Hampton Inn Turlock

Room was clean, the food was good, really enjoyed the biscuits.

Clean property. Quiet rooms.

Decent breakfast. The Gentleman who was running the front desk did not even have basic information (like he didn’t know whether or not they had a spa/hot tub) the door to the pool was broken so you couldn’t get in. The told us we had to use our hotel keys which we were aware of. They sent the maintenance guy to come out and fix it because the latch was broken. When we Finally got into the pool spa area and the spa was completely green (I wish I would have taken an I wish I would have taken a picture) and smelled so we decided not to use it. Also we requested a crib or pack and play for our room and they did not have any available. Apparently they only have ONE for the ENTIRE hotel which is multiple floors and the single one that they had was already in use. If we had known we would’ve stayed someplace else.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. I needed help with getting around and they were more than helpful. The breakfast was standard, nothing special but good.

Scott was fantastic in the service as well as his partner. The staff was quite kind.
