Wonderful stay. Complimentary airport pick up, and we have four big luggages and two small but the hotel was informed and sent a big car. Outstanding service from staff from the moment we met the staff at the airport. Expectational service from Naveed and Lahirsab at the concierge desk. I stayed at Avari Xpress last year which was also a great stay. Avari Hotel also delivered. Will definitely be staying at Avari properties for my next visit to Pakistan. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. The hotel is close to main attractions of Lahore. Safe and secure property.

The staff was the best part of our stay. Everyone was so thoughtful and kind. They also allowed me to do an early check in since I'd arrived on a 5 am flight. The food in the breakfast area was amazing. Special shout-outs to all the staff at this property. They're really ramping up the Pakistani hospitality standard. Would definitely stay again. Room was very clean and tidy, wifi worked really well. I didnt use the pool but it looked pretty good from the window. Breakfast was so so good. Special thank you to all the staff who really looked out and were so nice and welcoming.

Tried all the restaurants including their daily breakfast. It was ok at best. The upstairs lounge was good but the food was a little stale. Definitely need better and fresher food. Service was very good, staff constantly asked us if we need anything. Housekeeping was pretty good.

Lovely hotel situated opposite the peaceful Jinnah Garden Park and Lahore Zoo. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the comfort and facilities of the room and the public areas were all to my satisfaction. There was ample choice at breakfast time. If I can bring two items to the attention of the management. Firstly you need a new toaster in the breakfast area. The one you have is useless!! Also I booked a taxi with your recommended server for 9:30am. It didn’t turn up until 10:30, almost causing me to miss my onward connection. There are 1,000’s of taxis in Lahore, so when paying premium taxi prices one expects a taxi when booked, not an hour later. The excuse that the roads were busy is unsatisfactory- especially as no update or apology was offered on the status of my taxi. From the very day I checked in, there has been ongoing maintenance work at the hotel. Loud banging and construction noise continued throughout the day, making it impossible to relax or work. What’s most frustrating is that this was planned maintenance, yet the hotel still chose to allocate these rooms to guests. I am staying here for 21 days, which makes this situation even more unacceptable. I was told that if I called the front desk, the work would stop. but despite calling, nothing changed. When I raised my concerns again, they moved me to another room, only for the same maintenance work to start there the very next day. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled. Planned construction should be communicated clearly in advance, and guests should never be placed in rooms affected by such disruptive noise. I expected far better consideration and professionalism.

In un parco di fronte allo zoo è un po’ isolata dal traffico. Mi hanno messo al terzo piano che ha un servizio snack sempre fornito con caffè tè acqua sandwich e dolci. Camera super spaziosa con ac ben funzionante, pulita, confortevole. 5 ristoranti compreso quello per la colazione che è molto varia con ricette locali e prodotti continentali.

Overall a good stay. The rooms feel quite dated and there were some cleanliness issues with the room (sticky residue on the floor in front of the closet and some particles in the bathtub). The air conditioner was quite loud. Pillows and bed were comfy. The driver who picked us up was excellent, and was waiting patiently for us at the airport arrivals. The ride to the airport was smooth and quick, just like the check in. Interactions with the staff were always courteous, although sometimes they would take their time to fulfill a request.

We enjoyed our stay here, breakfast was great. Air conditioning in the room was weak. And the comforter was very heavy, if you sleep under it, you will surely sweat a lot and it will be like sleeping in puddle of water. We asked for light comforter but they didnt have it. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel to stay in. Staff was courteous and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is old and is in dire need of refurbishment and rewiring. TV, plug access, switches are outdated and inconvenient. It was also difficult to shower without making a mess because of shower curtains instead of a glass wall. The commode was a lot smaller than usual, like it was installed for kids.

I interacted the most with Mr. Uzair at the front desk who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He accommodated all my requests. I always stay at the Avari when I visit Lahore and it is always an excellent experience. It is safe with good security, excellent room and customer service, great restaurants in the hotel, and within easy access to all places in Lahore. The room was clean and well furnished with all amenities. I recommend the Lahore Avari most highly.
I interacted the most with Mr. Uzair at the front desk who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He accommodated all my requests. I always stay at the Avari when I visit Lahore and it is always an excellent experience. It is safe with good security, excellent room and customer service, great restaurants in the hotel, and within easy access to all places in Lahore. It was disappointing that the rooms were not ready at check-in, although I had booked almost a month in advance. The attending staff and dining were great, but the property conditions were not so good. The air conditioner water started dripping from the ceiling, and it took two front desk calls and almost 20 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Overall, it was a good experience.

I liked the responsiveness of reception to address issues with the room I stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly. However, check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily slow and inefficient. I interacted the most with Mr. Uzair at the front desk who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He accommodated all my requests. I always stay at the Avari when I visit Lahore and it is always an excellent experience. It is safe with good security, excellent room and customer service, great restaurants in the hotel, and within easy access to all places in Lahore. The room was clean and well furnished with all amenities. I recommend the Lahore Avari most highly.

Lovely hotel situated opposite the peaceful Jinnah Garden Park and Lahore Zoo. The food, the service, the cleanliness, the swimming pool, the comfort and facilities of the room and the public areas were all to my satisfaction. There was ample choice at breakfast time. If I can bring two items to the attention of the management. Firstly you need a new toaster in the breakfast area. The one you have is useless!! Also I booked a taxi with your recommended server for 9:30am. It didn’t turn up until 10:30, almost causing me to miss my onward connection. There are 1,000’s of taxis in Lahore, so when paying premium taxi prices one expects a taxi when booked, not an hour later. The excuse that the roads were busy is unsatisfactory- especially as no update or apology was offered on the status of my taxi. This almost ruined my stay at your lovely hotel - the taxi that is, not the toaster!! Otherwise keep up the good work, your staff are wonderful.

Tried all the restaurants including their daily breakfast. It was ok at best. The upstairs lounge was good but the food was a little stale. Definitely need better and fresher food. Service was very good, staff constantly asked us if we need anything. Housekeeping was pretty good.
