I would say that finding the property and parking is difficult but the owners were so incredibly nice and helpful I still have to say 5 stars. He literally parked our car for us and tbh I would not have been able to drive that little path to the parking area.

Extremely hospitable hosts to Mostar after a long drive. We were greeted with cool Cedavita in the courtyard while owner parked our car in the narrow, cobble streets. Well sign-posted but the old town is hidden from the main road and accessed through a steep and windy drop from the side of a supermarket where we waived off parking attendants and called the host to assist with finding in the final 100 meters. Simple but clean room worked out nicely with a hot shower, shampoo, tea and coffee. Breakfast around the corner was a bit more expensive than expected and we were tight for cash since had not realized that our booking would not be charged to credit card but had to be in cash. Parking was extra 7 Euros. A bit expensive but no regrets for the location, clean room and pleasant hosts. All bedrooms are upstairs so not recommended for people with access issues. Elderly member of our party struggled with several flights of stairs but fine for young people and probably typical for accommodations right in the center of Old Town Mostar where it's assumed most tourists would want to spend a day or evening. I understand that some hotels prefer cash to credit, but Expedia should advertise as such so tourists travel with sufficient cash if counting on use of credit card for certain expenses.

Great stay, basically an entire studio apartment to yourself. Lots of windows and large bathroom. Owners even did a load of laundry for us for free! No breakfast or food options here but there are plenty of places just outside the door. They do have on-site parking i believe for about $7euro a day. Room was clean, tv channels, cold ac and quiet. No elevator so if you have lots of luggage request a low floor.

Wonderful host and hostess, truly cared about my experience, carried my suitcase up the stairs themselves, re-parked my car and made sure everything was well with my stay. Great room, and as much as I loved Dubrovnik, this was an even better room at a better price.

This property is 2min from Mostar Old Bridge but it feels quiet and away from lots of noise. The hosts are super friendly, happy to recommend places and help you with anything at all. Host had traditional sweet and juice waiting for us, assortment of teas ans coffee available with a shared kitchen space. Our room was comfortable with high ceilings and very clean. We loved our stay and would recommend this place to any friend staying in Mostar! We stayed here with two small children, felt super safe and welcomed at the property!

The owners were wonderful. They helped us park in their courtyard, as the road to the courtyard is quite narrow. The room was very clean and had all amenities. This property couldn’t be any closer to the old town area. It is a very short stroll to all the restaurants, bridge, and entertainment. This is a definite stay again location.

The property is right in the middle of the buzzing night life of Mostar Old Town. You can walk to the Bridge within 2 minutes. The owner couple were super kind and even offered to drive our car through narrow street to their parking lot. Room is big that can easily sleep in 4 people. If I visit Mostar again, I will stay at the same place.

Very clean, atmospheric and right in the heart of old town, managed by a family that has been there for a long time. This hotel and experience was among the best--located in the most magical of the Ottoman-era towns. Our room had a balcony, we got help with parking on the property and the hosts were wonderful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, and it was wonderful both times. We felt at home. Owners are extremely kind, the rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean, and the location is perfect. The entire experience was peaceful and we hope to return again.

Villa Cardak was in great location in the old town of Mostar. The room was very clean and comfortable. Suzana, our host, was lovely - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend this accommodation. Breakfast was not included but there were plenty of reasonably priced places just a few steps away which served breakfast.

A nice, relatively small place with a great location in Mostar. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful and everything went smoothly. The room had a nice view outside and the bed was great. The bathroom and shower could have been better but they were OK as well. The building had a historical feel to it. Overall a very good experience.

We booked the Deluxe Room (699 sq.) for our family of three. We had a very comfortable stay. The place is clean, just steps from the Old Bridge yet quiet, and has a great view (we stayed on the top floor). You can reserve this place through Expedia and all payments are by cash to the owner. Susanne, the owner, is very caring and puts a lot of effort into running her hotel.

The husband and wife who run this are very special. Their hospitality, kindness and generosity are reason enough to stay here. Our room easily fit our family of 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the AC unit was very welcomed on our stay when the temperature outside hit 100. And the location was perfection. In the heart of Old Town and steps away from the sights of Mostar.
The husband and wife who run this are very special. Their hospitality, kindness and generosity are reason enough to stay here. Our room easily fit our family of 4 adults. I always take reviews with a grain of salt but Villa Cardak lived up to the hype and was more than we expected. Susanna and her husband Neja are the consummate hosts! They not only parked pour car for us but greeted us with a refreshing lemonade and Turkish delight. The location is the best you could ask for in Mostar...you are literally a stone's throw from everything you would want to see. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the courtyard. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If only every place was this perfect!

We loved our time at Villa Cardak. The couple that own and run the hotel welcome you as friends and are so thoughtful and kind. They greet you with a welcome drink, and the husband drove our car down to the parking place for us (much needed in little cobbled streets). Great location and Suzanne gave us lots of recommendations too. Lovely to have Mostar to yourself in the mornings before tour groups arrive. Would definitely return to Villa Cardak!

