There is a few dead bugs in my bed. I got a few bites. Around the pool area there was spiders. The pool was pretty small. A few other moms that had different rooms complained of blood when they walked in and various other not sanitary conditions. There is zero pool towels. I also heard of people having roaches in their room.

Shower head was clogged up. Sofa bed had a worn out mattress and no blankets for the sofabed. Pillows were old and worn. only 1 tiny creamer for the coffee, maybe you should have several.

Not so good, was trying to book an ADA room. There were not available, But the rooms are fairly a good size, and the bathrooms are also quite roomy, from previous experience, plus they have a shower, that I need versus a tub. The only thing I asked for, was a shower chair. They have always provided that for me in many other stays. This time unfortunately there was none. Leaving me in a disabled peril. I reached out to a family member that lives in Turlock, who went to Walmart and purchased me one, built it and brought it to me. Otherwise I would have never been able to get into the shower. The other problem is the toilet is very low, which makes it difficult to get in and out from. Had to also purchase a booster seat for myself. And this time the bathroom was so narrow and small, I could not get my wheelchair in, leaving me half out and half in, which meant no privacy! And that made me extremely uncomfortable and sad.

The property itself is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the room was perfect. It is right next to Hwy 99 and you can hear the cars. As light sleepers, we had trouble sleeping. Next time we will bring ear plugs and ask for a quieter room.

The property was easy to get too. Grounds were clean and so was the room. We got a king suite. The room was huge, floors were clean. I loved the kitchenette area! Actually that was my favorite part. An apartment size fridge with an actual freezer and the microwave was nice too. Slept like a baby! 10/10 I would stay there again.

The pullout couches could be replaced, the carpet should be replaced if the carpet isnt cleaned regularly which you can tell it isn't. The staff was ok, its free breakfast at 7am, we were trying to get breakfast by 7am, and it was past 7am and there was a staff member there pretending to be on the computer not even acknowledging the fact that we were more than a gew of us waiting there for breakfast, no "well be out shortly " nothing, she didn't even bother look up. So we left. If BF is at 7am you should be ready to go, you're running a hotel.

Gave away our reserved room. Complained to management. It was new staff error that didn't bother to read the reservation and description of room. Unfortunately, was stuck with the room for the weekend but manager adjusted the difference and some. We have tried other hotels and this one is honestly the best one compared to others in town. Will most likely stay here again but this time I will be extremely pushy about my reservation confirmation. Probably have the manager call me to confirm our reservation to avoid any future problems.

Booked 2 rooms a few days in advance. Traveling with family for weekend. Made several calls before check in to confirm reservation. Hotel confirmed every time that our reservation was good and ready for us. Checked in and when walked into the rooms realized it wasn’t what we had reserved. Called front desk and they blamed Expedia. Called Expedia and they confirmed that the hotel gave away our rooms. WTH!!! Complained to hotel front desk. Never have we had this problem before with any hotel especially this one. We have stayed here before many times and have never had any issues till now. Seriously considering staying from now on , across the way at the Hampton Inn. They go above an beyond to accommodate your stay.

Plenty of parking. The room was clean and spacious, Great breakfast and nice staff. My only negative was the noise and traffic on the 1st floor was hard to sleep.Am pm and jack in the box within walking distance and next to freeway. I wouldn’t recommend walking in that area

We were on the 3rd floor of the property, and the foot steps from the 4th floor kept us up until late in the night. The property is right next to the highway on-ramp and its noise was unexpectedly loud. If we were to come back, we'll request a room far away from the highway, on the top floor.

The rooms were very big and spacious. Our room was next to the freeway so we heard the cars all night kinda annoying. A few homeless people around parking lot. The room had dishes and cups, two dishes were dirty. Breakfast was not very good, and staff wasn’t very friendly.

I was blown away by this place, considering maybe a mile away is not a great neighborhood, but this was so safe, clean, and easy to access. It was very central to everything I had to do this weekend, and I already know I will be staying here again! Delicious, nice spacious rooms with tons of amenities in there.

Property was in good condition. Room we booked was very spacious. The only thing we didn’t like was all the noise from the highway. None stop noise from all the cars. Also for breakfast the 2 days we went down to eat there were not enough dishes due to all the guests eating around the same time. The food selection could be better in my opinion.
