We had inadvertently booked half board for our one night stay but already had a restaurant booked. I rang the day before to ask if we could have lunch instead and was told yes. On check in, when I asked about having lunch I was told it’s not possible. I asked them to check with the manager as I had already been told yes and it was too late to cancel the restaurant. Still it was no, the ladies on reception had no interest in helping. We asked to speak to the manager or duty manager and were told there wasn’t one which is a ridiculous statement. They wouldn’t let us speak with him/her on the phone so we’d asked for them to call me before 2pm as one of our party is diabetic and needed to eat. No call was received so we ended up paying for lunch outside the hotel and lost the half board. In the evening at my request, the male receptionists did manage to offer us free drinks in compensation and were at least apologetic unlike the female receptionists. Overall there was no interest, and we were told repeatedly that it was be abuse we booked via Expedia so they can’t alter anything which is nonsense. We’ve been to this hotel many times before but it’s changed, they now charge €15 for the car park, €3 for pool towels, a fee to use the room safe, we won’t be returning

Cons: Just as a warning to other guests and the hotel- I suffered severe 2nd degree burns from accidentally stumbling into the hot exposed metal in the Sauna. My injuries could have been much worse, and I highly recommend encasing the exposed heater with wood, like in all other saunas for safety. Pros: Great location and excellent breakfast.

Pros: - good spot in Port de Soller - good quality and lots of choices at breakfast - gym is open 24/7 - pool area is nice and clean Cons: - floor in our room was pretty dirty on arrival. The staff did clean it after we asked - no sound proofing between rooms. We could hear our neighbours clearly - some people might like the beds but we found them hard - parking was easy but getting out of the car park on the first day our room key had not been enabled properly despite us explaining we had parked on check in

The hotel is in a fantastic location and is in pristine condition. It has it's own car park which is a great help as parking in the town is not straightforward. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful a a really great stay.

Hi We’re surprised by the service? Only a couple of them were courteous. The bar is very limited, No Expresso Martini, We were there one night and they told us they were out of glasses, it was 9:25 pm. We showed him his stack of Plastic cup’s so we were served? Not the greatest vibe but has potential.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms with a beautiful view and balcony with table. We had a Mountain View with partial beach view. The free breakfast buffet was stellar and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The sauna and hot tub was a pleasant bonus! Hotel is conveniently located on Repic beach and has everything you need- bar, cafe, restaurant, loungers, pool, beach, coffee bar, sauna, massage, etc

we are a Canadian couple that travels to Europe at least twice a year. We did a lot of research when choosing this hotel and I am quite disappointed with my choice. Hotel location and the restaurant, absolutely amazing. However the service in my opinion was rude, we requested our TV to be repaired 2 days in a row and maintenance arrived as we were packing and heading to another hotel. I asked to speak with a manger (Maria) I was told twice that she was not in or available. This is also the only hotel that we were charged extra for a second guest and use of the safe (we have stayed in 5 different hotels in Mallorca so far). Lastly the comfort of the beds especially pillows is awful. Unfortunate as the location is stunning and food is outstanding. My last complaint is to hotels.com they need to be clear that the hotel collects your fees and will not honor free nights redeemed. The hotel made no mistake here however hotels.com did charge my credit card and so did the hotel, this is standard protocol with the hotel. However not something anyone wants to deal with when enjoying a holiday.

Cozy and clean place right in front of the port. Great breakfast and nice pool! Staff was friendly, everything went smoothly and I have no complaints. Maybe the "spa" part of the name is a bit of an exaggeration, there's just a small yacuzzi and a sauna, both serviceable though.

The room was very small, the furniture in a very old condition. The room was full of mosquitoes. The walls and furniture were full of blood from old mosquitoes that were killed. The bed was in a very bad condition. The room was not clean. We could not sleep for a single minute the whole night. Check-in took more than an hour. It was also charged more than booked online on Expedia. In summery the worst experience we have had with a hotel through the round trip in Mallorca. Price performance ratio does not fit here at all.

Checked in to a third floor mountain facing room and checked for bed bugs like I always do. The mattress had lots of tiny blood stains so I asked to be moved and they offered to change the sheets. The hotel was completely booked so they let me stay for one night in the owner's rental apartment in a different building but wanted me to go back into the hotel room the second night. I ended up not staying the second night. They didn't charge me for that but felt more could have been done due to the whole inconvenience.

Our room was spacious. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and hard. There were mysterious stains on the couch. The bed was two twin beds pushed together with separate sheets. They would spread apart thru the night. The shower was not cleaned very well (soap scum on the walls). One day we had no hot water. The all inclusive breakfast and dinners were okay. Nothing to call home about.

Excellent location very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms including WIFI. Rooms cleaned and fresh beach towels daily. Area felt safe and accessible by foot.

What a lovely hotel . Staff all pleasant and helpful . Isobel was so kind and helpful . Everywhere was clean and tidy. Super pool and sun beds . If you prefer the beach it’s literally on your doorstep. Beautiful sea to swim in . Lots of restaurants and shops nearby but still quiet and relaxing . Local bus transport good as well as the tram to Soller. Fabulous stay - thank you so much

This hotel is a little tired. The rooms really need an upgrade. The bathrooms are particularly worn out. The communal areas are ok and the breakfasts are good but this doesn’t make up for the fact that the rooms are in desperate need of a revamp

We stayed at Hotel Marina Sóller & Wellness for two nights in July. Our standard room was located in a separate building outside the main hotel. While functional, it felt quite dated; the furniture was worn, the room was very small, and the bed was uncomfortable. That said, the main hotel building looked beautiful, modern, and well-kept, so I’d definitely recommend booking a room there if you plan to stay. You really do get what you pay for. On the upside, the location is stunning, right by the water, and the breakfast was a highlight; delicious options and a lovely view to start the day. After two nights, we decided to move to another hotel nearby that better suited our needs. However, I think that with the right room choice, Hotel Marina Sóller could be a great option.

Although I was given an ‘upgrade’ room as it had balcony, actual room was in an annex at the back of the hotel overlooking parking lot with deliveries being made and garbages hauled out. Next time I will insist on room in hotel proper.

Indcheckningen var mest kikset vi har oplevet, de sagde der ikke var noget værelse, så vi måtte finde et andet og måtte bruge 3,5 time i telefon med hotels.com, derefter havde vi så pludselig et værelse dagen efter. Internettet er helt elendigt og folk bader efter lukketid og larmer ved poolen, folk lægger håndklæder på liggestolene og går deres vej, hotellet ville ikke gøre noget ved det, selv om vi sagde det, flere gange. Morgenmaden er blevet meget bedre end forrige gang vi var der.

Our 4th stay at Marina and this hotel never dissapoints. A sea view room makes this a very enjoyable vacation with amazing views from the balcony. Breakfast is good especially with a table outside. Location is great on the cooler side of Soller which is well needed in july

Bra läge i Puerto Sóller. Vi hade utsikt mot Bergen/ parkering. Väldigt bra frukost och många platser utomhus mot havet. Sköna sängar , rent. Även ett litet gym. Åt middag en kväll på hotellet - jättegod paella. Liten pool men man bor på stranden och det är där man vill bada