Susanna was absolutely wonderful. I've never met a more accommodating host. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home. Such a lovely soul. Our room looked newly remodeled and was perfect. Everything was extremely comfortable and the lighting in the room was beyond anything I've ever seen. The welcome refreshments Susanna gave us were so delicious and unexpected. We wrre starving when we arrived but after our refreshments we were able to walk around a bit and explore. This hotel is really in the heart of it all. You can easily shop, eat or walk down to the river. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

I must say special thank your to owners of Cerdak. I got my tire blown a they helped me tremendously. Can you imagine they got vulcanization guy in on Saturday afternoon and in an hour I had tire installed without moving car !!! Premises are spotless clean and all the rest is just great. Cerdak lokaded in the heart of Mostar can’t beat its location. I will recommend it to everyone. Happy travels!

Suzana and her husband were so welcoming and kind! Her husband handled parking and moving our car, Suzana had a welcome drink and Turkish delights for us, and the hospitality was above-and-beyond! We’ve been traveling for 3 weeks and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Really wish we had been able to stay longer and can’t wait to come back!
Suzana and her husband were so welcoming and kind! Her husband handled parking and moving our car, Suzana had a welcome drink and Turkish delights for us, and the hospitality was above-and-beyond! We’ve been traveling for 3 weeks and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Really wish we had been able to stay longer and can’t wait to come back!

It is a great property in the middle of the old town. The owner is fantastic, super friendly, and very helpful. We didn't book any activities prior to arriving in Boisnia, but she went out of her way to make several calls and arrange a last-minute, same-day trip for us to see several attractions. We will stay here again when we go to Bosnia, and we are letting all our friends in Canada know about this place. Great place, excellent service!

I always take reviews with a grain of salt but Villa Cardak lived up to the hype and was more than we expected. Susanna and her husband Neja are the consummate hosts! They not only parked pour car for us but greeted us with a refreshing lemonade and Turkish delight. The location is the best you could ask for in Mostar...you are literally a stone's throw from everything you would want to see. The room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the courtyard. I cannot say enough good things about this place. If only every place was this perfect!

Lovely host greeted us when we checked in ,and helped park our car right in front of the apartment. In all honesty, you cannot pick a better location. We were right by the bridge and all of the walking areas with lovely restaurants. We were more impressed with our state, then originally anticipated. Highly, highly recommend.

We loved everything about Villa Cardak. Suzana and her husband were lovely, and most welcoming!!! The location is literally situated in old town, very quiet for a great nights sleep, and a 3-4 minute short walk to the Old bridge! You could not ask for a better location or better hosts. We would highly recommend this location and you don’t need to search any further. Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

Villa Cardak was in great location in the old town of Mostar. The room was very clean and comfortable. Suzana, our host, was lovely - friendly and extremely helpful. We had a great time and would highly recommend this accommodation. Breakfast was not included but there were plenty of reasonably priced places just a few steps away which served breakfast.

The owners were wonderful. They helped us park in their courtyard, as the road to the courtyard is quite narrow. The room was very clean and had all amenities. This property couldn’t be any closer to the old town area. It is a very short stroll to all the restaurants, bridge, and entertainment. This is a definite stay again location.

This place is absolutely wonderful. It’s right in the Old Town and just a few minutes’ walk from the famous Stari Most bridge everything is truly close and easy to reach. The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely balcony that made the stay even more special. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, adding so much warmth to the experience. Honestly, I left with the feeling of wanting to come back. It was a magical stay definitely the perfect place to stay in Mostar.

The property is right in the middle of the buzzing night life of Mostar Old Town. You can walk to the Bridge within 2 minutes. The owner couple were super kind and even offered to drive our car through narrow street to their parking lot. Room is big that can easily sleep in 4 people. If I visit Mostar again, I will stay at the same place.

Great stay, basically an entire studio apartment to yourself. Lots of windows and large bathroom. Owners even did a load of laundry for us for free! No breakfast or food options here but there are plenty of places just outside the door. They do have on-site parking i believe for about $7euro a day. Room was clean, tv channels, cold ac and quiet. No elevator so if you have lots of luggage request a low floor.

We had a wonderful one-night stay in the heart of the Old Town. Our room had a balcony with a scenic view. There is a grocery store nearby and many fine restaurants steps away. Our charming hostess Susanne was ready to help in any way and served us delicious homemade baklava. I can't recommend this place enough.

Our stay was short but so very sweet. Our host is very lovely and gave us so much information about places to eat , see around the area and the room was more than what we expected with the cutest balcony, large luxurious comfortable bed and views and sounds of the flowing river and moden very spacious apartment with everything to see and do in the old city walking distance.. Highly recommended as a must see town and a must stay villa 10/10

The location was great for looking around old town. There were plenty of options for eating out and there was a good supermarket within about 100 metres. The room was lovely and it was great being able to enjoy a coffee or evening drink on our balcony. Suzanna was an amazing and friendly host.

We had a wonderful stay. Susie and her husband were so helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well as it was very hot. Perfect location. Would come and stay with them again if I was ever in Mostar. Our only mistake is we had to leave early. Would have loved to have had the morning to explore and enjoy a breakfast.

The host “Susan” was a great host, she was very welcoming & helpful. The place is wonderful like a fairy tale place right in the middle of the old bazar, but tucked in a quiet alley to be far enough from the street noise & just few steps from the famous bridge. Our room was spacious, clean & so comfortable with a little cozy balcony. We’ll definitely stay here again when we comeback to Mostar. Thank you Villa Cardak
