I loved the trendy and colorful decor. It definitely was pet-friendly--our dog loved the nearby walking path! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Too bad the pool was closed for repairs: I would have loved a swim.

Great location next to One Loudoun where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean, had a small gym and pool and included breakfast that had something for everyone. Coffe and tea available in lobby at all times, none in the rooms. Also no microwaves or safes in the room. No additional linens or pillows and tiny space to hange a few items. No drawers. It really is kept very simple. Beds were comfy but bedding was essentially two bedsheets so being a blanket if you like to sleep in cold and bundle up. This made evenings quite uncomfortable. With that said, we would stay again, just come more prepared.

The staff were very nice and friendly. My room did not have a TV remote and the next day mantience delivered the remote. The hotel was nice and quiet at night no noisy parties going on. I would definitely come back parking and breakfast was free.

Only thing I didn't like was the indoor pool isn't heated and the ac is on in the pool room maki g the pool unusable 😢 otherwise the hotel was great.

Stayed for two nights. They do not service your room each day, only every other night. Asked for extra towels for our 2nd day, never delivered, had to request again in the evening. The rooms are thread bare. No dresser, no closet, tiny desk, only hooks on the wall for clothes storage.. No glasses or cups. No coffee maker. No extra seating. Comforters very thin. Towels extremely small and thin. Felt like a dorm room. For over $200 a night, a little more was expected.

The room set up was nice but we did find old beer in the fridge, and my husband said he felt the room was quickly put together. There was a delay in receiving towels when requested. I had to find someone that was working on the floor, and she was nice enough to give me a couple sets of towels. As a suggestion maybe have a QR code for texting front desk or having a direct line from the room.

Everything was good, just that we stayed with a family and there was no closet or dresser to keep clothes, just a small open rack in the corner to hang clothes. Our room was more boutique style. It was pretty but tight for family of 4. There was no drawer anywhere. Also, no microwave in the room although freezer was there. But location was amazing, and e enjoyed our time in One Loudoun

Finally, the pillows were awful it would have been better sleeping on the floor. Overall, we were not satisfied with this stay which is sad because the last Tru we stayed at was lovely. This hotel however, was rather disappointing. Even the breakfast was yucky. The oatmeal was just glorified water, the orange juice was so watered down it was nasty, and the blueberry muffin was so cold it tasted almost frozen. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again, especially since we were supposed to be given a discounted rate but were refused. It was a waste of my hard earned money.

Love the hotel, the cleaning people ready nice and helpful the place amazing, breakfast 100% excellent but the receptionist terrible, poor customer service but over all like I said the maintenance people excellent better than the receptionist

That unilaterally canceled our reservation and then basically said it’s your problem to find another hotel at 11 o’clock at night. Given the day are associated with the national corporation. This is dreadful customer service.

Had our room cleaned Tuesday and they didn't leave any fresh towels, got back to the hotel around 9pm and asked the front desk for 3 towels, was told they would bring them to the room but never did. Luckily we had a beach towel that we could use.

there was no closet or drawers to put your clothes in so we had to live out of our suitcases. The shuttle driver did not speak any english and had no idea where to go. The receptionist had to use her phone with a translate app to speak to her. The other riders left the shuttle
