La vista esta muy bonita, la playa tambien vale la pena y tiene buena ubicacion, En lo personal que ibamos en plan familiar consideramos que Villa del Arco tiene mas ambiente familiar. Como tambien podiamos hacer uso de Villa del Palmar, si senti esa diferencia que fue una buena eleccion Villa del Arco para el plan en el que ibamos

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We visited during spring break, and I was a bit concerned that it might be crowded or have a loud party atmosphere. Fortunately, that wasn't our experience at all. The resort felt relaxed, and we never encountered any disruptive behavior. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that our room had been upgraded. It was incredibly spacious, and having a kitchenette along with an in-room washer and dryer was a huge convenience for our family. The balcony overlooking the pool was one of our favorite features—we enjoyed beautiful views every morning and especially at sunset. The staff were exceptional. I had an important business call during our stay and was concerned about the Wi-Fi connection. They went out of their way to improve the internet service in our room to make sure I wouldn't have any issues, which I really appreciated. We also visited some of the sister properties, and in my opinion, this resort is noticeably better maintained. The grounds felt more upscale, and the restaurants were of higher quality. The dining lines at the sister properties were also much longer, making us appreciate staying here even more. I enjoyed the trolley, makes it easy to travel between the different resorts. The ice cream shop there quickly became a favorite stop for my kids. The activities at this resort are fairly limited, so if you're looking for a more energetic atmosphere or kids pool, you may prefer spending some time at the sis

Signing after every meal or drinks ordered after it being all inclusive is strange. Not having disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste or q tips included in the amenities is also a bummer. Or having to get picked up by an uber outside of the security gate, property premises because they’re not allowed in, are all small inconveniences that add up to the experience. The sales pitch for a tour of another property and spa right at the beginning at check in is also not a good way to start after just arriving from a flight and drive.

This is our 3rd time coming here and it’s always been amazing. The property is still stunning, kept clean and the all-inclusive food and drinks are the best I’ve had anywhere. However, I have felt customer service took a deep decline this time around. 1. We went to Bella California for dinner and kept being ignored for their Elite members. We were told we can’t make reservations at the restaurants so when we kept getting ignored and pushed aside for other families to be seated we asked what was going on and were simply told “they’re elite members with reservations” no apologies and further explanation. 2. We are a Latin American family and while at the pool, it took a lot of effort to get the waiters attention at the pool. I even had to go find someone to help a few times. I did notice that other families had no issue with this. Waiters were constantly coming to the family next to me to check on them and would walk past mine. 3. Our room was cleaned once out of the 6 nights we stayed here 4. There was construction outside our suite with scaffolding blocking our view. I went to the front desk and asked what kind of construction will be done and if it will it disturb us. Reception said they don’t know the details of the construction. Well…the construction lasted the entire time we were there with loud machinery and debris falling into our patio. Since our room wasn’t cleaned, the debris was never picked up. Reception was not caring about any of this when I mentioned this.
