Rude staff. Manager wouldn’t extend check out time even an extra hour to accommodate our late flight out of Tokyo. Bar staff took 20 minutes to take a drink order. Not sure how this hotel got a five star rating, more like 3 star.

The hotel’s location and overall condition were decent. However, even the front desk staff didn’t know whether breakfast was included in the reservation or not. Despite it not being a standard room, the experience from the very first day of stay wasn’t particularly pleasant. It seems they really need more careful and thorough staff training.

We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10.
