Lindo hotel. Pero hay cosas por mejorar. El minibar nunca enfrió. Lo sacaron de su sitio para ver si enfriaba pero nunca funcionó. La piscina estaba demasiado sucia. Ni se podía ver el fondo de la piscina. De ahí el personal muy amable. El upgrade de habitación y bebidas de cortesía lo mejor. Volvería si lo negativo antes mencionado mejora.

A really nice hotel, especiallyy for Tumbes. It is centrally located, has a parking garage, is attached to a mall, a really nice complementary breakfast, outdoor pool and bar area, and the suites are nice for the price.

La comida del restaurante super rica, lo único en que deben mejorar son en los cocteles, muy simples con poco sabor. Todos los pisos se conectan al centro comercial. Volvería indudablemente.

Recibimos una habitación con el baño sucio, solo fueron a tomar una foto para reportar, limpiaron y nada más, no hubo una gestión para compensar el malestar.... hicimos check in 10 pm y al día siguiente pedimos quedarnos media hora más...en otros hoteles, cuando hemos necesitado aquello nos han ayudado, pero acá de entrada nos dijeron que no y que si queríamos teníamos que pagar... pero solo deseábamos descansar un poco más luego de un largo viaje, y más aún si tuvimos que esperar a que tomen fotos y limpien el baño... CERO TACTO

Very noisy as next to the plaza. Free drink was water. Breakfast both days left something to be desired. First day we came at 9am. Everything was empty from food to glasses to bowls. Second day we had to leave early so had breakfast at 7am thinking that since we were there early things would be better. Yes everything was filled but everything was stone cold. They just opened so why was everything cold. We hardly ate anything. Who wants cold scrambled eggs and wieners for breakfast. Very disappointing for sure. Will not be back.

Room very clean..hot water for shower only tepid . .no plug for wash basin so lots of wasted water when shaving etc ...and worst of all the room safe not screwed into the wall .. anyone could easily walk out of the hotel with our passport and valubles breakfast first class with very hard working and attentive staff

Really nice staff. I was there in January 2025 and unfortunately came down with flu. I had to stay an extra 4 days and there was no problem extending. I needed plain food and room service and the staff were lovely. They would even go fill up my water bottle for me. Cristian was particularly nice. Breakfast was delicious and I had a few other good meals too. I liked how the hotel was linked to the shopping mall. Made visiting the farmacia and other necessary shops really easy.

El servicio de checkin fue un desastre, nosotros habiamos pagado con 2 semanas de anticipacion el hospedaje, y recien ese dia que llegamos al hotel nos buscan las habitaciones disponibles. La noche del evento de fin de año, cobraron 40 usd por persona adicional, pero la comida fue preparado en la esquina del hotel, algo desastroso, y no habia nadie encargado para reclamar. Toda la organizacion del hotel es un desastre, debe de tener 1 estrella porque parece que esta recien empezando a funcionar.

On check in desk staff were rude. On arrival to room it was found that the key would not lock the room. Made us wait for almost an hour while maintenance man tried to fix lock. Then made us wait again for someone to clean a different room. In the middle of the night the air conditioning stopped working. When maintenance arrived in the morning they went somewhere and flipped a switch to turn it back on. Apparently they just turned it off. No apologies from anyone for anything. In fact when I asked them to comp a bottle of water I used during the night because the children were suffering they flatly refused. I will never stay here again. I thought Wyndham was a quality hotel but I guess not. I will review further on my YouTube channel. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name on this facility.

El Hotel tiene excelente servicio tal y como los Wyndham que me he hospedado en otros países pero el sector donde está ubicado no va con el hotel. Le falta también elevar el nivel del buffet del desayuno, muy básico.

A really nice hotel, especiallyy for Tumbes. It is centrally located, has a parking garage, is attached to a mall, a really nice complementary breakfast, outdoor pool and bar area, and the suites are nice for the price.

Nos encantó el hotel, posee instalaciones buenísimas, pasillos anchos, habitación amplia y excelente calidad de ropa de cama. Queda dentro de un mall, así que no quieres mas ahí, tienes hasta un supermercado ahí mismo. De regresar a Tumbes, claro que volveré a hospedarme con ustedes.

Very noisy as next to the plaza. Free drink was water. Breakfast both days left something to be desired. First day we came at 9am. Everything was empty from food to glasses to bowls. Second day we had to leave early so had breakfast at 7am thinking that since we were there early things would be better. Yes everything was filled but everything was stone cold. They just opened so why was everything cold. We hardly ate anything. Who wants cold scrambled eggs and wieners for breakfast. Very disappointing for sure. Will not be back.

El aire acondicionado sonaba demasiado y nos dejaba dormir, el fríobar estaba malogrado, solicitamos que lo reparen o cambien y no lo realizaron, el desayuno buffet uno debía hacer cola buen tiempo, las instalaciones para el buffet eran muy pequeñas y los jugos sabían desagradable

Pésimo, deberían sacarlo de la cadena Wyndham, no sigue la misma categoría, es el peor al que he ido, no funciona el sistema de clima, hay moscos en todos lados, no tienen aseo en los corredores, la misma comida todos los días, no tienen variedad pésimo, el restaurante no tiene lo que ofrece, nunca tienen nada para el huésped

En general el hotel es bonito. Creo que con el tiempo ya se nota que le falta un poquito de mantenimiento, pero aún así es una excelente opción en Tumbes. Las camas son muy cómodas, el desayuno abundante y de muy buen calidad.
