, they did a great job. Close to airport.

Excellent hotel for the area, clean and very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and really good hot and complete breakfast. The two ladies taking care of the breakfast did a great job keeping up the breakfast even thought that it was busy at moments. Always with a smile. Thanks!!!

Clean, quiet & great breakfast!

The good: front desk staff was great and the lobby/dining room was arranged well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bad: no clean towels or washcloths available on Sunday. The ugly: breakfast on Sunday was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced at any hotel. By 830 there was no food ( yogurt and hard boiled eggs was all that was left) coffee was almost empty and full of grounds, no creamer available and the trash cans were overflowing. There was one young lady on duty who was simply overwhelmed and could not keep up with the demand by herself.

I was on a tight schedule - breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am....but was still unavailable by the time I had to leave for the airport ( 6:45 am). Very disappointed

Great stay breakfast was my favorite the biscuit & gravy was delicious. The staff was very nice and sweet. Not a lot of traffic in and out this was a peaceful stay
